We were 600 miles into a 700 mile trip, and the CV axle in my truck broke. Fortunately, it was across the street from Big O s! While the mechanic had already left for the day, I was assured that he would look at it first thing in the morning. Long story short, it was on the lift before 8:00am, and we were on our way to Tennessee before noon. The lady at the desk was helpful in suggesting a hotel, and the entire staff was friendly and efficient. If you need work done, give them your business!

Excellent service and great pricing. I was in town visiting family and they made sure my car was done within the time needed and even gave me a ride back to the facility. Super friendly staff and they honored a coupon I called about but left at home.

I routinely get my oil changed here (and bought a set of tires last year) and have no complaints. They re always good at keeping my appointments or accepting me as a walk-in (or communicating if they re too busy for a walk-in so I don t sit around and wait). See you in 3500 miles.

DJ was exceptional after visiting another location that didn t have the tire that I needed . DJ and the team was able to get me on the road in time for my aunt birthday party. After driving from Mississippi and experiencing this I wish we had this is Mississippi you all would have a customer for life. I also saw this on the door and I share this with my team ( I m a District Manager for a company) . With that being said my experience was definitely legendary. Keep being legendary and keep being awesome.

Fixed all the issues I had from a different big o. These guys honored the warranty even though they didn't do the original work. I left happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, or return.

The service desk woman was great. Her interaction with everyone I saw when I was there, as well as my own experience , she was friendly and respectful. The service I wanted was done in a timely manner!!

We purchased our own tires and brought them to be put onto our vehicle. The employee didn t tell us how much it would be or and estimated wait. He also acted very annoyed the entire time. We waited for two hours and it was $30 a tire! We will never be back. It s $11 a tire at Walmart. Save your money!

My car has a warranty that requires oil changes from ASE certified place. Getting into a dealer requires scheduling appointments 3 weeks ahead which is difficult with my schedule. So thankful that Big O is certified and got me right in! Will definitely go back!

My #1 place to have tires installed! Any time I need to get tires put on I go to Big O in Glasgow! Very fast and professional service. Tires were balanced perfectly and they made sure to install them the right direction. (directional winter tires) Plus they fit me in last minute on a Saturday when no other shops were even open!

Great service but pricing is way too high.i had to pay $35.00 just to have one tire changed.my option that is way to expensive for one tire when everyone else is a third of price

Had one of the best experiences. Came in, got my oil change done, priced reasonably and got a list of what else they did. Couldn't have asked for better.

Went to Big O for an oil change because they had a special for 59. When I returned to get my car I noticed the mechanics watching me closely, I felt very uncomfortable. But went inside to pay, was charged 79 but got my money back because even though the sign says sale, you have to mention it. Like ok. I leave and notice one of my hubcaps is missing, so now I'm bothered. I get it stuff happens, I called them they couldn't find it didn't know what happened to it. Basically I'll never be back. I get it things happen, we're human. But to not tell me and just stare at me bothers me.

Shelby in the office was very friendly and nice she was so patient with me and my husband I am in a wheel chair and my husband don't walk very well either so it takes us a little bit to get around everyone was so accommodating to our needs and the guys in the shop put the tires on really really fast can't wait to come in again

I woke up to a flat tire and the staff at Big O were able to get me in the same day and offered to come help me out if I couldn t get my tire aired up enough to get into the shop. Once there they worked with me and ended up replacing all 4 tires. They were great to work with and helped me get back out on the road fast and safe.

Despite being shorthanded and very busy, the crew at the Glasgow KY office did a good job of changing my oil and thankfully didn't try to upsell me. As long as I keep getting coupons, I'll keep going back,.

The worst bait and switch scam I have ever experienced. Called for an appointment and got a quote for 1 tire $100.00 Got to the store price went up to $238.00. Don t shop here

Made a last minute appointment due to a screw in my tire. Showed up 15 minutes early and they were able to get me in and out really quickly. Took them 15 minutes and I was out of there. Super nice staff at the counter and the location was super clean and smelled great. Love the updated customer service section.

I got a flat tire at 1am and was in bind for options. The staff at Big O was super friendly and took care of my issue right away in the morning. Thank you again for the help and not just simply looking to make extra money on a customer!! Would certainly use again.

Open the day before Thanksgiving! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Got my vehicle in an out for a full synthetic oil change. Same place my mom goes as well.

Me and my friends were stranded 7 hours from home on our way to our vacation, every other place in town said they were unable to work on a German car due to parts. Big O tires was well equipped with all the parts we needed and Dustin was a HUGE help as well as an enormous relief after a very stressful trip we thought we would have to fly home from. HIGHLY recommend and if I m ever in the area again this will be where I ll be coming!

such a great staff and manager peggy. christian is very very hardworking & respectful and gets stuff done quickly (definitely recommend getting your car worked on by him) robert is able to help out with any questions or concerns you have. love to be able to come into somewhere where they understand and listen, love all the staff and how nice and lovely they are. definitely recommend Big O, LOVE THIS PLACE!!

They went above and beyond for us!! Stayed late to finish even though I offered to come back the next day for the alignment We will definitely be back!! Peggy was great! Very nice!!

100% will NOT return!!!I visited big O a couple years ago for a new set of tires and while driving down the interstate after leaving, my entire wheel fell off of my vehicle. I visited them again after new ownership. Thanking things have changed after assuring me that a new set of tires wouldn t take more than an hour I was without a vehicle for over eight hours.Another trip they put the wrong tires on my truck and did not learn my tire pressure sensors when they rotated the tires. When the correct set of tires were finally put on the vehicle, they made the same mistake by not learning the tire pressure sensors to the vehicle again and I had to make another trip back. After this trip, the tire pressure sensors did not work at all. I was told by the shop manager that there was a problem with my computer on my truck and he did not see how he could ve caused it. I when I asked if I was expected to go pay the dealership to fix their mistake I was told that s about the only option you have. When I went to the dealer and told him who I had been doing business with they just rolled their eyes and said we hear that a lot. I attempted to contact the district manager who s contact info is on the door prior to this review and after not receiving a call back I ve got to say that s my last visit to a big O anywhere.I will say that the only reason I have not left this review on one of my previous trips was due to the outstanding customer service that I have received from Peggy in the front office. If the rest of the company operated with those same principles they would have a lot better reputation in this town. But for myself, my company and my family, we will never be back.

Very few places open on Saturday for oil change and only one I know that will work on brakes on Saturday. The guys are great and Peggy has been awesome to work with. Been coming here for years and the wait room is better than ever. First place I go for routine maintenance.

They were there for me when I was in a bind. The work was fast, accurate, and clean. Peggy was great and helpful. Will be coming back for my next set of tries and alignment.
