This is a great place, we have had 1 serious damage car repaired by them about a year ago and it came out better than brand new. Pictured below is the Hood of our Yukon we just had completely repainted by this company. It turned out amazing! Highly recommend this company for all your cars needs. Extremely easy to work with. 5 stars well earned!

Girlfriend had a wreck March 2023 , Adam & his crew got the car at beginning of April 2023, State Farm office in Franklin has them as a DRP who also suggested she take fault instead of having the semi truck who hit her take fault, which then took them 11 months to finish it even though they received the check & cashed the check in June. 7 months in my girlfriend had walked in to look at her car because everytime she called it was something different & Adam lied telling her the check was still in the safe (uncashed). Then called the semi truck guys insurance telling her it had been cashed in June. Every week it was a different excuse, he didn t have enough workers, he was waiting on parts, waiting on paint, it would be done in a week then never heard from him again until she called, came to a point where he d have his assistant take care of the calls instead of bringing reassurance to my girlfriend. Adam even told her & her dad that it was either her or her dad calling up there all the time . So, we got the car back in middle of February 2024 & the battery was completely dead, so we had to jump it off then bring it back the next day to get a new battery put in it. The assistant said Adam had drove it & it was completely fine. Well, we noticed it was shaking really bad on the side they worked on, so when we mentioned it to the assistant (because Adam never showed up to give us a breakdown of the car, what all he did, etc.) she told us Adam had noticed that & it was like that before the wreck which doesn t make any sense because how would he know it drove like that before the wreck if you couldn t even drive it when he got the car & she already told us he said it was driving fine. I never leave bad reviews, but something sketchy is going on with this shop & State Farm, they ripping people off to some extent. Basically her car was totaled & the amount to fix it plus the many rental cars she went through in that span went over her cars worth by $7,000 which isn t normal. So the trauma of being slung around in her car after being hit by a semi then having to go to Adam s shop, the experience just made the wreck so much worse. The only kind thing he did was pay for a rental car for the last two months, because it had taken them so long, the other guys insurance wouldn t pay for it anymore but it wasn t until he was paying for the rental car that anything got done with her car. Said it d be done by Christmas, Christmas came around & Adam went ghost again, didn t hear from him till the car was done in the middle of February & still never saw him even after picking the car up or the next day when we had to get a new battery put in, to get any kind of answers. When we got the summary sheet, they only worked 57 hours on the body & 16 hours on the paint job. So 73 hours in an 11 month span of having her car, just doesn t add up.I will NEVER recommend someone to this shop & it wasn t even my car being worked on, but the trouble she & her dad went through to get any kind of answers. I would not take a recently wrecked car here unless you want to be waiting on it for a year, get thirty different excuses, get told you re always calling then pick it up & never see the owner to get any answers about it.

They were very friendly to me! Every time I called they always answered my questions to the best of their ability! They even painted my hood that they said had a lot of rock chips all over it and the door that had a few dings from over the years. They were quick to get me in and come get my vehicle and start as soon as possible. You can tell they really try to make the best of any situation. Thanks guys for the awesome work!

It has been seven months, and my daughter still has no car. When we call, it's always the following week, and check back. It's good to know that this place is highly recommended, but to have someone's car that long is ridiculous. Update,It now has been 11 month to fix my daughter 's car. I'm trying to understand what is going on. God doesn't like ugly and this situation is not how you treat someone's vehicle. Sounds shady to me!!

Adam and crew did a fabulous job on our 2001 Dodge 3500. Truck is better than it was new from the factory. Wonderful attention to detail. The fit and finish is outstanding. I hit a deer earlier this winter and damaged the front corner of my vehicle. Adam and his crew have my car looking brand new now. They did a phenomenal job on it. Adam really helped me out in a stressful time... 2 weeks before my wedding I wrecked my vehicle and that was the last thing I needed to worry about... Adam got my vehicle in and they got it looking great again... picked it up today and it looks amazing. Inside and out. After having two separate car issues within two days of each other (with the second causing a ton of damage), I was beyond frustrated. I was so grateful for Adam and everyone at Quality Refinishing! They keep in contact with you, let you know what's happening each step of the process, and are extremely friendly and professional! Highly recommend! The work they did on my car was high quality!

Quality work.... I had two accidents months apart and couldn't find an available repair shop in Portland. The wait was unbelievable. I googled KY shops and came across this one. Me and my family were on the way home from Florida to auburn ky when our car starting messing up like the throttle was hanging. Scared all of us to death. I googled some help ideas and came across adam and was met with the nicest most respectful person I have talked to on the phone in a while. He tried to help me over the phone, but it was outside of my expertise because I m no mechanic lol. SoI limp the car into his shop there in Franklin and he stops what he is doing on a busy day (good luck finding someone to do that these days) and comes outside and looks at my car. He was the nicest person to deal with, especially after I interrupted his work on a busy day. After looking at my car for just a few seconds he immediately sees the problem and fixes it. Then I try to pay him For his time and trouble but he wouldn t take a dime from me! So if you are going through some places trying to decide who to use for your finishing and mechanical needs I HIGHLY recommend adam and the guys at quality refinishing & mechanical. I know if I have any vechicle needs in the future they will for sure get my buisness.
