Wonderful experience! I ve been to several Vavoline s and they are generally all friendly, but this was by far the best and friendliest one that I ve been to. Excellent customer service! Ryan and Caleb are wonderful. They took such good care of the needs of my little car. Caleb was very funny and very conversational. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Keep up the good work!!

Very friendly staff who worked together as a team, getting the job done quickly. This visit was for my 1998 Buick LeSabre and I'll soon be back with my 2020 Chevrolet Colorado.

Shout out to Brandon! I was mistaken on the life of my oil, thinking it was time for an oil change when in reality I was only halfway through its life. Brandon was honest with me and made sure I knew the actual life of my oil instead of going ahead and changing it, saving me a good bit of money. They also checked my oil and tire pressure without charging me. It was an excellent and honest service experience.

This is the best oil change place that I have been too so far...These guys here are really outstanding. ...service is awesome and quick...And they are so well mannered here... wow! If I am ever in this area again I will come here for my oil change...I do recommend these guys to anyone!!! Nathan and Zach awesome guys!

The new store manager Bradley is amazing. He truely knows alot about cars. He went an extra mile to help us.Great service and very friendly. I would recommend anyone to go see him.

The new service center manager Jonathan Ray is by far the best thing that has happened to that store. He is so professional and very skilled and knowledgeable about anything and everything. The store is the cleanest and well kept quick lube establishment in all of Franklin, KY. I didn't know of any company that offered so many garuntees on there services and even better all of the employees have 270+ hours of training and Jonathan is the leader of the crew. He expects the very best from his employees and does what ever he can to ensure all his customers are happy and more than satisfied with the service, Every guest, every time! I don't know of any manager that is willing to drive from Clarksville,TN to Franklin,KY for a job but, Jonathan does and works 6 days a week. This is such an awesome change for Franklin. Plus he does the best headlight restorations and garuntees them for life.

So, I was out of town for my son's baseball tournament in Nashville. We were staying in Franklin and we're pulling out of our hotel, my oil light came on, followed by my car stalling out. At that point I realized my local Pennzoil station screwed up my oil change. After walking down the street to grab 3 quarts to fill up my bone-dry engine I got my car down to Keith and crew at Valvoline. Found out my drain plug was not properly reinstalled. They got me squared away in 15-20 min. Super helpful guys, honestly save my butt. Fyi - the local Pennzoil paid for their crummy oil change and the one you guys performed due to the mix up. Thanks guys

Everybody was super friendly. Oil changed and tires filled in less than 10 minutes. Even showed me how to set the service milage in the car.

I have used Valvoline for years. However, last time I went to this location, they didn't put something back together correctly, about a fourth of the way through the miles I should have been able to get between changes, I started hearing rattling. I went to the Walmart down from my mom's where I was visiting and had them check out my car, I had 0 oil in my car, could have blown my engine. That was an expensive oil change, could have cost me way more! To scared to use Valvoline any longer.

I drive for a living and have always used valvoline instant oil change every time i needed a oil change. about ever month. Today I was in Franklin ky and was needing to get a oil change. Was ask to come back in 30 minutes they only had one car in the bay I guess who ever that was must be the more important than me. I will not be coming back to this location

Too high! I looked at my receipt after leaving and was charged $46for an oil change. I was charged for additional oil in a 6 cylinder car. No reason I should have had extra oil. Usually that charge is only for V8 Engines. Not going back.

Doesn't honor thr law enforcement discount. Extremely high oil change price when you provide your own oil and oil filter. Will not return again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Wont do oil change on mini coopers. Stated they don't carry the filter, I told them I had oil and filter with me. Then told me it was policy that they dont do mini's.What a great policy, person comes to give my company buisness, we refuse to accept buisness that we are open for.Senseless. Wont let me give zero stars.

bit expensive. But if you want it done right and can't sit for 3 hours at some shop... Polite and not lazy! They get after the work.
