Melinda Thompson was amazing. She was so kind and worked so hard to find exactly what I wanted within my budget. I was so pleased with how nice they were and how they made me feel like they were willing to do whatever it took to get me in a great vehicle. I will definitely recommend them and if need be I will definitely be a return customer!!

Everyone that I've been around has been great to work with. Debbie at the service desk, Stacy who sold me the truck are supper to work with. The service people have very good. Everyone is nice & asking if there is anything they can help with.

I got in a pinch for time to schedule an appointment for the first oil change in my new Nissan truck. My sales person got me in later the same day! The entire staff was friendly and engaging, and took care of me, including a reminder to rotate my tires, which I did! In and out in just over an hour. Great job! Thanks to all.

My sales person Melinda was absolutely the best. She is all about making your experience is everything you need or want. She wants you to be satisfied, your business matters to her. I am a repeat customer mainly based on how well I am taken care of at Don Franklin.

2016 Titan XD had a DEF Error, they told me that there was a broken bolt on the def injector. And asked me if I wanted it fixed for $650+. Added the injector was fine and would be fine with one bolt. After some questioning, found out that the mechanic twisted off the small bolt, applying too much pressure. I was told the because the bolt had rust on it, it was not there fault, and was on the consumer (me) who should pay to replace the bolt. In addition, today, the Malfunction Indicator Lights came on, after some internet searches, found the it s a decompression of the DEF tank. Now it s got to be serviced again. I decided to take it elsewhere.

Service department charged a significant amount of money and did not fix the real problem.I purchased a used vehicle from Don Franklin in December 2023. They assured me that the vehicle was certified and performed well in the testing. I had the vehicle for 2 months before my check engine light alerted in February. My car would not start the following day, so we had it towed to Glasgow for the service department to look at on Monday. They charged over $150 to tighten the negative terminal on my battery and did not find any other issues. They assured me again that the car was fine. Unfortunately, they did not fix the real problem because less than one week later the car would not start again. I had it towed to a different nissan dealership and they found that the battery itself was bad and replaced it.I spoke to the service people at Don Franklin and they told me that after they fixed my battery terminal they didn t check anything else on my car. The manager with the service department apologized but did not do anything else to rectify the situation. From this experience, I have learned not to use their service department to fix any real problems on my car.

Don Franklin took extremely good care of us and my ride. They not only serviced there. They sent a service advisor to my home to take care of an issue. If that is good service then. Recommend Don Franklin dealership that everyone.

All y'all do a mighty fine job all the way around. You have that multi point inspection which is fabulous because it checks 27 areas on our car!!!! We found out that we need new pads and rotors on our brakes and we would not have not found that out at a quick lube place!!!!

I had my heart set on a Jeep Grand Cherokee but couldn t find one that checked off all the boxes for me. I finally considered I might have to go with something else. My husband found a vehicle that I told him I liked and Chad Hatcher (with whom we d been working)said there was one on the lot at that time. I went in and drove it and fell in love. Just purchased it this morning and couldn t be happier. The Don Franklin family was wonderful to work with and I will definitely be a return customer!

My family was driving from Ohio to Florida when we struck an object on the highway in the middle of the night. We had to stay in Glasgow for the night with the hopes that Don Franklin Nissan would be able to help us the next morning. I arrived shortly after opening and though the service department had a full day, they assured me they would help us. The team had us back on the road by 10am. I can t thank this team enough for their help!

Loved our experience with Don Franklin of Glasgow. My husband traded in his truck and got a new one from them and we couldn't be more happy with the service and our vehicle. We got a great deal on everything. The insurance package you can get for vehicles is top notch and I highly recommend it. Stacy was wonderful to work with and we will be returning to this location for future car buying needs.

Melinda Thompson answered all my questions and showed me all the vehicles I was interested in seeing and explained their differences to me and was responsive to all my questions. She let me take a test drive and that helped me make my decision on what car to chose. She helped set up my Apple carplay so I can drive the car with ease. She even answered questions after I purchased and drove the car home. I have already recommended her and Don Franklin Nissan to my daughter and other friends.

Staff were friendly and answered all of my questions. They also went out of their way to inform me of a discount provided due to my employment with TJ Regional Health. Service was completed quickly. Pricing was also fair and I appreciated the breakdown of service items on the receipt.

This review is only for the service department. I have taken my Nissan here about 3 times for a routine oil change with tire rotation. The trip before this one my invoice clearly stated rotate tires and they SAID they did and bc I have one off brand tire I knew it was never done bc it was still in the same place. So this trip I explain it must be done. I pay for it it s on the invoice done and AGAIN NOT DONE tire still in the same place. They agree to pick up my vehicle from my job the next day and preform the tire rotation they did but didn t even adjust any of the tire pressure on any of the tires. This becomes an issue bc the front tires require a totally different pressure and they are all off right now. I refuse to ever take my car back here. What dealership service center charges you $125.00 for an oil change, tire rotation(the tech lied about) and an air filter and can t even adjust the tire pressure?? They even do this simple step at any drive up oil station no matter which service you get. I thought I was doing well taking my under warranty vehicle to professionals to get it serviced but apparently not. Mind you $125 isn t much to some people but I m a single mother who works herself to death to take care of our needs and making sure this vehicle is dependable is extremely important to my family.

Brought my pathfinder in 3 weeks ago for the first oil change. Before driving to Florida. And noticed it was leaking oil out of the engine. Brought it back in and they had left the drain plug loose. Woops sorry. But at least I caught it before it ate the engine.

Took my wife s 22 Pathfinder in to be scanned and checked for why the check engine light was on. I didn t know if my wife should continue driving it or if it needed to stay with them until they could work it in. They informed me they would not scan it and that it would be two weeks before they could schedule me in. There was 3 people in the service lane and 3 people on the service desk and not one person would scan the vehicle to see what the issue might be. All other car dealerships I have been to scan the vehicles when you pull into the service lane. Took it to a parts store got a scan ran and there is a service bulletin through Nissan to address the code that it had. I will be taking it to another dealership not local to me to get that work performed.
