If you have auto work you need done or something's off with your car and you live in the Georgetown/ Greater Lexington area/ are passing through, you definitely need to check out Riley's. They are honest and very fair in their assessment of what your car needs. They're not pushy at all but will give you good recommendations of what to do and what is essential for safety, or what is optional. They are a family owned/operated small business who supports the community. We take both our cars there and have for several years now. They have great pricing and great customer service, and many times have helped us out greatly by fitting us in even if their schedule was full. They are set up to do just about any type of work, from brakes to oil change, diagnostics, etc. Definitely check out Riley's for your auto maintenance needs!

Riley s Auto is an understandably busy place, yet they always work us into their schedule. They provide consistent and excellent auto repair service and now tires, too! If you re looking for fair and honest mechanics, Riley s Auto is your best bet.

Great first time experience! My teenage daughter's car was stuck in neutral. They were able to get it working quickly, and didn't try to convince us it needed new parts that it didn't or upsell to us. They were really friendly too.

Jeff and crew were very kind and courteous fitting my last-minute oil change into their already packed day. Despite needing a new set of tires soon, there was no sales pressure of any kind from Jeff or the Riley's Automotive staff. Jeff even offered to send me a couple of tire quotes for my convenience. Riley's Automotive offers excellent customer service service and prices that beat Jiffy Lube (just down the road) big time! I highly recommend you pay them a visit!Service: Oil change

Very honest business. Great customer service and for a good price. I live on the other side of town and I am more than happy to take my vehicle here. I believe they are the highest rated mechanic in Georgetown for a reason.

Great experience! Had tires and scheduled maintenance done on my car. Everyone was professional, fast and no delays throughout process. Even offerred a shuttle to and from work. Very impressed with the level of service I received from this establishment. It is very rare to find great customer service, and great pricing, and at Rileys automotive you will find both. I took my Ford F150 to the shop and had my AC replaced. I was fully expecting 2 to 3K and these folks did it for way less and not only that but was quick and Noah and Chris took real good care of me. I had been driving on the highway, and all of a sudden my speed dropped to 40 mph. My car started shaking. I had no idea what was happening. needless to say, I was scared. I brought my car to a repair shop, but they could not help me. They recommended Riley automotive to me. When I arrived, the men were very professional. They took me in right away and made me feel like everything was going to be OK. they explain to me exactly what was wrong, and what needed to be done. They also recommended that instead of replacing one spark plug, they could replace them all. They recommended this because if one goes bad it s not going to be long until another one goes bad. I was so grateful that they had the foresight to think ahead like that. The price was spot on. it was not too expensive for the work that was being done. After asking a few of my relatives, I realize that the price was extremely good. I highly recommend this company. I wish that they had a location closer to where I live. It s for a girl who is driving through, They helped calm down my nerves, got to the root of the problem, and fixed it. This is definitely a five star establishment.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have had a hard time finding and automotive repair shop that I feel I can trust. As a female, I don't know much about cars and rely on the business to be honest, reasonable, and to not take advantage of me. I had a wonderful experience here. They were very open about what needed to be fixed immediately and what could be delayed in an effort to stay withiny budget.. They did multiple repairs to my vehicle in one day and my car drove so much better after it was serviced at Riley's. If you want a trustworthy place where you know you can depend on the business to do you right, then this is the place to take your car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We have been going here for years. They are honest and very knowledgeable on auto repair. After spending thousands at several other repair places in town they diagnosed the issue and got it fixed. We have been going to them since. I would highly recommend them.

Brought my car in because of abnormal road noise. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I was traveling on business and did not have time to wait on the repair, but I d feel very comfortable taking my car here.

Riley's is great. They do their best to be as accommodating of customers' schedules as humanly possible, offer great advice and are very knowledgeable and experienced in a wide array of vehicle topics. If there is something they happen not to know (which is rare in my experience), they let you know up front that it something they will be doing for the first time, and you can tell they learn a lot about it before they tackle the issue. They are very trustworthy and easy to be friends with. My wife and I use them for everything from oil changes and tire rotations to new vehicle inspections and major engine repairs. Best mechanics either one of us have ever had, hands down.

I had an amazing experience and service with Riley's Automotive. Not only did they fix my car; they fixed it within one business day. They called me to update me with the progress of my car throughout the day. They even told me how much it was going to cost me up front. I highly recommend that you use them for any automotive needs. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and even helped me understand what exactly was going on with my car.

They are always super friendly and down to earth. I had my engine go out and they got me in quickly, gave me a fair price and had it fixed much faster than I expected. Highly recommend them for both standard maintenance as well as repairs! Best in the area by far!!

This repair place was amazing to me! They are affordable and honest. They didn t add extra fix it problems that weren t there like other shops have done to me. They knew my car would take several hours to fix. Plus I had no one in town to pick me up, so they offered to take me to the coffee shop a few blocks away and pick me up. At the end I was so satisfied I told the owner I wanted to hug him. I definitely facebooked this. It s hard to find honest shops these days, and I promise this IS an honest shop!

My wife and I broke down on 75 and Riley's got us in right away. We told them what was wrong and by the time AAA towed us to the shop they already had a part and put a couple guys on it getting us back on the road very quickly. We couldn't ask for better service especially since it was the start of a road trip for us. I'm really glad we called Riley's.

Riley's has done both regular oil changes and other work (brake replacement) on my car and I've been very happy. Good quality work, easy scheduling, prompt friendly service so that I could wait while the work was being done and most importantly I feel like they are honest to deal with.

This place was great!!! My mom and i were on our way to South Carolina and our battery light came on. We drove some distance and found an advanced auto parts store. We got redirected to Riley s and one of the mechanics named Noah fixed our alternator in less than 2 hours. He was great and professional !! 5 stars just isn t enough!!! Jeff Riley & his crew are professional, efficient & just all around great! From squeezing me in because I needed a quick repair to prevent worse damage, to driving me home & picking me back up when my car was finished, these guys really went above & beyond to take care of me! The staff here was great. They got me in immediately with my issue and diagnosed it within minutes. I was very appreciative with their hospitality because of my rare situation. They made me and my family feel at home and if I live close to Georgetown, Kentucky this would be my only choice to get repairs done to my 2010 Cadillac Escalade. I appreciate you guys for everything and may success continue for your business.
