Only giving it ONE star because giving it ZERO stars isn't an option. Worst service I've ever experienced from any company- EVER. Placed an order for propane over two weeks ago. Account showed "out for delivery" four different days but it never showed up. Placed numerous calls, only to be promised a call back but of course never received a call back. Still no propane. Non-stop issues with this company even though our account is always paid and we always order our propane way in advance.

Garbage. Trash. Horrendous. Unethical business practices. Impossible to speak to a real, local human on the phone. Zero stars. Charged $100+ for work they were not asked to do (and we didn t agree to) and left my family without heat for three weeks in the dead of winter because they forgot to turn the gas back on before they left and could make time to come back. Made excuses about how a repair needed to be made and only one person (who was booked solid, of course) could do the job. Finally found someone on my own to take a look it just needed to be turned on. Save yourself the trouble and do business elsewhere.

This company is pitiful, my elderly parents have been without propane for over a week still no definite answer when they will get their prone filled, its mid January in Kentucky right now and they are having to go without because the company claims they have no drivers,pitiful excuse for a company.as far as im concerned they can ingest a satchel full of richards

bottom line is Ferrelll is a dollar higher per gallon than any of the other competitors - i waited too late in the year to change but wil take care of it come spring

This is mostly for the Ferrelgas business as a whole. After I began seeing propane prices so high, as well as all the fees they were charging, I started looking into other companies. It turns out, Ferrelgas is the only one that sees the need to charge us the majority of these fees and higher prices. They charge their customers unnecessary fees and don t lower prices during the summer months to a comparable rate as other companies do to allow us to fill our tanks and save some money versus the winter prices. Also, other companies don t charge a tank rental/lease fee for using their tank. So, of course, we decided to switch companies. Here is the part that is for the Grayson branch. I called them, paid my balance in full, and requested my tanks (we have two households) be picked up. 3 weeks later, and two more phone calls requesting my tanks be picked up, they still had not picked up the tanks. I could not put off allowing our new company to set our new tanks so the new company had to move Ferrell s tanks out of the way so set the new tanks. Ferrell finally came and got their tanks but the time it took added to the high prices and unnecessary fees really reflects on their bad customer service and concern for their customers.

Ferrell Gas went above and beyond to help us get our new service when the other gas companies weren't interested. They all said they were only making deliveries to existing customers. They weren't hooking up new customers. We are very thankful Ferrell Gas was there when we needed them.
