Did not provide services I ordered and then they lied about why I didn t get full service. I ordered an oil change that comes with fluid checks and fills if needed. I only got windshield wiper fluids checked and filled.The lie was there policy doesn t allow fluid changes on foreign cars because they would need to break the seals Oh, I have a 2015 Honda Fit and never had this issue before.I contacted customer service and they called the center. First they hung up on her when she said she was from customer service and then would not answer the phone.I may not use Wal-mart service again and definitely crossed their incompetent auto service department off my list.On the positive side, the entire service took about 10 minutes but you don t do the services that the customer paid for then of course it can be done quickly!

Just about the worst experience I ve ever had with a Walmart auto care center. I don t need to explain just read the other reviews and I would tell you all of this has happened to me as well.

Went in for an oil change on Saturday morning was there in line at 6:30am. there was only one car in front of me for an oil change and one for tires. When the gentleman got to me and get my info he did not even ask what i wanted he just told me straight up it would be at least 11:00am before they could get to my car due to having the 2 cars in front of me. and some that had appointments for tire changes (did not know they made appts) but really 4 1/2 hours for an oil change. He then explained why the wait was so long all the employees called out but 2 so yeah I can see why it was a long wait. People just don't want to work anymore sad times... But whats up WalMart why are your employees doing a mass call out?

The auto dept was told to save our old tires & place them in the bed of the truck. Two of them were in good shape & we'd planned to keep them as spares. The other 2 were going to be used for a project.Instead, Walmarts automotive department employees took our tires & charged us to dispose of them. When asked to give our tires back, we were told only 1 person could return old tires & they were not there.We had literally just had 4 new tires put on within the hour. Not only did they refuse to return them, they refused to remove the disposal charge we shouldn't have been charged to begin with. Totally shady & unprofessional. We never got the old tires returned or the fee removed.

Horrible attitudes very slow moving workers took over 3 hours to do an oil change and replace two tires! Prices are good on tires but you pay the price with slow service and bad attitudes

Place is a dump. The guy comes out to wait on you turns and spits tobacco all over when on customers, Sunday morning store back end manager doesn't give a care about it

Went in to have two tires replaced. When getting there informed them I needed them put on the rear of my car, twice. Once home I realized they had placed the tires on the front of my car. Was not happy about this. And I can not go back as I had mechanical issues with my car on the way home.

I was told it would be 1 hour for an oil change, 1 hour 15 minutes in, they had not pulled my car in. I don't mind to wait, but don't lie. You should know how long it takes to do an oil change, how many you have to do, and when your employees need to take brakes. Give accurate wait times and you will have happier customers.

I came to get my oil change almost 3 hours before closing. I was the last person they signed in and made me sit and wait 3 hours just to tell me they won t use enough force to get my oil pan plug out. When my fianc� normally changes it by HAND!! They gave me very little explanation or emotion for my wasted time. I will never let them touch another one of my vehicles. Every time I come it s a different excuse or they raise their prices. They are a bunch of lazy old men that just want to get their pay check have no regard for quality or customer service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FIND AN ACTUAL SHOP!!!

The service was horrible!! Went in for an oil change, and was one of the first people there. Was given a two hour wait for some reason. Well I told them I was fine with that. 2 1/2 hours passed went to check our car status STILL HAD NOT been brought in. I was so frustrated!! Wasn t able to back out the car due to the close line behind me. We were now coming close to a 3hr mark. I had to get my sister to work and couldn t wait. Well they pushed my car through. So that whole time my car could have been in the building getting worked on.They parked it and ripped the sticker off rudely. I won t be back!! We pay these people to work on our cars not chill out in the break room or the service counter chit chatting!! DO YOUR JOB!!!!

I had tire troubles on the interstate and came in on a Sunday afternoon and even though their schedule was full I talked to the store manager and they were able to fit me into their schedule, and get my tire fixed so I could make it back home to Indiana. Thank you so much for your help and taking care of me. I am grateful for the hospitality and service. Good job to all the people in the service department. Thanks to Kevin the mechanic that fixed my tire...You guys rock!!!

Took car in at 7:45 am for a tire rotation, 5 hrs later they were finished. We had bought our tires there with the free rotation. We will NOT be buying anymore from there. Service was very poor. We asked to speak to the dept manager. They had to call twice before we even talked to her. Some people was evening leaving without having their work done.

Told me it would be over an hour and a half to change 4 tires and do an oil change because they were so busy, but only about an hour of that would be waiting in line. He said nobody can do it faster. When I told them another place does it a lot faster, the boss (I assume) sarcastically told the crew they needed to speed it up because the other place was so much faster. They laughed and started making jokes about it. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I have issues at every Wal-Mart auto center. Will never go to one again. I went to another place and they had it done in no time, while fighting with someone else's difficult tires.

We had a hole in our tire. The guy who was working kept trying to get us to fix it ourself. We had 2 kids in the van 95 degree's outside and we were 2 hours from home. He spent 45min not working or helping other customer's. Needless to say there was a female working her tail off she changed about 10 tires while dill weed was busy tring to get people to leave. Saying its going to be 3 hours going on and on. Finally I told him we got 2 kids who wants to be stranded? He backed off when he clocked out to go home. The fastest I seen him move.

Took an hour and a half for a simple oil change, was second in line. When I went to leave, my steering wheel, floor board, door and keys had oil on them. The partially empty jug they used was also sitting in my floor covered in oil, with no attempt to clean it off.

The lady checking you out may seem like she has an attitude but does sat have a nice day and still polite. Thia place does a lot business and is usually very busy, suggest calling ahead of time to see what your wait will

We waited for over an hour for 1 tire!! And that's with noone else waiting in line! It was stupid and ridiculous!! We watched everyone in the garage walking around or on their cellphones. Must be nice to get paid to walk around and play on cellphones!

I just stopped in to purchase a battery and was not impressed with the customer service at all. The older gentleman acted as if I was a bother then pointed to one without even looking it up to see what type my car needed. I left without making a purchase

I had new tires put on and they got me in and tires put on pretty quick, no long wait. Love the tires and the service!

I needed my front tires moved to the back and new tires put on the front , the lady who came to my car was very hateful, the first thing she said was it's going to be 3 hours of waiting I said ok then she acted as if she didnt understand what I needed and finally she just said they couldn't do it so I said ok I'd just go somewhere else

Had belts coming out front tire. Was zble to get two balancrd and mounted under 160. I only waited 1 hour. Fast

The people were nice, and it took around 30 to 45 minutes to get 4 tires installed.

Don't think being the second Person checked in at Walmart Auto Center is gonna get You out any faster. Been here an hour and a half to get a tire plugged and they've finished 4 vehicles ahead of Me!!Service: TiresService: Tires
