After Advanced ignored me and O'Reilly insisted my 21 ProMaster didn't need a gas cap, I stopped in here. Jeremy had me in and out the door in just a few moments. Very friendly and helpful. I won't waste my time anywhere else in town.

Very friendly service. My Jeep was starting to hesitate on starting. They checked everything under the hood and the battery had a bad cell. Got a replacement at a nice discounted place!!!!

Great service, helpful employees. Helped us replace the side market light bulb, that I could not figure out. They had the bulbs in stock. 5 minutes in and out.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Came into the store Sunday to buy $3 pack of fuses and like a normal human being walked to the register and said hello to the lady cashier. I have never been so disrespected in my life. She didn't even care to look back at me let alone say hi. I stood there at the register for a good 5 minutes if not more and she ignored me as of I didn't even exist. She was typing on her cellphone as if I was supposed to check myself out. I will never ever ever ever set foot into this location. Actually I'd rather get the corona virus than go back to this store. Very rude and unprofessional

Came to this place and bought brakes and rotors. Turned out I didn't need new brakes and rotors for my car so I came to return them. When walking in, I tell the guy at register that I need to return these. He asks if I paid cash for then in which I said yes and show him the receipt. He goes to say that he doesn't have the money for me to return them that he has been doing refunds all day. After saying that we still want to return them, he walks off and grunts then happens to bring me cash back for what I returned. After giving me back my money, he never spoke to me or gave me a cash back receipt. He threw the money in my hand and walked off pouting. His name tag said Brian and under it said something about him being parts manager. That was the worst service I have received at an AutoZone and will not return to this one ever again. That guy does not know customer service at all. Maybe he should re-consider customer service job and work in a shop where he has zero contact with humans!

I'm not sure of the guy's name that was nice enough to follow me outside to look at my door on my truck yesterday,(5/9/21) but I feel that he did what he didn't have to do. He confirmed what I thought was wrong with the door & took the extra time to let me know what I should do to fix it.

Stopped in this AutoZone to get some 7.5 amp blade fuses. The store associate pointed me to the location and then approached to see if he could help. Paid and kept going. Have shopped here several times now and it's a good store.

My car battery died, and I went there to get a new one my uncle installed. The gentleman there was helpful, and I appreciated his recommendation. And I appreciated the military discount!

The Staff here was friendly courteous and helpful. That's a huge impact on the experience when youre trying to find specific parts and whatnot for your car. Good location that doesnt get too swamped with people.

I returned an item the first employee didnt seem to know what they were doing and had to wait for someone else to come help us and he was alot nicer too

This specific location is the best. I get most of my auto parts here for all 5 of my vehicles. All the managers here will help you and the employees here are just as thoughtful, too!
