We had car trouble right as we got off i64. Logically we made it there and thought it would be ok. One . They were rude, uninterested, then told me that we would have to go to the dealership to get the part. We called O'Reilly's and had the part. It was if they just didn't want to take care of us. I'm sure the owners of AutoZone would like their employees driving off customers. It was shocking and just left me with a bad taste.

This has always been my go to parts store, but now I must rethink this. 3 times now have gotten the wrong parts ,they tell we have it in stock when you arrive, we don't have that part but can have it tomorrow. All it is young kids looking at a computer screen an can't get up to check if they actually have the parts . Made 3 trip to store in 1 day .... I'm about done

Very nice and helpful employees. My husband is almost blind and the older man that helped him really tried but couldn't find a brake light socket to fit but he really tried.

This is my go to store for parts. I rarely go anywhere else. There is usually a lot of good employees who are really nice and helpful. I've never had any issues working with the employees when I'm trying to find the parts i need. Their prices seem fair and they offer a decent amount of services to help people out. I would always recommend this store.

Very helpful. Came outside and checked my car and diagnosed the problem. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and personable employees

Paid for part not in stock should be here at 6 pm didnt arrive so i was told to come back in morning at 9 am wasnt there again upon further investigation by employee part cannot be found in fact cant find part where it was even ordered hmmm ive got the receipt showing whete i paid for it so now im wsiting on employee to call me back im home cant find employer still no part what should i do?

These people are generally very helpful but when I tell them I am doing a special kind of project involving automotive components to make a power supply These guys were great, it took a few minutes and they found nothing I could use but found alternatives that would work

The entire team of employees are great to work with and will do everything that they can to assure you get the parts and information needed. A++++. The best employees of any autozone store that I have been in.

Stopped here to have a engine warning light checked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also knowledgeable which can be a little rare for over-the-counter auto parts stores

I have to take time to commend the staff of this location. While towing a car I'd purchased in OH back to VA, I had a brake line fail. Towing 5000 lbs with a 5000 lb truck through the mountains with only your trailer brakes is not a optimal condition. lol. I immediately found the nearest AZ. The location did not have the part in stock. Knowing my predicament, the guys called EVERY auto parts store in the area in search of my part. They even offered some short term patches to get me to the location that did have it. (Which I ultimately did get to) It's because of things like this that I've been a loyal AutoZone shopper

The guys were very helpful, let us use their restroom and helped us find a couple tire gauges that were better quality and better on $$. Wish people were more like that in Evansville!

Smells like Orange hand cleaner, Overcharged batteries, Cheap knock off mens cologne behind a mountain of Lucas... No thanks on the terminal grease.
