THIS IS THE RUDEST PLACE. WE UNDERSTAND PIKICY CHANGED BUT DOES SLL YOUR STAFF HAVE TO BE HATEFUL SNF RUDE????? We will not be back. Stopped here last night to get oil changed and was here a while they came out said we can t change your oil tonight we only have 2 technicians and 2 trucks ahead of you. Dint close for 2 hours but couldn t change our oil. No problem. Worker said management don t wanna hire for night but over hires day workers. So we came by today. Talk about rude woman and workers. When Speedco starts paying my truck note and pays for my oil changed then they can tell me if I can or CANNOT LOOK AT MY OIL FILTER WHEN CHANGING IT!!!We will NOT BE BACK!!!!!I hate to leave negative comments. I usually won t. But the day shift here today 01-31-2024Was so rude and hateful I am leaving how I feel. YOU CAN TALK TO ME LIKE I M NOT IGNORANT AND DEFINITELY NEVER RAISE YOUR VOICE AT OR TO ME!!! I work like you worn. I would never disrespect you. Don t disrespect me!

Just showed up after needing a oil change and full Pm, I was next in line . I m thankful I read the reviews lol They Won t be breaking my truck , I ll go on somewhere else. Maybe if it was a few bad reviews but Jesus , Seems like every other comment somebody messed up someone s truck.

Went there for PM, DOT, & TRL ABS.. they were all super attentive & quick! It was incredible they got me in immediately and made sure I saw the tightening of the torque and oil level etc!Definitely a GREAT location to stop off at! Great people work here!Thank you again for all your help today!!! 10/2/23

thank you so much to this Speedco and its employees. I was very pleased with their work and attitude towards me. changed the oil, oil filter, fuel filter and all this was done very efficiently and quickly. Thank you very much guys, you are great.

4hours to get oil changed but the worst part people inside don t know what to do. Was pretty nervous watching them to brake something on my truck. They don t even have funnel. You better find some other shop. Avoid this unprofessional sketchy place. Stay safe

Came in for a pm service, told me they only had one mechanic on duty and would be about 2 hrs. Before they would get me in the bay. Wasn't even there 2 hrs and was done with the service.

So we came here to get an oil change and our company told us a contact name and arrange everything. But when we arrived zedric the manager told us there wasn t any arrangement and that the contact was not an employee there by the name Liam. Now I understand having a bad is completely understandable but the amount of rudeness and unprofessional manner was not necessary. A simple How can I help anyway! Would be sufficed, but unfortunately we had to be turned away. Speedco should really reevaluate their employees especially management. Or at least teach them some customer relations skills. This reflects poorly on the company and other employees that actually want to work and present themselves as great. Zedric please think before you speak, also think about how you would like to be treated. Horrible service!!!!

Very poor customer service and rude behavior towards truck drivers, the lady in the Sunday morning shift 10/01/2023 very very rude and showing attitudes,I am writing this because she not only had bad behavior also showing bossy attitude.I will call and complain about it even to corporate office .Service: Air conditioning

This is not a high detailed review because I'm choosing to be professional. Even though that's not what I observed in my experience herein. Folks at the counter were both courteous and attentive.However the tree star's is based on around the fact I observed several folks in uniform in the Bay/work area. "Busy" with one truck in one of three bay's with only one or two ppl even touching said truck.After finally being greeted, I was told to pull around to the next bay. Adjacent to the occupied one out of three so that's one bay in use. Two empty, none of them out of service.I waited close to thirty minutes at the Bay I was directed to. All of the "busy employees" previously mentioned had disappeared from view while I waited at said bay door.This is too the point I'm watching the next shift pulling up to work while I'm still idling at the closed bay door. No one ever said a thing to me again. Until I pulled back around front. And proceeded to purchase my filters and take my business elsewhere. And they seems all to comfortable with that decision. As another truck had pulled up just after I pulled around front. And was already in the next bay I was previously assigned! .Absolutely never experienced this quality of service at a speedco before.And thankfully I won't again. But yeah, three star's.,.. And two of those was a credit for the brand as a whole from previous experiences. Honestly all three was a credit!This is not how you do business with ppl that are already worn out from dealing with careless motoring public, shippers & receivers all day.How much patience do you think a single person should have?Bare in mind I said nothing negative to anyone onsite with the exception of asking why I sent to a bay to if no one was available? No one even answered the question. Because a different person ended up selling me the filters to begin with.(shift change I'm assuming)I'm sure the owner didn't think watching guaranteed money drive away was "productive".

I am not so sure about 5 star reviews. After my PM service I found out that one of oil filters wasn't changed as well as fuel filter. I hope they knew about its existence. If you decide to come here make sure to keep your eye on what they do.

Pretty quick in and out..they said they checked tire pressure but i know for a fact that he didnt. I would rather be told they forgot than lie about it

Sunday early noon today, showed up and they had 2 out of 4 bays working. Sat waiting for and hour, no one approached my semi. Both bays finished jobs and all bays empty, sat for 15 more minutes no one approached. Finianly walked in saw 3 workers just standing around, personal behind counter on phone back turned. Waiting a minute then had to interrupt him to ask if anyone was going to help me. He says "Everyone is busy and he just finished an oil change." I walked out, not going to trust my semi to a lazy crew.

do over charge to customers and don t explain to customer that what would you charge and for what ? If I asked to change my wipers then you should let me know that you ll charge for that then how you charge twice for wiper if I ask saying this was an accident guys don t come here because this is totally different than speedco

10 STARS! I'M A DEDICATED ROUTE DRIVER AND I'VE GOTTEN TO KNOW THE STAFF OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS. GAMMON AND JAMES MECHANICS ARE BOTH TOP NOTCH FRIENDLY AND DO THE JOB RIGHT! THE GIRLS AT THE DESK SADIE AND ALEXANDRA ARE BOTH AWESOME TOO! SOMETIMES THERE MAY BE A WAIT BUT THEY DO THE JOB RIGHT! CONGRATULATIONS TO SADIE ON HER RECENT MARRIAGE SEPTEMBER 2022!

Love going to the speedco in Franklin KY! They always take the best care of their customers & have the best customer service. They actually take their time and care about the time limits we are on. In and out on oil changes. I try to always go to this shop. The mechanic James is awesome & I hope to see Sadie, the manager of the shop sooner than later.

Checked in at 5:30 p.m. left them my name phone, no one called me they let another truck go in front of me, it is now 7:33 p.m. was told 2 hrs. But I guess lack of communication ,now I sit waiting for the truck in front of me, who was supposed to be me. The mec that came out to get my info says, we went to your truck no one was there,I'm like u got my phone but didn't call, terrible!! They did come outside in with their truck n changed my tires, well done.Service: Tires

0 Stars,arrived at 7pm only 1 motor coach infront of me for PM and another truck just to replace fuel filter,they were done with me at 11pm. Then move to a tire side for a flat tire,took them another 2hrs,so from 7pm to 1:00am. Short staffed ,Only a manager and 1 technician a female!!! She did good ,but nobody to help her.

Employees here are very knowledgeable and performed the services in a timely matter. Place is also very clean and staff is extremely friendly and professional.

The worst Speedco ever I had experience with.It took them almost 2 hours to do the oil change for my truck and when they did it , they didn t do it right. the truck was shaking and it was driving funny. when I took it back to then they said I have to wait another 30 minutes before they take a look at it . since I was late for delivery I couldn t wait that long I just took it to the next shop and Had them change the fuel and oil filters

Jeff and Will are two lazy people, I don't recommend this location, I waited 5 hours for oil change. They work in slow motion mode, and wait for their day to pass. I don't even understand why in the world these people get paid.

One star is way to dam much for this place 4:45 it will be 2:30 we get ya ok. Well 7:51. I go and ask are we next every one is gone. Oh we have two trucks over in the repair bay . Then there is 3 guys walking around eating playing on phoneand doing nothing f you all . My 80 trucks want never be back in here again .

Got turned away for oil change bc they close in 45 minutes. No trucks in bay for oil change just one in tire bay. I drove 30 miles bobtail and he's saying come back in the morning.. pure laziness
