Bought a used mower from them. Started to mow and the mower deck stopped working. Took it in and was fixed right away. It was a lose connection.Went home and finished mowing. I'm a happy camper

Hidden gem of a place just outside of Glasgow for lawn mower sales and services (and other things) that I did not know about until a friend recommended I check them out. Mike Cox (owner) was a pleasure to meet and helped answer all our questions and guided us to our purchases. You can immediately tell customer service is just different there! Highly recommend!

Mike and the staff were very nice and knowledgeable about what is going on with my SUV. Looking forward to getting back in there to get it all finished up. Best part being a single mom they are mindful of not working on anything I don t want them to and thats not a huge issue.

Had some issues with my engine and needed new brakes. Talked to Haywood sales and service and they were able to get me in and out. The cost was good and no issues since! Best shop in town!

My wife and I were coming home from Bowling Green when our car broke down in Glasgow.I called Mike at Cox Haywood Sales and Service to see if he could get our car in for repair. Mike said sure, bring it on in, and gave me the number to the local AAA operator (Moyers, great guys). We got to Mike s shop, he started the diagnostic process, and loaned us his own truck to get on with our day.I ve known Mike for several years, that s why I called him first. He s a good man.He and his crew treated us like family, and they got our car fixed up right.

Quick service when picking up my old mower for repair after it blew up. I decided it was better to just to buy a new one and they had many options to choose from. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Can t wait for it to be delivered I highly recommend this family owned business!! Shop local.

Bought a new Husqvarna chain saw at Lowes. Returned it as it wouldn't idle and ran tough. Returned it and received another. Same problem. Took it to Mike and although they do not do warranty work on Husqvarna, it was fixed within a day. They needed to adjust the carb and the idle. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

Pretty cool experience, drove out to pick up some lawn mower parts everything I needed was in stock, the people were helpful even offered my service dog treats and we're not offended when I declined that. Definitely I will go back again. Just a really friendly atmosphere. PTSD friendly
