My wife and I met with Kyle yesterday to look at the Renegade RV's and he was fantastic. He knew going in that we where not interested in purchasing immediately but he still spent over an hour answering our questions and sharing a wealth of information about the Renegade line-up. I am from out of state but will not hesitate to come back to Kentucky to buy from Bluegrass if Renegade is the brand we decide to go with. Being in the retail trade myself I appreciate top level customer service and I am confident that if you buy from Kyle that is what you will get. Thanks for a great experience. Ron

My wife and I are considering an RV and have been working with Kyle. I could not be happier with the experience. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and gracious. We are new to the RV life and obviously have a lot to learn. Kyle has been so generous with his time and information. What is probably most impressive are the positive reviews from his clients after they make a purchase. He continues to work with them and assist them with their needs. Several times, he has emphasized that even if we choose to purchase with a different dealership, he is always there to help us with any questions. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend.

I contacted Kyle with Bluegrass Trucks in September of 2021 about buying a new Renegade RV. Over the last few months I had many questions which he always answered sometimes spending 30 minutes or more on the phone. If I wanted something special added to the RV is was "no problem" we can take care of that at the shop. A few days before sending him a deposit I came across a used one in great shape at a price I couldn't turn down. I called Kyle and told him the bad news and he told me "no problem" and if I was in the area and needed any service work done on my RV, be sure to stop in and they would take care of it.

Not a very good place to do business with. Took my International 9400i in for a check engine light and after an engine harness, ECM, jumper harness and $6500 later it's still on. Not to mention the fact they let it sit there for a week before I found out my part was on back order. And the only way I found out was by calling the parts department myself after getting the runaround from the service department. So, I called Cummins in Cincinnati after they told me they couldn't get the part and picked it up myself two days later. That whole place is a joke. Deal with them at your own risk and believe every negative review you read. I wish I would have.

I did my alignment with them they don t do it right. I call them 4 weeks later they said no warranty on the alignment I have to pay again for the alignment. Bad customer service

UPDATE: DJ did reach out to me and we discussed. All has been resolved.DJ in parts is so rude and disrespectful. Called to ask a question he was way out of line and snappy. I had him on speaker and the guys I was with couldn't believe how I was talked to. This world has enough rudeness and disrespect sad you can't call a business and ask a simple question anymore. So called Martin's Peterbilt they were so much more helpful so driving out of way instead of dealing with that a**hole.

About a month ago I contacted Kyle about a 2022 Verona 36VSB, his dealer didn't have that unit in stock at the time. In the interim I got a great deal from a different dealership. Even though I wasn't purchasing the rig from Bluegrass Kyle gave me a great recommendation for financing, and also made some great suggestions to help make sure my purchase process was smooth. Kyle is a class act, honest as the day is long and understands customer service. I highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking to purchase an RV!

Rudest parts people on the planet. They act like they re being inconvenienced looking up a part even when you give them the vin. Keep thinking they ll change but haven t in at least last 5 years. Done dealing with them. Somerset IH is a much friendlier place to do biz.

Not happy with Bluegrass international, dropped off brand new 2022 school bus on December 19, 2022 @ approximately 8:00 am and still to this day, 2 months later still no bus. All it needed was a spring leaf/hanger replaced to level it up, new Led headlamps installed and a weld in the area of the undercarriage. What s wrong it s that picture. It s probably just sitting down there outside when we are needing it to transport our school children.

I Drove 7 hours to buy a Vehicle from these guys and was a little worried about it. Kyle K. Was my contact I dealt with via text and had excellent communication and response time even after hours. He Is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with, he was one of the most honest people I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. No games being played here I would return for sure. Ask for Kyle!!!

I recently went through the process of purchasing a Renegade Verona with Kyle Koeberlein. Kyle is a true professional and more than goes the extra mile to take care of his customers. To start I felt like I got a very fair deal, but more important is the care after the sale. He went above and beyond to work with me on selecting the right options, took care of concerns, and even helped me get emergency repair service for my old coach. I can t give a higher recommendation to anyone looking to purchase a truck or RV than to go with Kyle.

As many people have said these folks are friendly. That's where things end.The first time the truck came in it was for an EGR cooler. They had the truck for 8 weeks and kept telling me excuses about Parts being on backorder. I knew this was a moderately major repair so I wasn't that concerned - but multiple other dealerships have told me this should have been a 72-hour turnaround and that no repair on the truck should ever take weeks.Most recently the truck has been back again for a minor repair. The original estimate was $800 and the bill wound up being nearly 3000. Only $250 of that was parts.Even a basic. Inspection that my company required before I pulled it out of the shop was a week-long weight.How can I shop stay in business treating customers like this?

I am an owner operator and this was absolutely the worst service i have ever experienced at any dealer in any state. I have taken my truck there several times and each time they tell me one price and when i come to pick it the total is a lot more than the initial price i was told. One of the mechanics even broke a part on my truck that was totally fine and when we told him he said well good bring it again and maybe ill break something else on it too. The people are extremely rude and take every opportunity to take advantage of their customers. I dont know how a business such as this is still allowed to run but if you value your time and most of all money then do not bring your truck here to get serviced.

I give one star because my truck was towed in for regeneration problems and they were supposed to just reset the computer which takes about 5 minutes to do with their computer and then do a hard regeneration which takes about 45 minutes. I was scheduled to have work accomplished upon arrival of being towed in. When I got here, I was told that I am fourth in line for repair. I was towed in yesterday at 1100 am, they close at 10 pm. This is the next day as of right now, almost 24 hours later, and my truck is still sitting where the tow truck dropped it in the middle of the parking lot. They didn't even remove the keys from the ignition and lock it up last night when they left. Who does business like this?

Notified them in Advance we'd be in for a Repair; Part's were Ready, and got us in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Comfortable and fairly large Driver's Lounge with a TV and Comfortable Seating.Snacks were Free for the Drivers, which included Soft Drinks, Coffee, and #1 in our mind - Ale 8 Ginger Ale, made in Kentucky! Motel 6 and Day's Inn, plus Waffle House and a Pilot Truck Stop all in one easily accessible location.

Waited 18 days on repairs first off they claim to be open until TEN PM .. Is why I picked them in the first place put they assign a truck to one tech and when he or she goes home or day off the truck sits.. my bill was over $9 thousand dollarsClutch..yall sensor..isolator bushing.. front end alignment... I took this truck to have it leased on with the company I run for and they turned around and said when they looked at it there was no way they did a front end alignment on the truck the dates on the DOT inspection don't match the invoice so I'm having the truck inspected to see if they did the bare minimum and charged me for parts and labor thdy did not do... I do PLAN TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION IF THEY CHARGED ME FOR SERVICES NOT DONE... STAY AWAY

Worst experience ever.... I a business onwer. they used to repair and services my trucks. Every time that I left a truck there it take like a week to have some one to see the truck... every time that i show up there they weren't working just talking to each. then when the bill came they put a crazy amount of hours in labor that they dont even spend.... they warranty also is so bad... I really dont know how can people can bring the truck to then... If you can avoid to came there you will save time and money.
