Donald went above & beyond to get us up & going, he found us the part we needed for our truck & even pulled our Rv to his shop with his personal truck to get me off the interstate.We can t thank him enough! Very knowledgeable mechanic & super kind man..

Not sure how this place has so many good reviews. All I needed was my splash shield secured under my car. I somehow lost a fastener while driving and it was scraping the ground. I made an appointment and the receptionist told me to be there right at 12 when they come back from lunch to get it fixed. I took off work and went up there. Donald comes to unlock the door and looks at me and says why are you here? I said I have an appointment at 12 to have my splash shield fastened up. He was immediately aggravated and said he didn t have time for this. I told him I called a few days ago and made an appointment that was written on their calendar and could leave the car and come back. He immediately started listing all the other things he had to do. It would have been fine if he hadn t been so rude about it all. My apologies for trying to utilize a business for its intended purpose. I decided to save him the trouble and seek assistance elsewhere.

Really nice guy runs the place. Fixed our vehicle with no problems and charged a very reasonable price. I've been looking for a person we can go to with car problems and he really did an A-1 job. Thanks!!

Excellent mechanic. Very fair and honest. Will try and help you and save you money. Donald and his staff know what they are doing and have connections to get anything done that he can't do. I will take my van to no other mechanic without first checking with Donald. 5 stars!!!

Broke down traveling back to Michigan with a sick granddaughter, being a Saturday thought we were stranded. Found Donald's Service Center and talked with Don, said he would get us in without even knowing we had sick child with us. He put his other work aside and got our vehicle fixed and back on the road. Very nice gentleman and I couldn't have had the work done any cheaper by my own mechanic. Can't go wrong with Don!

Car broke down on our way to Nashville from Indiana, no one had an opening except for Donald's. He did everything he could to get us back on the road as soon as possible. He did quality work in good time. I would reccomend him to anyone.

I think this is the best vehicle service center in Franklin. Labor prices are very reasonable and Donald will diagnose your vehicle and give you an estimate on the cost of repair. I have taken my family s vehicles here for a few years now.

After a failed Saturday Alternator replacement went wrong with a stripped tension bolt I called this shop. Even though they couldn't get ahold of the service they use to tow your car they came and picked it personally at around 10am, and had it finished in 5 hours despite their hours only being listed til 12pm all for a reasonable price. I will return here for future repairs and I suggest you do the same if you're in Franklin.

Poor service, ended up costing me a 100 bucks for him to wast my time and money and never touch my vehicle. I first called and after telling me to bring it in. Paid to have it towed once there he told me he didn't have a place to keep it and how he was short handed ,and he didn't need my buisnes and I then had to pay to have it towed back home. I will never recommend this shop and will tell anyone who will listen about this.All I can hope is just like all the other shops that have had that location that it soon floops and the next respectable buisnes owner takes over

If your car is gonna breakdown in Kentucky, make sure it's near Donald's Service Center. Fast friendly service, towing available. Located near I-65. Absolutely the best!

Won't take my car anywhere else... Honest and does great work! No complaints and they have went out of their way and even came to my house and got me vehicle and then brought it back to me...super service

They close at 12 noon on Saturdays, which is today..He managed to put other work aside for me, since I was stranded while driving to Mississippi. It s currently passed 12 Noon..and he is working on my vehicle. I highly recommend Donalds.

If you eed your car fixed, Donald is reasonable and skilled. Also sells unleaded gas, batteries, etc.
