I read all the good reviews about this company. I called once and Jamie answered. No voicemail. A real person. I told him my car situation and he said just call when you re ready. I was waiting on car parts to come in. A few days later they came in so I called Jamie and by 5:00 pm he was at my house and towed my car to the mechanic. So easy and so reliable. Thanks Jamie!!!

My car had a massive oil leak and I was unable to make my way home. Frankie was great and arrived quickly after my wife and I made the call. He was also very careful and made sure my front bumper wouldn t scrape the ground when getting my car on and off the truck. Great service overall.

Kevin with Frankie McCoy Motors rescued us when our battery failed and left us stranded. It was our second AAA call of the day. The first tech charged the battery and said we could drive it, but after our errand, the battery was dead again. We had a bit of trouble with AAA until they reached Kevin. He came promptly and was very efficient. Thanks, Kevin!

Thank you guys for answering the call when my car broke down when no one else would that night! They had someone dispatched and ready to go in under 30 mins!T the driver was beyond professional on the phone, empathetic and efficient. Tbh from a customer service standpoint he was better over the phone than the Triple A agent.

I needed a tow and this is who AAA was using. I was told the driver would be to my location at 5:12. Over 30 minutes AFTER the driver was supposed to arrive, he calls to tell me he s still at home and isn t sure he can get me out but he ll try. When I asked how long til he would be at my location he said 30-45 minutes. Almost an hour and half later, he calls me to tell me that not only is he a mile or so up the road, but that he didn t even drive his tow truck in so he can t tow me, but he could give me a ride home. Are you freaking kidding me??? What tow truck driver who receives a call for a tow DOESN T drive his tow truck???? HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE!!!! Thank God for Wrench Masters and their tow truck driver because THAT is who wound up towing me.

Excellent service! My son and his friend were stranded 3 hours from home. They were loaded up and SAFELY brought home! Then the poor driver had to drive 3 hours back! He didn't even blink an eye at 6 hours of driving. THANK YOU FOR GETTING MY SON HOME SAFE! I hope you had a safe trip back from Cincinnati. Sincerely grateful for your kindness and your time! Austin was AMAZING!!! We called him with our AAA service and he went ABOVE and BEYOND all we ask!!! He fixed our belt and we were on our way! He was very professional and personable!! If we are ever in the area again we will call Glasgow McCoy towing

Jamie Jessie, who owns the Russellville branch of McCoy, showed up under 20 minutes after I contacted Triple A (he lives over 10 minutes from where we were stranded; this was far quicker than I expected). Soon thereafter, I was home after paying a low price for the towing. Moreover, Mr. Jessie is extraordinarily kind and helpful, making me almost glad that my battery died merely because it gave me the chance to get to know him. :)I would highly recommend McCoy if you are in the Logan County area, or anywhere in the south-central Kentucky region, which this exemplary company services.Services: Battery service, Car towing

I cannot express how amazing John was. I was stranded 6 hours from home with my son. After John arrived quickly, loaded up my car, and drove to the AAA suggested "mechanic", I was absolutely NOT comfortable staying there. Immediately, John stepped in to help my son and I. He went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and not stranded by changing the battery on his own. Afterwards, he called me to make sure we made it home safely! It was a much needed dose of humanity!!! Thank you John!

I cannot tell you how grateful I am to one of your drivers. His name is Shane and he was by far the most courteous and professional tow drivers in the business. I even requested his services this past Friday to take my vehicle to a dealership in Elizabethtown because he helped me get my car home after it broke down on Monday. I was traveling from a work related event and my car broke down suddenly. Jamie from McCoy Motors arrived before the anticipated arrival time set by AAA. Jamie was friendly and extremely helpful. He towed my car to the designated destination in a timely manner. I highly recommend McCoy Motors in Glasgow, KY for towing service! Great service! And my AAA representative was very helpful and connected me with assistance promptly! I am a proud AAA customer!

You won't find a better towing service in Glasgow. There AAA and care about your auto and you. There professional and clean. He will also go out of his way to help you anyway that he can.

The experience was great overall! I used their Road Service and Mr. Jessie was there quickly and knew what to do. He had my car on the flatbed and in my driveway in no time. Very friendly, efficient, and high tech too! I would recommend McCoy Motors to anyone needing a tow.

I called AAA and Jamie Jessie from McCoy motors showed up. He was pleasant and made me laugh on a rough day, towed my vehicle to the dealership and then dropped me off at a hotel I then reserved as there is no cab or Uber service in Glasgow, Kentucky. His personality was the best part of my day. I would recommend McCoy Motors.

I tried to call them three times for emergency service towing and no one ever answered the phone. 3 hours later and I was still stuck. Instead of asking to get them from my AAA insurance's, I had to dish out $150 up front.

I hit black ice on an overpass and the police called McCoy Motors to tow my truck. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the guys at McCoy were very friendly and accommodating. They are experienced working with insurance companies and made it as hassle free of an experience as is could be. If you need a tow in the Glasgow area, this is the place to call.

They have towed my truck twice for me. Once home when I broke down and then to the transmission shop. Both times the driver was very nice and professional and the price was reasonable

I can now say that not every experience I've had getting a vehicle towed was awful. Glad to have been connected with McCoy Motors. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

After one AAA driver leaving, these Guy s came to my rescue and saved the day! Took all of 15 to change my tire ! This company goes out of there way to come to the house after hours to help! This is the company you want to help you in a time of need! Thank you, for all your help! Now, this nurse can go to sleep and get up in the morning to go help others.
