We came in today worried about our oil level. Mason helped us and explained what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He was awesome to work with. We will always use this location for our oil changes after the great customer service and kindness we were shown

Every time I come here they take such great care of my vehicle! I drive from Lexington to Cincinnati 2x weekly & I always come to this specific location because of the amazing job they do. I never wait longer than 10 min and I m always in and out within 7-15 min. They are like the dream team and I will never go anywhere else. David helped me today and his customer service skills along with his knowledge of vehicles was extremely helpful and I will definitely be back!! Thanks again!!

Wow! The employees here really go out of their way to be helpful! I brought in my hubby's car for an oil change and they even helped change a light we didn't know was out! They made sure to show me the oil after it was changed, and even topped off fluids for his Jeep!Everyone was friendly and professional, and I'll definitely be coming back to get my oil changed here as well! Thanks, fellas! :)

One of the workers said he had put air in my tires, then began laughing. Tire light was still on so had to ask 3 times for someone to double check this was done. It was not.

Spilled oil on my engine. Smoked under my hood. Took me along time to clean up. Suction method is not as good as bottom oil drain. Not pleased with my 70 dollar experience.

2-12-2023 Cherry Blossom Georgetown.Updated review, was onsite today over an hour and fifteen minutes for a oil change with just one car ahead of me in the bay. Most of the time wasn't waiting on that car but once I got in. Other cars were completed before mine was. It should never take this long but I'm not allowed to change myself as it's on my company car. Ridiculous.1-15-2023At first went well , pulled in, no one there, got to work. Two.other cars arrived about 3/4 of the way. At this point the tires were air up, washer fluid added, battery tested, etc., oil was drained, plug back in, and they were pouring in new oil and replacing air filter. Then the entire at least 3 person crew began working on the other cars and left me sitting for 10+ minutes with nothing being done though I was first. I finally said something and 4 mins later someone went back down ans I guess replaced the skid plate and I was on my way. 1/2 way home I started hearing a odd noise. I looked in engine compartment and nothing, looked under car and there is a flap like a entry point hatch for under the car hanging down and I guess flapping once I got over 40mph. Didn't have time to go back but hopefully something I can slide.under and fix myself. 1-15-2023

Didn't put my splash shield back in place with the fasteners. Front of the splash shield flipped down on the highway and had to use a cell phone charging cable to tie it back up on my 2017 civic.

I no longer trust this location. I ve debated for a few weeks about whether to post about this situation, but I don t want others to experience what I did. I had been to this location a few times for an oil change and admittedly did not have any issues other than it taking considerably longer than what they say.On 5/16, I went in for my oil change and it was recommended to me to have my rear differentials serviced. Against my better judgement I agreed since finding time for car maintenance is difficult for me. In the process of the service, the drain plug was damaged rendering my car undrivable. I was informed that my car would need to be towed to a local auto shop for repairs as they did not have the necessary tools to fix it themselves.Now mistakes happen, but it was how the issue was handled that created the most stress. The young staff knew how to make arrangements for the repairs but did not know how to address me, the customer. I chose this location because it was near work, but I do not live locally - in fact I live 45 minutes away. The staff was kind but eager to finish out their day and I was left stranded for over an hour while I tried to find my own transportation. I ultimately had to call my boss to come get me when I couldn t reach my husband as the shop was closing. As they closed, I was asked to step outside to wait. I admit the young staff meant well, they just did not know how to handle the situation. Their plan was to find me transportation after they finished their end of day tasks - which would have meant me being stranded for almost 2 hrs at the point.Worse than that, communication with the manager was terrible, not once did they reach out to me to keep me updated about progress with my car. I had to call them myself each time. I tried to be patient and waited until the end of the day each time to give them a chance to call me first.Ultimately, it took four days for my car to get fixed. No effort was made to help accommodate my lack of transportation for those four days. On the fourth day (a Friday) I called around 4:15 pm to check on the status of my car. Only then, the manager reached out to the auto shop to check himself. I was called a little after 4:30 and told that if I could make it to the auto shop before they closed at 5:00 then I could pick up my car. Thankfully, my office was close enough and kind enough to let me go, otherwise, it would have had to wait for them to open again on Monday.Overall, mistakes happen, but this location handled the situation terribly. For compensation, I was offered a free oil change, but I no longer trust them and will not be back.

Great staff, made things right with my vehicle after a different location had messed it up I wish this one was closer to my house I would go here more, won't be going back to the 127 location in Frankfort

Every employee here is kind, courtesy and helps with our every need. I sometimes have to visit in-between oil changes for top offs but more often for air. My tire sensor light indicator light lets me know I am possibly low. Usually after the weather changes to colder. They never question, just happy to assist. Great place! Everyone talks about the staff being great in the reviews, and it's probably because the staff really is pretty great. I know things here and there about cars, but by no means close to an auto mechanic. When I had questions they were able to explain without sounding condescending and yet make it understandable. This is a business, and their prices definitely reflect that. While I'm probably going to change my oil when the weather is nice out, I'll happily pay the extra to not have to change my own oil in the cold. If you don't ever want to change your oil, this is a great place to go.

07/21/20. Got here shortly after they opened and was pulled in immediately, it's interesting that they have you sit in your car while they do the oil change and related activities. There is a screen near your driver side window where you can watch them under your vehicle and under the hood while they do their work. The whole time a timer is ticking down the time you're in the bay. From the moment I pulled in until the moment they were done with my oil change was under 15 mins. While they were working they were calling out when something was completed and it seemed like someone else was double checking. It was a really neat experience. I did also get my wheels rotated while I was there, you are asked to get out of your vehicle while it is up on the lift. My experience here was very positive and all the employees here were nice and appeared to be very competent at what they were doing. I remember when I lived in San Antonio, TX all the positive experiences I had with Valvoline and it's great to see that great customer service experience also exists over at this location here in Georgetown, KY.

Went today to get an oil change and a few other services and was extremely pleased with the service and the price. I drive a Benz usually take it to the dealer ship to have it serviced but they are just so outrageously expensive, some of the reviews I read on here people are complaining about the prices being high, I m grateful for the price I paid verses what I would have paid at the dealership for the same service not to mention at the dealership I have to make an appointment and almost always have to pick my car up the next day. I was at Valvoline for 20 minutes! The team was awesome and definitely appreciate Robert for his help, on a Benz you have to reset the computer system so the car knows the services are up to date and he made sure to set everything for me. Thank you!!!

Very nice and respectful. Went while I was running errands to get an oil change. Ended up charging me $40 for it after it was already completed. Should've looked up their prices before hand. I've never paid that much for an oil change before.

My husband normally does my oil change but I recently got a new car that required me to go somewhere in order to keep the warranty valid. Valvoline servicemen were very nice, but I was not expecting the $95 charge for full synthetic when I normally paid $25 to do it myself. The service was incredibly overpriced.

I love going here. These workers literally must train for customer service. I have never been to this location and had a bad experience. They do their job and do it great. They are very courteous and have great attitudes. I wish every place was like this.

Don't waste your time with this place. It is run by inexperienced kids who don't take pride in their work. They left the inspection window out of the engine under shield, along with several screws missing. On top of that, I was told a total of $88.00. When I presented the coupon, all of the sudden another fee was added on for $10, the exact amount of the coupon. Don't let them in sight of your vehicle or wallet

I love Valvoline instant oil change they are very efficient great service. If I go back to the dealership I will waste half my day. At Valvoline it takes less than an half an hour. Way to go guys and girls, a great big thanks to you all.

Came in with the wife's car for an oil change and I have to say, I AM BEYOND IMPRESSED with the level of service and transparent communication. Trey warmly welcomed me and introduces Dean (manager) and Josh. Every single step of the process was explained, they were thorough and quite frankly I will start bringing my car here as well. A+ Service. Highly recommend this location.

I have used Valvoline in Georgetown on and off for a few years. I travel a lot and that location is not always convenient when it is time for an oil change. Due to this, I have tried the competition and nothing is as reliable and thorough as my favorite Valvoline in Georgetown. Now, if out of town, I search for another Valvoline and even often plan my trips in a way that I can get an oil change when I am near home and my favorite location. I am an elderly woman, and never understood a lot about cars. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something extra because they could get by with that. Instead I feel they have my car and my interest at heart. They have given me advice that I feel was helpful, and given me direction as to what to ask when I need services out of their scope of services. I appreciate that very much and appreciate Valvoline for hiring knowledgeable patient employees.
