Store #040078 Valvoline in Georgetown Ky are absolutely the best. They are so helpful and so friendly. They get you in and out while doing a terrific job on your vehicle! To anyone in Georgetown I would definitely recommend coming to this store. That s on Lexington Rd., Georgetown, KY.! I am a very picky person, but they made me extremely happy. The Assistant manager Austin and his crew were great. Please stop by and visit them for all your car needs. They actually listen and have a concern for you.

Greco was super sweet and attentive while giving my boyfriend an oil change. He walked us through all the steps and the entire process of what he was doing. He told us that the battery was in great shape and even showed us the air filter to show that it was also in great shape. We weren t sure what oil to get but he made that decision easy by explaining the differences between the different oils and giving us his recommendation based on how my boyfriend drives his car. We will definitely be coming back to this Valvoline location.

This is the worst place for oil service ... I was the first car in waiting for my oil change in my lane then another car came on the second lane and they let them in before me and while that car went in for and oil change and I was still waiting my turn ... though I was there before ... another car and another car kept going while I was waiting 45 minutes for my oil change and No one from the staff even bothered himself to come check out or even give an excuse for letting four cars go in before me when I were the first to be there .... I was a loyal client and always used to change oil over there for all my vehicles... but not anymore for such carelessness from the unprofessional stuff that couldn't care less to serve their clients properly

Valvoline in georgetown always takes care of my car. Always friendly. They always do a great job. Theyre fast too with me anyways lol but i get oil changes and filters plus wiper changes when I'm there. I am completely satisfied.

Great place to have oil changed and minor auto maintenance stuff done. Very honest and thorough. Polite and courteous staff. Zach, the manager, does a great job coordinating and supervising the whole business and has great customer service skills.

Since having my oil changed there a few months back I have had to add 3 to 4 quarts of oil back in my vehicle on two separate occasions. It's not leaking on the ground so that's not the issue but something is definitely going on. This DID not happen before my oil change at this location. The first time I had it changed at the 2nd Georgetown KY location and never had an issue.

Got an oil change and immediately afterwards my car started to sound terrible. I called up there and they only offered me a 20% discount. Hope my car isn t ruined. Idk what I m supposed to do with 20% off an oil change if my motor is gone. So be careful going to the one by BK.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Seemed to be through and they were polite. Only criticism, and it's a serious one, will go elsewhere next time because of it. Anyway the downside is that for the same price you pay, other companies will also rotate your tires. It's extra here which makes the price very uncompetitive.

Very professional and very polite. They all know what they are doing and know what they are talking about. I would and will always go there for a fast dependable oil change. Gaige, Brady, Devin, and Johnathan where very respectful and explained everything great. Great guys to work with and have to work on my car.

Let's just say after sitting for an hour and Half. They cheated me out of 58 dollars and said it wasn't there fault. I payed before arriving and they still charged me full price for a service I already paid for.they had me so. I didn't realize what was happening until I left and was getting gas.so I went back and told them they had over charged me. They would not fix the problem they said I had to get ahold of Groupon which didn't make sense to me. The coupon clearly clearly stated that I was to receive a oil change for 65 dollars that I had paid for prior to arrival. So I didn't owe them anything very disappointed in them.they should have honored there coupon. That was my first time there and my last.and I will tell everyone that I come in contact with how they cheated meServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This was one of the best experiences I've had with getting an oil change and checkup on my car. The mechanics were very nice and were quick and efficient with their work. Excellent customer service and it was very clear there were professionals working. Definitely giving a 5 star review!

These guy really know what they are doing. Yes they try to up sale you but have no problem taking a no. In and out in a short time even with changing a battery. Only bad thing is that some how my oil change is never 19.99 even with a coupon. Battery died in 3 years but they pro rated a new one. Still great service.Update: Still good folks

Fast and friendly, ASE certified. The attendant was very nice, energetic and knowledgeable to answer my questions. My car had just had a battery failure as I was leaving our hospital from having tests. I got a jump from a guy in the parking lot, drove half a block and pulled straight into one of Valvoline's service bays.In about 20 minutes I had a new battery, an oil change that was due, properly inflated tires and all of my fluids topped off allowing me to go about the rest of my day.Now thats convenient service!

Very nice people working there. I don't understand why every time I go there, they have different people working. Not sure if they just move around to other stores.

Its definitely a good place to go for oil changes and things of that nature for your vehicle. Sometimes it's busy but they are fast, friendly and do a good job. As for the bigger jobs and more serious issues I would go somewhere else though.

I have been going to this Valvoline location for the past 20 years and do not plan to change. I have received excellent service. I get in, get out with no stress. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There have been times when they will alert me of a problem that needs to be addressed on my car even when it is not something they sell or service. I appreciate that!!! I would recommend this location to family and friends without hesitation. Keep up the great service!!!

Valvoline has ruined oil changes for me. By that, I mean, I will never take my car anywhere else but here. They are fast, friendly, and know what they are doing. If you are needing an oil change, I would recommend coming here. I m in my vehicle right now, and as I m writing this review they are wrapping up. This place is awesome! Not just for the service, but the people there are great. Been there for my last 3 oil changes and they are always cheerful and fast. They offer extra services that are recommended but they do not push anything. Highly recommend them!

Sit for a hour waiting on an oil change . 2 car ahead of me and the guys are standing around . I see one person actually working the same 2 cars has been in there since I ve been parked here . The one across town had me in right away but they sent me to this one said they were out of the filter that I needed I hope they get some more effective workers Service: Oil change

My first time visiting any Valvoline. The experience was great. In and out in about 10 mins. You don't even have to leave your vehicle. There's cameras and screens you can watch if you want to see the person underneath changing your oil. Plenty of options and services are offered for you to choose from. This will be my method of oil changing moving forward.

My antifreeze was low, causing my heat to blow cold air when stopped. The guys got me filled up and checked my other fluids and the air in my tires and sent me on my way - no charge!

Great place to go. They had to look up the info for my car because its the newest model but that didnt take too long :)
