I typically am not the person to leave bad reviews however after the damage Bailey Gibson has caused my car I refuse to let it happen to anyone else. Not only is my car a total lemon without putting a new transmission in it now, my children were in the car that caused issues due to negligence on the mechanics part. I drive a newer Yukon, newer cars are not serviced as past cars use to be & require a lot more maintenance. Bailey Gibson being a GMC dealership I thought would know the proper way to maintain a Yukon & I trusted them so much I never took my car to another mechanic. I have recently found out my transmission fluid on my 2017 Yukon was NEVER changed which is a requirement every 30,000 miles on these models to prevent transmission slips. My car is now at 123,000 miles with a transmission that needs to be replaced, all of my full service checks the transmission fluid was NEVER once changed nor filters replaced. I have been told these are common problems however with the routine maintenance followed throughly (as I did properly) that the issues can be avoided. I was told by a mechanic it was only added to but never changed, & then told by someone else they change at 100,000 miles which clearly was not the honest truth. Aside from all of the issues they caused my car, I was being made 100% responsible for the repairs that were going to be needed which on the high end was going to cost me $6,000 for mistakes on their end. I would never recommend them to anyone unless you throughly check any work that is done to verify they do it correctly so you don t end up in this same situation.

They were fast, attentive, allowed me to work for their waiting area (our only vehicle was being serviced), offered me refreshments, and pointed out restaurants close by. The experience couldn't have been better.

I just purchased a car from Joe and John last Friday. They were absolutely amazing to me!! Not only did I get the car I went there for John got me a better APR and monthly payment!! However, the check engine light came on that Sunday and to say the least I was terrified!! So Monday I brought the car back in to have it looked at. It did end up having some problems. But instead of telling me that they were my problems these guys put me in another car for two days and fixed the problems with mine!! I could not be more pleased with the service and the friendly staff that I encountered while buying my car. I am in tears at how amazing these guys have been to me!! I highly suggest if you are looking for a new car to give Joe a call!!

They always take very good care of my car here where I purchased it! People are very friendly, and explain things to me. The mechanic always explains, and shows we what needs to be fixed or replaced. Never feel like I'm being given the run around. Trust is a very important part of this business.

I have had no complaints about this dealership from the beginning. My sales person was courteous and not overbearing. Very pleasant. I have used the service department twice and both times the service manager has been pleasant and personable. I am very happy with the dealership and would recommend them to others.

I had a very pleasant experience at Bailey Gibson Buick this morning which is strange because I wasn't able to buy a car. I contacted Caleb (the sales rep.) last week by phone for information on a car of interest. Caleb was pleasant, polite and very responsive to questions and even sent pictures. When I arrived the car in question was clean and ready to show. The dealership was low pressure and didn't seem to employ the nauseating "new car dealership dance"! Refreshing!!I'm pretty sure the owner was the man holding the door for me when walked in. I also overheard other sales reps talking about a potential client who recently lost her husband and was considering a purchase. The rep she was dealing with said "I'm not about to pressure her! I want to keep our good relationship whether she buys or not! ......... They didn't know I was listening!I highly recommend Bailey Gibson. Definitely worth the drive to Glasgow.Ask for Caleb!

This place gave me the worst buying experience of my entire life. My first visit there lasted over 6 hours. Not only did they let my freshly 18 year old daughter leave with a car that wasn t financed, they then wanted it back 2 weeks later saying the bank didn t take the loan. I wasted $75 on insuring their vehicle and $20 on a tank of gas. The sales manager John Lewis never even came to apologize to us upon us returning the car, nor did he offer to compensate us for the money he caused us to waste by allowing us to leave with a vehicle that didn t belong to us in the first place. I will never go back there nor will I ever refer anyone else there. I went a few days later to a different lot and was only there 1.5 hours before I was approved for a vehicle that was $6,000 more than the one they made me return. If you are looking for a company that cares about their customer try Gillie Hyde. They seem to be able to get the job done and everyone made us feel important while we were there.

Worst experience ever with the service department. 21 days to replace a brake booster, an issue with vacuum leaking, and wipers not working. They told me the parts would be in within 2-3 days. I waited 3 days then called them. They said " we're working on the truck right now. We will call you when its done." Waited from Friday til Monday then called back. Then the story changed. Now they tell me they're waiting on the parts that they ordered the first time I talked to them. This went on and on for 2 more weeks . Also, another issue that was supposed to be fixed was the wipers. They said the wipers worked and if they quit bring it back. 30 minutes after I left I remembered to check them. The wipers dont work.

I just got my 2011 Acadia serviced here for the second time, for two completely different issues. The service department is hands down THE BEST! gave me the estimate for fixing it before I put my car in. They also took the time to test drive and tell me what was wrong. I was recently told that it was the transmission and they said all it was was the torque converter that causes the shudder. They took such amazing care of me, and of course my family with a car that finally does not shudder. My appointment was not until next week but i called to see if I could get it worked on thursday. Said they could possibly get it done by friday, end of day. They did!. Im so ecstatic! Thank you all for another amazing service experience

I would highly recommend not purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a used Lincoln LS from this dealership in March and it has spent the majority of it's time with me in the shop from existing issues. In the words of my mechanic, they bandaged this car together long enough to get it off the lot. 10 of 10 would not recommend, they are bad business people and will swindle you if you let them.

I have purchased many vehicles within my 57 years, and have never had a more pleasurable experience at a dealership than at Bailey Gibson Buick GMC. I have always stressed to my family that a quality life is all about balance whether faith, family or work. Danny Gibson and his team have found that "balance" sweet spot with their approach to business and satisfying customers. You're not forgotten after the sale as their service team is just as impressive. Most of my life, shopping for a new vehicle has been more of a hassle, more frustrating than enjoyable until we starting dealing with Bailey Gibson Buick GMC. Thank you for the experience and quality products we have purchased.

I called for a time to have service work and they were exactly on time and got it done quickany one that don't like Bailey Gibson there is something wrong with them.. try another dealer and you will find the best is Bailey Gibson

AUTO BUYERS WARNING!!Recently I purchased a truck from this dealership that stated the truck was inspected and everything was good. FALSE, it took another shop to find a leak (Front axle). I had to drive down there without reimbursement so they could fix the leak.The truck has since been to 2 other shops totaling repairs of $3,900 (Valve cover, Gasket, Front right differential, Rear right rod and pinon gears and Power steering pump), (Everything a shop should've caught IF checked like they said it was). The dealership says "We insure satisfaction after the sale is done", again, FALSE. I give them 1 star because they kind of fixed something they should've caught right off the bat, I paid $18,000 for someone else's problem.Learn from my mistake, either BUY SOMEWHERE else, or BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you can trust a thief, you can trust these guys!!

Truly impressed with the Bailey Gibson Staff. Used car shopping can be stressful. Used car shopping in the Winter is miserable. The Bailey Gibson Staff made the experience less so. They listened when we talked about what type of vehicle we needed/wanted, understood the concept of budget, didn't steer towards more expensive vehicles or cheap clunkers that needed to be moved off the lot and would call when a car was delivered that might be the "dream car" we were seeking. Finally find the "dream car", but not at Bailey Gibson. When we told the Bailey Gibson Staff about buying elsewhere, they congratulated us! If we should need (or want) another car, THEN our first stop will be Bailey Gibson because we felt that it was about us and our needs and not about what was needing to be moved off the lot.

They have an excellent service manager and service staff that will thoroughly inspect your vehicle for the problem that needs to be fixed and will fix it without ripping you off. I highly recommend their service department to anyone needing any work done.

Test drove a 2011 Hyundai Accent listed for $6000. It was pulling to the right really bad and the lock actuators on the front doors were failing. They refused to fix them because "that's what you get for a $6000 car". Please don't buy from people that knowingly sell broken cars.
