Would not recommend at all. Took my 10yr old car in to have the water replaced. By Fords repair it's says to replace the timing belt and tentioner, because the timing belt tentioner is bolted to the back of the water pump. They called 15 minutes after opening to tell me the timing belt was in great condition and didn't need replacing. Even though I requested it. After I was assured it was in great condition, it wasn't replaced, $800 and 3 weeks later, the timing belt broke. $3k later, it's till doesn't run. They dont follow Ford procedure. Find a better mechanic.

So here we go. I have a 2012 f150. Started having issues out of the transmission. Looked up the symptoms to find there was a recall on the transmission lead frame. I call Hunt Ford. "Yes that's under recall. We have the part and there will be no charge since it's a safety recall." Awesome! I schedule the service, and have to take the day off. The day of comes. I like to be sure so I called before I went. "Just want to be confirm there was no charge?" "Correct it's a safety recall. No charge." Awesome!So I get there prepared to wait for the 2.5 hour job. A service agent comes up to me. "Can you describe the symptoms?" Absolutely. I run through it. "Yes that's the transmission lead frame. "Unfortunately, that part is on back order and we do not have it. Also, the warranty has expired, so it's going to cost $1400 for us to fix it.""Um I was told TWICE there was no charge. I was also told that you had the part here.""We're very sorry. The person that told you this (TWICE) should have read the warranty information.""So I just want to confirm what you are telling me. One, I was told no charge TWICE. Two, you have the part here. Now I have taken a day off work, you want to charge me $1400, AND YOU DONT EVEN HAVE THE DAMN PART?!""We're very sorry sir.""I'm done here. Sorry isn't going to fix my truck."The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they were friendly. Otherwise it'd be one.

Once again I went to have a vehicle serviced. This time my wife's truck. I have to say I was completely satisfied, as well as very pleased concerning The care of my wife's truck. We also brought up that she didn't have the extended warranty like we thought we did have on her truck. We made sure that we had an extended warranty by the time I left there. Not only that they gave me what I would consider a very good price on it. Hunt ford not only took care of the customers like they were your own family, but they also take care of the veterans, active duty, all of our military community and their families. I would highly recommend going to this place to have your Ford vehicle serviced. They have appointments you can do it online so that way you don't have to just do a first come 1st serve. I was greeted professionally and friendly. And if I had any issues with any of the vehicle they would have come out notified me before they did any work on it. And there were no problems with the truck it was well taken of. I want to thank the entire staff at hunt ford, again I would highly recommend going to this place to have your Ford vehicle taking care of.

It was very easy to orser the part and schedule the repair, at which time they to3kd me how long the repair would take, and that's how long the repair took. It was a good experience, and all the folks with whom I interacted were very friendly, professional and respectful.

The worst service center experience I have ever had. Took my F150 ( 2020 , 27, 000 miles) in for a weird rattling sound in July of 22. Had it a week and they said " We cant replicate the sound, but if it does again bring it back." So I dealt with it for a while. Took it back recently, same issue. Again , had it several days, but they cant replicate the sound. When I called them to check the status, they said they need me to come up and ride with someone to point out the sound......ok, fair enough. So I went up there, first guy they put with me couldnt even hear me talking to him, so he suggested we go back and get someone younger......his words. Next guy definitley heard the sound. He said it sounded like something was loose in the exhaust. So we go back, he tells one guy ( kenny) he hears the sound but Kenny replied that hes done with it, like really? So I guess he didnt care anymore , so he told the service manager. So they put it on a lift , told them to call me when its done. I get 10 minutes down 65 and they call, and I quote , " we cant hear anything wrong , but if it does it again bring it back". So I basically wasted my time . One of their guys heard the sound, so they checked it for 10 more minutes and basically said, we are done come get your truck. Trading in my Ford tomorrow and going with a car company that atleast acts like they give a damn.Service: General repairs & maintenance

On travels with my camper 9 hours from my home. A Charge pipe blew off my Diesel and put me in a bind (loss of power). Hunt Ford Service had the part on hand and made it their mission to get me back on the road quickly!! Service was impeccable! I really appreciate what they have done for me.Please consider them for your vehicle servicing needs.

I can always rely on Hunt Ford to get what I need and do a great job! Never had any problems with scheduling appointments or getting parts ordered in even when it s busy. I ve also always been treated with respect and like I deserve to be driving the car I m in. I ll continue to go to Hunt for my service.

I have 2 other Ford dealerships that are closer than Hunt, but I don't mind driving 45 minutes out of my way to make sure that my car is serviced the way it should be. I made an appointment to see if there was something wrong with my truck. After an hour they said everything came back great and there was no charge. I don't know of a lot of places that would do that now a days. Thank you all so much.
