Mary was the absolute best ever! When I walked in I told her what I was looking for and she did not stop until I got the car I needed. I had no idea I would love my ford edge as much as I do but I absolutely love it and so happy that I got it. And I got it in the price range I wanted! Worked out in all directions! I will always use this place for my vehicles. Everyone get over here and ask for Mary. She's the best! Side note she also that same week got my mom into a 2022 vehicle as well. So she's freaking amazing!

It's okay place to get your vechile from they'd sell you a lot of junk in my Eye's but that's my opinion... And when my transmission went out and I had the car insurance for if something liked that happen I paid only 100.00 for a new transmission and when they'd was tested driving my car they'd broke my middle console between my chairs... And tried to said they'd didn't do it... So I was very upset about it... Caused I trusted them with my vechile and this happened and for them to said they'd didn't do it...

This was by far the best car experience we ve ever had, we went in with an idea of what we wanted but Adam helped to navigate us to something even better and a car that I thought would be too small but after showing us we found it would be perfect. I m sending my daughter to Adam as she s currently looking for a new car!

Stopped to look at a new Bronco. This one turned out to cost more than I'm willing to pay and didn't matter because it was not equipped with a couple of items I would like to have. The two sales guys let me look at the Bronco, but seemed put-off that I did not make an offer to purchase. I have no reason to revisit. This is my only experience with Gillie Hyde Ford.

We were traveling to Florida to begin our vacation when we ran into vehicle trouble attempting to leave a rest stop. Calling the nearest Ford dealer, Danny N. answered the service phone and we limped the vehicle to Gillie Hyde Ford. The mechanic, Jonathan G. diagnosed the issue as our left front tire wheel bearing, hub & sensor all going bad. It was noon on a Saturday and both Danny and Jonathan jumped into action having our vehicle fixed and getting us back on the road. What we thought was going to ruin our vacation was remedied by two amazing Gillie Hyde Ford employees!The topping on the cake was yet to come... Approximately an hour after we had left the dealership, our phone rang. It was Danny making sure the vehicle was running properly and asking if we needed any further assistance! THANK YOU DANNY & JONATHAN! Both these gentlemen should get a free paid weeks vacation for going above and beyond. Honestly, we're even considering driving back down to Kentucky to purchase our next truck (or Mach I) from Gillie Hyde because of the excellent treatment we received.

Bought my 2013 Escape new from Gillie Hyde FORD in Glasgow Ky and had no issues with it or FORD in general but when it came to service after the fact and over the long haul Gillie Hyde was useless!Had a wiring harness issue early December 2022 and they told me it would cost $1200 - $1400 for the part and then the same about for the labor Total $2400-2800 GH kept it from 12/8 to 2/13 and did nothing but charge me for the diagnostic test. $168 plus the scratch it got sitting on their service lot Told me the part was obsolete and could not get it except from a junkyard. The problem was they never tried to get it. I work with people that directly work with FORD so I knew there were options and I even researched it for GH and gave them the information from the part number, where to order it, etc. Nothing, nada, zip help from them and I maintain weekly contact with them about it.I went in and had it towed somewhere else and it was fixed in one week for $285 total part and labor after GH told me it would cost $2400 to $2800.If you want the name of who fixed it let me know! Great people working in Glasgow KY

Went to look at a jeep (Purple Rubicon)the dealership let us test drive with bad tires and bad brakes. Jeep had been sitting on the lot about a year after we did some checking.They were asking top dollar firm. No negotiation, Manager wrote a disrespectful comment on the offer our salesman who was a nice guy. brought him to review my advice is. Avoid this dealership at any cost. head down to Nashville you will at least get treated with respect.

Don't shop for a vehicle here if you plan to have your service completed here. They never answer the phone. They never call you back. It's pathetic. It's impossible to get a service appt!!!!I would rate them negative stars if that were possible!

I went with a friend to look at a used vehicle, and while the vehicle wound up not being what I was looking for, it was my experience with the dealers that merits this low rating. I believe we dealt with Chip, and he was pushy, obnoxious, and just rather rude. Not a good salesman. I don't just go to dealerships looking to buy anything there, I do my research and am very particular in finding what fits my needs. So when we expressed that we weren't interested any longer it was very hard to leave. He kept trying to convince us to look at something else when I knew what else was on the lot having researched their website and wasn't interested. As we were walking away he caught the manager (Wes I think) who came up and asked us what the problem was. We told him we came to look at a particular vehicle and weren't interested anymore and he simply kept badgering us to look around, and to go to another Gillie Hyde lot with more vehicles like what we were looking at (used, lower budget). My friend adamantly continued to express that we were done, we were done, and the manger just goes "alright you're done" and storms off into the building, as if we hadn't been telling him that for ten minutes. The MANAGER acted like that!!I'm sorry this is so long but I just don't want anyone else to walk into this place and be as disappointed with the customer service as I was! An absolutely atrocious experience.

We contacted Alex at Gillie Hyde who immediately put us in touch with Charmaine. We explained to Charmaine what we were looking for and she quickly found exactly what we wanted and she spoke directly with our bank to be sure all paperwork was in order. When we went to test drive (and purchase!!!) the car, Charmaine took the time to explain all the bells and whistles and even helped me sync everything to my phone! It was like dealing with family. Everyone was so nice and helpful that I can't imagine going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle!!!

Do not use this dealership. They took a deposit for a truck order, messed it up and will not return my deposit. Theft. Seeking legal advice and filing complaints. The most unprofessional mgmt I've ever encountered. Bait and switch. Use this dealer at your own risk

Bought my truck a little over a month ago. So far so good! The service was great and I was well taken care of. They helped meet me in the middle and I went home with the truck I wanted. Cameron was my salesmen and treated me great and made sure I was happy at every step of the way. There was no pressure and I will definitely buy from them again. Much better experience here than I had at Greenwood Ford in Bowling Green.

My wife and I purchased our 16 year old daughter a used Camaro from Gillie Hyde and had a smooth transaction. Actually spoke to the General Manager and he made sure we got a great deal. After comparing pricing to other online camaros he did indeed give us a very good deal. Do your homework on the vehicles you inquire about and ask questions. Salesmen and Management at Gillie Hyde will treat you right. A person has to do their fair shake though. Appreciate the deal and Thank ya'll!

My son was looking for a truck and was wanted to pay cash for it. The truck he was interested looked great on the internet, but was a junker. Hmmmm...."bait and switch" comes to mind. We looked at several vehicles in their car lot without any help from their sales team. He was interested in a couple of other trucks, but we left. We shouldn't have to run down anyone for a sale! So, let the buyer beware and don't fall for the bait and switch and don't bother wasting your time to get ghosted by the sales team!

Called and asked for parts. Held for a 10 mins. The receptionist gets back on the line says it will be a few more minutes and put me back one hold. 2 more minutes goes by she gets back on the phone and tells me to it s going to take a lot longer I offered to continue to hold and she said ok well it s going to be like 30 mins or more. Very unprofessional tone in her voice forcing me off the sales call. Called another dealership and ordered my part.

To begin with the deal I purchased the vehicle in April 2019 my car was a 2018. This was my first car purchasing decision so therefor I didn t exactly know how it worked and I thought I was getting a great deal. I got taken advantage of and sold an extended warranty when my vehicle was still under warranty by the manufacturer. Which was never even explained to me that it was in the final cost. Now this month I found a vehicle I love and I decided to trade in mine. Come to find out that my odometer reading had an error with my title work so they couldn t take the vehicle on trade. I went in to Gillie Hyde to speak with the finance person Lynn about the error and what to do to fix it. Lynn told me to call Barren Co court house that they couldn t fix it. I called Barren Co court house and they said Gillie Hyde would have to since they re the jones who purchased the vehicle. Since they were acting like they didn t know how to fix this error , even though they told me time after time they have this error all the time and it was no big deal, So I did research and figured out the steps they needed to take and reached out to them. They said the process would take 48 hours. So then I ask for documentation that it was all fixed now and they ignored me and tried to push me off then proceeded to message me saying they weren t gonna help me purchase a vehicle from somewhere else. I have experience in the car business as well as titling. The car salesman goes beyond to belittling me saying I get upset to easy, I m impatient, and I couldn t handle as much of a work load as they have. This was a huge problem to me when I spent 22k on a vehicle and no one can take it in on trade because of their mistake. He had no idea about my work load. Gillie Hyde just can t take responsibility for what they do wrong and only treat customers good when there is something in it for them.

Went to Gillie Hyde today 6-7-18 with my daughter to buy a Car! We were met at the do it by April the sales lady. She made us feel very welcome and was very polite and professional. I would recommend anyone go to April. She is amazing!!!

Zero stars! AVOID Heather Flatt !! Do not take calls from this location seriously! They ll just screw you over. This old guy gets these young pretty girls to contact you and tell you she wants to buy the car and then he walks into the office and offers you less than nothing. Sleazy sales stuff.Heather Flatt CONTACTED ME to buy my car. The dealership is 1 hour 30 mins from my house. She assured me they were serious and to arrange someone to drive with a second car to take me home. She gave me the wrong address and sent me an hour in the wrong direction. After driving 2.5 hours we arrived at the dealership.They looked over the car, took it for a drive and came back to tell me that the car runs great! They said the engine, transmission everything runs perfect and then they offered me less than what I owe the bank, $4,000 under asking. Their excuse was that the car needs new tires and possibly a sensor. Less than $1,000, very minor issues.They were clearly not serious at all and were hoping that I was desperate to get rid of the car. They made myself and my husband waste our entire day and 2 tanks of gas. They knew before I got there that they were going to offer me less than asking price. They should have been honest and up front about it. They don t care about wasting your time, assume that they plan to. AVOID THIS LOCATION, Do not waste your time and don t be fooled by all these fake reviews they ve posted to yelp.

We we're recently in Kentucky where we are from. We now live in Florida. We found a SUV that we both liked. We bought the vechicle and we love it. We had a small issue coming back to Florida but Greg Weir was by our side the whole time. We just want to say our shopping experience was a good one. Everyone so friendly and treated us like family. If you are looking for a great deal and great service, you need to go check this place out. We love our vechile and the great friendly staff. Thanks again for everything!

Way better experience than the last car buying experience we had! Strven is very energetic and funny. We found a brand new Ford Fiesta and it may be awhile before we need to come back but we would use him again for our next purchase. No hassle. Very understanding and professional.

Terrible Customer Service at this dealership. I live in Nashville but had been communicating with one of the sales people there for about a week in regards to a certain vehicle.I am very particular about my cars and knew exactly what I wanted. I scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday morning for the upcoming Saturday at 10am. I spoke to the sales person the day before my appointment to confirm with them that they accepted cash as a down payment- they advised that would not be a problem and they looked forward to seeing me the following morning.The sales person wrote an email that stated: "I ll have the Altima pulled up for you to see. I look forward to working with you on your upcoming purchase! Please let me know if you have any questions before Saturday. See you soon!"I rented a car and drove almost 2 hours (each way) to get the car I had been communicating with them about.Upon my arrival, the car was not anywhere to be found, the sales person I had an appointment with was not even there. There were several sales people trying to locate the vehicle and after about 5 mins of looking- a very untrustworthy sales person told me the vehicle had been sold last night after hours.....He seemed to be making everything up on the fly with excuse after excuse .They were not very apologetic and did not seem to care at all that I had made the long trip for a vehicle they sold without even telling me. They made up lies about why they didn't contact me about the car being sold and tried to get me to look at something else.I explained I did not drive 100 miles to look at another vehicle, I already had the one I wanted picked out- with the cash in my pocket to purchase.I would NOT make a purchase from this dealer under any circumstances and was extremely disappointed with how I was treated.Poor customer service!

we was sold a car and within 48 hours the car blew up. I'm not saying all the people there are bad because they are not but I know they knew about the issues and did not inform us and when I called them all they say is o well you baught it as is. I understand that used cars have or could have issues but to have it blow up within 48 hours and only drove it around town is ridiculous. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looks like once they get your money your nothing to them.
