I would give it zero stars if I could. My husband purchased a camper a few years ago here and went back on Saturday to upgrade. We had picked out one we liked and was prepared to purchase. When we walked in we were told who our salesperson would be and the gentleman came out shakes my husbands hand and completely ignored me standing there and it was so noticeable my husband even said and this is my wife and he still ignored me ! I was ready to leave at this disrespect, but when he came back to offer us a ridiculous low amount for our trade In that was the kick in the teeth I needed to take my business elsewhere. Do better !

I called today around 1 o clock. Looking for a part for my RV.. I was told the parts person was with a customer and they would have her call me back as soon as she was finished with that customer. I waited over an hour with no call back. I then called again, and spoke to someone else. I told him I was looking for a three-way ball valve for my RV. He said they had a few different ones in stock that I could take pictures of it and we could try to match it it up. I took pictures and proceeded to head that way. When I was about 10 minutes away from the store, I got a call back from the first person who was supposed to call me back. Told her what I was looking for and I would be there in about 10 minutes. When I got there, she had something laying on her counter that she had told me about which was nowhere close to what I was looking to buy. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She went to the back was gone a minute came back told me they did not have any. I was upset. I walked away and went to the restroom. I didn t return back to the counter and ask her if I could see what they did have so I could tell if I could possibly make something work. She went to the back came out with another gentleman, and they had nothing. So then why was I told to take pictures and we could possibly match it up? If you didn t have any? Nobody knows. Asked to speak to the manager. The retail manager was not there ask three or four more other people who is in charge? Finally got to the general manager. When I spoke to him, he seemed more interested in turning around whatever I said to make this whole mess my fault they needed actually taking care of me as a customer at no point did he apologize. Finally, I got so fed up with his attitude, I said, I ll just talk to your corporate office on Monday.He didn t seem to care that I was gonna call corporate office. In fact, he pointed out the number on the door to make sure I had it. So I wasted 160 miles and five hours of my time. And by the way the sign on the door says call Marcus CEO guess what you can t talk to Marcus according to the people who called me back. So my guess is if you re looking to buy an RV and spend several thousands of dollars the service is probably better and the general manager probably gives a crap. Otherwise, you re probably better off to go on Amazon and buy your parts. And people wonder why Amazon is doing so well and retailers are not.

The staff lies to their customers. I visited a few months back and was told that I could drop my RV off for repairs and come pick it up. The communication sucks. It had been 2 weeks and I never received a call letting me know if my RV was ready. I finally drove there from Louisville to see what was going on and go pick it up. When I got there it hadn t been worked on. I sat for about 6 hrs and then I had to wait for a friend to pick me up. In all I ended up making 3 trips there and still nothing was resolved.

Very friendly people! We used our Good Sam membership to use their electric hook up and spent the night. It turned out perfect for us as we were traveling through. Thank you so much!

I just want to say thank you to ms Cindy @ the George Town camper world for really helping my husband and I redo the first time buyers experience over. After having a bad experience with the Greenwood Indiana camper world Georgetown really redeemed the company name I just want to say thank you to all of you . Especially you Kaitlyn for going out of your way to see what the Georgetown camper world could do for us and thank you so much to the GM that went above and beyond to make things possible and getting us in a different trailer into the technicians that got my camper ready for us to move into and everyone in the service department that went above and beyond to make sure I had the washer and dryer I actually wanted you definitely turned my frown upside down and brought back our camping dream no thanks to Greenwood Indiana camping world that made it a nightmare .thank you so much for helping us .teaching us about our camper going above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied with our purchase helping us in every way possible redeem our first time buyer experience you all are a great group of people . Just really sad I can't say the same for the Greenwood Indiana camper world office well I would say to the next fire safe time and go to Georgetown KY to purchase your RV , travel trailer, Or that amazing that's well and all the supplies you could possibly need for your camping trip thank you so much to Georgetown camping world. Called camping world to get some information on what my truck could tow and get some options for a future purchase. I got a hold of Katelyn on the sales team and within four minutes she found me exactly what I was looking for and helped educate me on my truck and its abilities. Exceptional service, and I look forward to purchasing from them in the future!

I don't know who that lady was in the service department, but she should never be allowed to work with the public again. Ever. We were having a situation with a water heater while at a campground.... stressful enough, right? I wind up talking to this female (can't call her a lady), and she snaps the names of two people who can come out and look. She asks me if I want the number. I was fumbling for a way to take the numbers down when she snaps, "Yes or no, I got other calls to take." EXCUSE ME? Who talks to someone like that? I feel sorry for anyone else who has to talk to/ work with her. I called a different location and talked to Danielle, who was really sweet, and did her best to make a bad situation less stressful. After explaining that there were no techs available, she offered to give me a number to the other store. Guess which number it is? I told her I'd call a different country before I called the Georgetown store ever again! I don't know if corporate reads these, but the female in the service department (who works on Saturday afternoons) needs to be let go IMMEDIATELY. She was too comfortable acting the way she did, so who knows how many people she's chased away.Huge thank you to Danielle over in the Loudon (?) Store. You're an absolute gem !!!!!*Edit: based on the service from the Loudon location, and the timely response, I've changed it from 1 to 4 stars. The whole company shouldn't be bad-mouthed because of one person*

What absolutely horrible service. I called 4 times in 30 minutes abd got no answer. The call center answered and said they were all tied up on calls. When I arrived at the store, there were 4 employees standing around talking to each other, telling personal stories. No in greeted me. No one offered to help. Eventually two of those employees moved their personal conversation close to where I needed help. After listening for a break in their conversation I eventually asked if they worked there. In retrospect, maybe I shouldn't have used the word "work." The young man whose name was Caleb confirmed and I asked him if he could help. I was looking for a black water treatment similar to Digest-It. He said he didn't know anything about it but it didn't think they carried anything. "Ok, maybe someone else does?" He said I could check with the guy in the service department. So, I did. One person in the entire place helped me. Finally. The low score is for everyone else there standing around doing absolutely nothing...

We had some power issues on our way from Michigan to Florida. Charlie and Rudy stopped what they were doing and spent a time with us to diagnose our problem. We appreciate their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to get us back on the road. A+ on customer service and knowledge of their business. Thank you!!!

I felt it was necessary to write this review because of the outstanding customer service my son and I received from the service dept.We recently dropped off our 2022 Fusion for extensive repairs. Tyler and the techs went above and beyond to take care of all the issues. For that we are very greatful.

Purchasing a camper from Camping World in Georgetown, Ky has been a nightmare. We purchased a brand new Heartland Mallard and within the first month of ownership, it had 2 separate leaks, 1 of which caused significant damage. I went and spoke with Matt the GM about the issues that I had and Camping World promised to fix everything under warranty. 4 months later, I am still dealing with trying to get all of the repairs completed. It is back for the 3rd time for repairs related to the water damage. So far, the repairs that have been made are of very poor quality and craftsmanship. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of their service department. The lady at the front desk will tell you every single time that your service advisor is unavailable. It isn't until you get frustrated with them when they finally decide to put forth a little effort to get you in contact with your advisor. Once you are finally able to speak to your advisor, they fill you full of hopes and promises that they know that will not stand up to on their end. I would strongly recommend anyone considering making a purchase from Camping World in Georgetown, Ky to explore other options before being trapped into a position like I am currently in.

We would like to thank Tyler and his team for rescuing us from a stressful situation on New Years Day! Stranded in Lexington, Tyler got us in for service next morning and we were on our way by 5:00pm. We can t thank you enough for your friendship and reassurance in reducing our stress and getting our repair done quickly. I would highly recommend this location for stress free repairs on your RV.

I worked with Katelyn Goodwin. I was looking for a small, low-profile camper. I found hers listed on Facebook. I sent a message sunday night & she replied in about 30 minutes. She was extremely responsive. I drove 90 minutes to come see her. She was very knowledgeable & what she didn't know, she got me the answer quick.. it's been a great experience.

If I could give negative stars I would. We have been haggling with this store for over a year. We bought new and have been told numerous times they would fix everything, including the awning that came partially detached from the wall on our way home from picking up our unit. They damaged my camper twice now when doing repairs. I have had absolutely no luck dealing with their customer service specialist from " Marcus Lemonis" office! I wouldn't buy a camper from any Camping World location! I wouldn't allow their service department to even winterize a unit, I would almost guarantee they still would damage your unit!

The London location is amazing very friendly people. They want to sell you a camper and will work with you to do that. Excellent choice of campers new and used. I would highly recommend any one to go there.

Customer service was really great! Explained what I needed and they found just the one I was looking for. Although the communication between each sales rep and the delivery driver I spoke to could use improvement. Other than that I had a good experience.

We got a starting offer for our fifth wheel over the phone from Dave Sebastian. This number was prior to inspection and we were fine with that and knew some would likely be taken off for any thing they thought would help sell it. We drove it from Louisville to Georgetown (over an hour), waited 2 hours and then got pulled into our camper (which I later learned was so we didn t complain in front of other potential clients they want to scam you in private so you don t give their jig up) where they told us that there were several things wrong with it that cost possibly 10k but they didn t give us a firm number. (It s a 2021 and any issues we had were addressed under warranty). Dave then proceeded to tell us that the starting offer was 5k less than what he told us on the phone. The offer they gave us was half of the value of the camper. We called the place we bought it from and told them what the issues were and they said they were no big deal. One issue was our control panel; Dave said it would cost thousands to repair, and our dealer/service dept said it just needed to be charged! I even looked it up on the BMPro website and it said the same thing. Don t fall for Dave s nice guy act. We spent over $80 dollars in gas, $25 in tolls, and a whole day off work to drive it over there.

We bought a jayco hybrid and the good sams warranty. the canvas experienced a failure . After being denied by the warranty the store manager helps us with repair and resolved our issues. I do recommend this dealer due to good management. Make sure to educate yourself on coverage of warranty overall I believe a extended warranty is a good purchase just be aware of what s cover

Made our 2nd purchase from Camping World. Upgraded our 1st purchase. Tim was amazing to work with. He knew what we wanted and our budget. He did everything he could to keep us there. Didn't try to upsell us or make us where we couldn't be. The check out and drive off the lot process took over 5 hours. That was insane. Was not prepared for that at all. 5 hours to do walk through (only took 30 minutes since we are experienced camper owners). Waited nearly an hour to start paperwork, took 30 minutes to do paperwork, another hour of sitting around. Be prepared for an all day check out process. That is the main reason for the 3 star review.

After speaking with Sarah sales manager regarding my RV trade in, I have left messages asking her to return my call to no avail. The receptionist told me that not only were the messages relayed to Sarah but to all of the sales managers.This would mean that the entire sales management team has no interest in helping me or intrest in doing business.So sad because I have had great experiences with Camping World in other states.

This location in Georgetown, Kentucky has very friendly employees. They greeted us as soon as we walked in. We asked if we could park here over night and they gave us permission and instructed us where we could plug in our RV. We were the only ones here all night. There is a train that is close by but that didn't bother us. Thank you, camping world! We are glad to be a good sam member.

2nd trailer we ve bought from Camping World. We can t say enough about our experience. The staff makes you feel like family and their customer service is outstanding. Terence, Dave, Jason and Matt really made the experience seamless. If your looking for to do a little camping or retiring- stop in to see what they can do for you, you won t regret it.

Thank you Camping World! We couldn't be happier with the service from Camping World, Georgetown, KY. We purchased a motorhome from them in 2018 and traded it in two days ago for a larger unit and was appreciative of the professional service from the sales and service departments. We had a problem with a noise from the undercarriage and was unable to get an appointment with a certified Ford dealership. We explained our problem to the General Manager at Camping World and he responded immediately by instructing us to bring the rv in and they would find a way to get it fixed. AND THEY DID! Two hours later the problem was fixed and we were on our way. Thanks again for the terrific service. Camping World has a bunch of dedicated employees that get the job done. Special thanks to Matt (General Manager), Johnny (Sales), Cindy (Service Coordinator), Rudy (Technician), and Charles (the git-er-done technician).
