Saved our day after breaking down on the way back to Florida. Towed and replaced a radiator in less than 3 hours. Super friendly and cost less than the estimate. Hope I never need them again but if you break down anywhere near them or are a local they should be your first choice.

When my car broke down in Nashville, other tow companies somehow weren t able to go out and tow my vehicle. Not only did Stonie s cross the border to retrieve my vehicle from I-24 and tow it to my home in Clarksville, their dispatcher was in constant communication with me and the driver did an outstanding job securing the vehicle on their, not a quick chain/ratchet job. He also was very courteous and highly professional. Would gladly recommend them for towing to others!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

They towed my car from across town and performed a complicated repair all in the same day at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Stonies. They do more than just towing.

Me and my fianc� had got stuck in the snow (March) early in the morning (3am) tried to get out ourselves even had family come try to help, we had made a little progress but still no luck. Had to end up calling a tow company, we found them as one of the top listed and they showed up within a matter of 30 mins and had us untuck within 10 mins of being there! Absolutely outstanding service! Would highly recommend them if you ever need a tow!Not to mention that it didn't cost a ridiculous amount. I spent more than it cost just because I tipped them for the outstanding service!Service: Car towing

These folks were great to work with. Even when things went a little wrong they maintained good, friendly communication. And when I made a mistake with a destination they were very reasonable with me and the towing fee. This happened this evening, June 18, 2022. I buzzed in my Toyota Roadside assistance through my car. I had a blowout/flat tire. They were able to contact Stonie's Auto LLC to come out and do the service. I received my first text message letting me know the estimated arrival time would be 28 minutes. Immediately afterwards another text message came through and said 88 minutes. I then called my husband to come to the store parking lot where I was located to prevent from waiting alone.It started to get late, the store closed and it was dark outside. I then called customer service around 9:18p.m to find out how much longer before the driver would arrive. I was informed the driver would not be there until 11:15p.m. The driver did not call or make contact that it would now be another 2 hours before arriving, The reason my husband did not put on the spare time when he arrived is due to recently getting out of the hospital. He was not in any condition to put on the tire. However out of frustration he said, I will go ahead and put on the tire. I have never seen my husband get so winded and sweat profusely. He was really too tired and weak to even put on the tire. I later had to assist him with pumping the jack back down. In addition to trying to be the lookout person, since we were not in a good location with being on the side of a building.Here is the kicker, I receive another text message a little after 10p.m, that the driver updated his arrival time to 1 minute. I told my husband so he could stop and we could get the help needed. Another text message came through reporting the driver is on scene with my car. The final text message said your road service is complete. THE DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP! MY HUSBAND PUT THE SPARE TIME ON THE CARE. We were able to arrive safely home due to my husband. MY husband said what if you were there by yourself. I would NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS. I also called the customer services through Toyota Roadside to let them know, no services was render and therefore this business SHOULD NOT BILL THEM. SHAME ON THIS DRIVER. I literally broke down in tears talking to the customer service person just thinking about what my sick husband had just gone through and how scare I was that his blood clots could have travelled. It takes a lot for me to cry and tonight, I was so upset, with just the thought of how this made me and my husband feel. if there is a owner, manager, or supervisor reading this post, please find the driver who took this call. This driver should be given some form of discipline for what they put us through and for not showing up. I would have given a ZERO, but you had to click at least 1 star.I'm writing to follow up on this review. I was able to speak with Mrs. Stonie who was very pleasant and took the time to talk to me. After speaking with Mrs. Stonie, I learned her driver never took this call. The AAA or roadside assistance operator took and handle the call, which updated the information as if her driver was on the way. I truly appreciate her bring concern and willingness to discuss this issue , n order to help make things right. Therefore I wanted to take this time to share with everyone, this would be a place of business I would use just from talking to Mrs. Stonie. Hopefully she and I both can get to the bottom of this and find out who was responsible for closing this call out that was most needed on yesterday evening.

I ve always had a very professional and high quality experience with Stonie s Auto. Every repair of three different vehicles has been expertly done and I ve had zero issues with the repairs. Very friendly staff and the cost has been more than fair. Plus they have a veterans discount, which is nice.

I had an amazing time experience with Stonie s Towing! Mike was very friendly, professional and had my vehicle loaded on his truck in less than an hour from when I originally called! I want to give a shout out to Stonie s Auto! They went above and beyond for me when I was recently stranded due to a flat tire. It was later in the evening when other places were closed and they opened their shop for me and changed my tire and replaced lugs that were stripped, all so I could continue On with my travel plans! I am forever thankful to this shop, for their knowledge, help and kindness to me!

The receptionist lady I talked to on the phone was terrible. Not good customer service and did not call back with an update when she said she would. Don t work in customer service if you re going to be nasty and unhelpful.

Mike the owner is a awesome guy he goes above and beyond he picked me up off the side of the highway in like 5 mins when it was storming and dark at 1 am took me to a hotel took my car to his shop and picked me back up the next morning and took me to his shop and let me use his lift and tools to fix my car and ordered me parts and he charged me next to nothing
