They're pretty good for sure prices aren't that good but that's anywhere you go nowadays so but I'm always treated with respect and I really like that a lot and I thank them very much for that

Went in today for some cleaning supplies, I was greeted as I came in and asked if I needed help with anything, the store was clean and the man at the counter was very nice and friendly, used my advance rewards (the best out there ) thank you advance for great products and good prices

Thank you Matt...You are awesome in my time of need. Traveling & broken down Matt got me connected with a parts, a tow truck, a local garage and all the advice I needed to try and DIY while I was stuck on the road....Cheers to you Matt and your team, with a Mexican Coke of course :)

My husband and I just had a problem with our 02 Explorer while driving down 64 so we took the next exit and stopped here. We had absolutely no power! The employee Thomas came out to look under the hood for us. The pressure sensor valve, EGR, or something like that had totally melted. He showed my husband what we needed and came back out to fix it for us. He was GREAT! My husband even tried to give him a cash tip for lunch but he refused to take it. Our truck now runs even better than before. Thank You So Much Thomas

I've had good and bad experiences, with this parts store it seems like it all about who is working when you make you're visit.

They had made an honest mistake with a part I bought I lost all the oil while I was driving my engine and additives they replaced it all without question and the right filters great people working at a great place thumbs up

I took advantage of the curb side assistance today. I called in for wiper blades, they came out to receive payment and put them on for me. The guy was super nice too!

Cleanliness: 3*Location: 5*Customer Service: 0*There were 2 employees there when I stopped by. The gentleman was helpful, but from a different store and can't be counted.The lady was busy bragging about how she cut off this other driver and stopped right in front of them in the middle of the road! For no other reason than to spite the driver because they did something to piss her off...I feel sorry for anyone that dares let her drive their kids..I sure hope stupid isn't contagious, because after I gave her a disgusted look, she wouldn't stop following me.I was going to buy all my truck parts from there before moving on. I not only decided to go to a competition, but I will never be going back to this location. And this has been reported to their corporate.

Service here was really good. The guy actually called me about a part that was really hard to find and said he could get it for me. Great effort.

Not the store it used to be. Seems like they never have parts in stock. Batteries are good, tool selection fair, but I usually purchase where I find the parts in stock. No time to shop every store in town.

The people working at least the one I felt with did not know how to lookup a part. After telling me ot was a factory direct item I went to the store and physically showed him how to look up the part I needed.. kinda sad I'm sorry to say.

Its ok but would it hurt the staff to actually know a little sumthing about what their trying to sell. Tell them year make model an its 5.0 and they ask is it v4, v6, or v8 really . Plus them giving you wrong part and arguing about it.

Always helpful great workers managers ECT. Bought part outta area part failed without any hesitation the Grayson ky advanced auto ordered and swapped the parts for me thank full for them 100%
