A huge thanks to Jake's Muffler & Brakes! Thought we had an issue with the car and they got it in within a couple of hours (last minute notice) to take a look for us, being we're from out of town!! Thanks to Jimmy's Car Care for sending us to Jake's, since they were booked up for the day! We appreciate the quick service Jake and your knowledge of vehicles. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and we cannot thank you enough for getting us back on the road and feeling safe!

This shop doesn't stand behind their work. I had my jeep in there several times to be fixed. Who knows if it really is fixed now. I will be taking it to another shop to confirm the repair that was done. The manager is inconsiderate and disrespectful, he has zero time management skills and shouldn't own a buisness. Dealing with him is like playing cards with my sisters kids. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this shop. The pictures are the parts that was originally installed by the mechanic. The bearing was spun due to not properly installing the pinion bearing due to the crush nut not being torqued properly. Then my vehicle sat at their shop waiting for them to fix their mistake for 6 weeks.PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST! IT WILL COST YOU EXTRA MONEY! YOUR VEHICLE WILL SIT IN THE PARKING LOT WITH THE DOORS UNLOCKED TOO!!AVOID AT ALL COST!!!Update I have a total of 5 hours of drive time on my Jeep after the work was done by this shop. Now my jeep is leaking axle shaft oil and it is till vibrating front the rear end like it was before the bearing failed. This shop doesn't stand behind their work. I called and talked to the girl at the desk and she could care less if my vehicle was still having issues. I guess as long they got their money they feel like they are out of it. I've never seen a bearing fail this quickly after an install.Last and final update, replaced the axle shaft bearings and seals by another shop, due to a leak that was caused caused from the install of them removing my axles multiple times. Then had them work on the vibration the pinion was causing.This other shop diagnosed the problem called me and let me know what was going on. Then had my jeep fixed in less than a days time. He also didn't rip me off on labor hours. Jake is a joke and he doesn't care about his customers. Only the cash he receives. If you need your vehicle worked on drive past Jake's and go to one of the shops on Blackjack road.I honestly wish you could only give this review no stars. Because he doesn't deserve the one you have to to give.

Had a brake issue late in the day and they got me in and fixed it within 2 hour. Super nice and fair. Would highly recommend

He ripped me off he messed my car up more than it was to begin with told me the noise would go away when it didnt he gave Me, the run around. About fixing it correctly just long enough to make sure the 12000 mile warrant. Y had ran out, and he wouldn't be responsible now. I'm stuck with the $1200 bill. Because he did not do the work correctly. And he knew he didn't do the work correctly. Hes a fraud and a phony. Do not use this shop. Also he lied to me to me he tore it back diwn n thwre was nothing wring with it when i took it to another shop they said there was absolutly no way he tore it down n had charged my warranty company $3000

Awesome place for your car needs. Was out of town and ran into an issue. Stopped by & they were the most helpful people I could of hoped for. A fast service & I was right back on the road. Jake is very knowledgeable and won't steer you wrong. I was unsure of what sound I wanted but he nailed it spot on. He even fixed my belt for me while it was on the rack.

I'll never go back to this place again. He charged me $400 and didn't even put the $135 part on my car that he charged me for. He wouldn't refund me any money and threw a fit when I went in to ask why he didn't do what he charged me to do. Worst service and people I've ever dealt with.
