This is a family owned business of persons who live locally and are part of the community. They are very experienced having done this for many years and spanning three generations of family involved. They care about you as a customer and have a good variety of insurance to help cover your individualized needs. They will guide you from their knowledge and products. I have been a customer of theirs for several years and have referred others to their care. They are there for you when you need to utilize the insurance. They are fair, ethical and honest. Highly recommend their services.

We had a problem with our lender concerning our insurance coverage in our escrow account. Somehow they sent payment to wrong insurance company. LeAlan with Miller Insurance had us come into his office and he handled calling our lender and having them correct the problem and send check for our insurance premium overnight so policy could be reinstated immediately. He is very professional and always helps when we have questions or problems such as he handled today.

Terrible! Will not cover anything. We ve paid for insurance through Miller s Insurance for Kentucky National homeowners for 14 years. Made our first claim on roof. Nothing! Sent sameadjuster out when we requested another look. Also, I should note, every house in our neighborhood have had roofs replaced. This is a money scam!
