Great experience as a single woman getting tires here...Sadly, that's not always the case with garages. The free oil change and alignment deal with 4 new tires was something I couldn't pass up! Courteous, and efficient... Even with all of those services I was out within 90 minutes! Not to mention I'm getting 6 more miles to the gallon than I was before! I'd recommend to a friend in a heartbeat

Tire Discounters damaged my brand new wheel on my truck and told me that they are"good honorable citizens, if they would have done this they would fix it." Also, when I spoke with Brad he said if they damaged the rim you would see a mark on the tire. Wait.. you do see damage on the tire, but was told that a different type of damage. I was told I need to learn to drive better by the tire technician. Stay away but if you do need to go make sure to take a picture of the wheel before going in as they will not own up to their mistakes.

The customer service that Jaime gave me when pricing out tires for me was good. However, during my service when they were putting my tires on. I was told that my drums "needed " cleaning but I didn't have the money at the time and all of a sudden I felt like I was pushed at the back of the line. Now, for some reason my tire pressure light is coming on after they put the tires on and I haven't had an issue prior to this. I hope it's just a sensor and they did not royally mess up my tires. And if they damaged anything they need to fix it.I came back on 1/5/24 and Brad showed me that my sensor battery was out. Thanks for checking on it.

I made appointment online, requesting the tires I wanted and service desired. I received a call from their customer service confirming appointment and tires, very friendly and courteous. I used their fantastic FREE car pick up and return service. I loved that!I chose the Perelli tires and so far they have met my high expectations.price was great and they have free rotation and a few other benefits.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they did not clean off the "goo" they put around the rims when installing. Not sure if they just didn't notice or it by-passed the guy who was suppose to check it all before leaving shop. I do recommend this company and I will use again.

It was very pleasant working with the guys at our Frankfort Tire Discounters. We recently got all new tires for my father's Jeep and he couldn't be happier. They were competitive on their pricing and were able to get the tires installed the day after they showed up at the store. I spoke with Brad and Justin mostly and I definitely felt like my father what's taking care of through the whole process.Great job guys.

Shout out to Justin at TD for being such a hard worker!!! They had a lot of appointments and he was on top of it! Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for their mechanic. Tire discounters also offers deals, free brake inspections, & Veteran discounts!

Had an appointment for Tues the 28th, for an alignment, I had to wait well over an hour. They finally pulled my car into the bay, he pulled it back out in under 15 minutes, no way the alignment got done in less than 15 minutes. I voiced my concerns to Brad Roederer and Justin Baker, and they got very defensive and rude. The receipt says they did a Four-Wheel Alignment, I got charged $143.09!! I definitely got ripped off!! I've bought my tires here at this store for several years but I won't be going back to them for anything!!

Brad runs a tight ship and has a high performance team. My truck was serviced in a timely fashion which considered my budget and future plans with restoring the vehicle to optimum performance.

5/31/23 I came in for 2 tires. I requested tires with good wet performance. They sold me General G-Max AS05s which are ultra high performance all seasons - wayyy overkill and $212 a pop. I got my free alignment, which they made ZERO comments on.Today, 9/19/23, almost 4 months and 8k miles later, I need new tires. I asked why and was told "My alignment is bad and cannot be fixed in the current state of the car" which would be great information when I spent $450 to put brand new tires on.The tech informed me they could "swap them around to wear the other side" which the service writer agreed to as long as I signed a waiver freeing them of liability. 5 minutes later, the tech refused to flip them due to "company policy" and "because we would be liable" after I signed off on no responsibility on their part! Finally, the service writer offered to put two new tires on, for another $150. I just left. Absolutely ridiculous that a problem they should have identified in the first place, comes out of my pocket. Do not come here unless you like predatory salesmen and people who refuse to own up to or reconcile their mistakes. Never again.

Oh WHERE do I start. Bought 4 BRAND new tires and not 3 days later, tire is low on air... wow. They gave me a coupon for an oil change, 35$ off. Okay. Took them over 1.5 HOURS to CHANGE OIL. Proceeded to try and upsell me the ENTIRE appointment. Oh yea, I had an APPOINTMENT and they took the car back IMMEDIATELY still took almost 2 hours for an OIL CHANGE. Max 30 min anywhere else I've gone. Don't waste your time OR money. Complete scam artists.UPDATE: less than 2 weeks after the new tires one is COMPLETELY FLAT. Took the car up and complained, turned out to be a FAULTY valve cover.... THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO TRY AND CHARGE ME 36$. What a JOKE.

This place is a joke, been here for over 2 hours and counting.. to get tires changed. Watched 3 guys take sledgehammer to my tire because they forgot to take lugnuts off. That was a hour ago, and I'm still here. Not to mention 800 for cheap tires . . So $800 2 hours and counting. I was in a panic to get someone to get my baby from school because of them and still here

Take my advise on this one. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not only did they not fix my car but they made it worse. A few thousand dollars worse. Unless you are here to just buy tires I would recommend finding another dealership. ELITE PERFORMANCE is the best in the area

They told us it would be 2 hours to get new tires on my husbands truck. We dropped it off before 2 and it wasn t done until at 7. And then they told him that the guy that did alignments left at 5 so they didn t even align the new tires and gave us a voucher to get it aligned another time. Very inconvenient!

We have been buying tires there since they opened. Never had a bad experience. They go out of their way find the right tires. The Technicians have always done a great job! Thanks everyone!

Went into tire discounters today to, get my air pressure checked. I walked in the lobby and was very surprised how clean/neat the sitting area was, not cluttered and the layout was nice. All the employees were busy working but, Jamie assisted me real quick. Gave me an estimate of the time, it would take and was pretty accurate. Thanks Tire Discounters employees, I'll definitely be back and send people your way.

Left my car overnight to have tires rotate. Had to pick it up the next morning ,rain all night, my windows were left down. Why??? And Know apology.

i ve had 2 experiences with this store, first one was i bought a brand new set of tires, the very next day i had a flat tire. second experience was i went in to get a tire fixed and get my alignment, before i left i asked the guy if they fixed the tire he said yes, nope, all they done was my alignment so i had to go all the way back to get the tire fixed. they didn t apologize or anything. very poor customer service.

Dishonest, rude, bait and switch.More was wrong with the car when we left than when we arrived. This is third location we ve worked with and won t be back to this one. They tried to raise the price on the tires from the earlier quote, were visibly angry when I refused the new/higher price, and proceeded with a really bad attitude after being forced to honor the price. Then they started finding all kinds of problems with the vehicle.

Friendly workers they go the extra mile.Pulled in last night TPMS sensor on small nail in the tire. They repaired the tire aired it up put the tire back on this was 15 minutes before closing time they could have said come back tomorrow, but they repaired it on the spot. And they said no charge.

Ordered tires for my car on Wednesday and scheduled to have them installed on the following Monday at 8 AM. Talked to someone who assured me tires would be there and looked forward to seeing me Monday morning. On Monday, I got up earlier than usual, drove the 10 miles from my house to Frankfort, got there at 7:45 and door was open. Was greeted by J ... Who went outside and looked at my car, then went to their garage for a few minutes to return to tell me that they had sold my tires to someone else, and could have more in same afternoon. I did not make an 8 AM appointment to wait after they had sold my tires to someone else and they scheduled my appointment. My time is worth something and I am furious. I will not go back to tire discounters, especially this location, and do not recommend them. Customer service does not appear to be important.

Paid for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Got an oil change only. Took it to the Georgetown, KY Tire Discounters which they confirm and took care of me. Time before they didn't change my oil which I paid for. Justin and the Manager (little guy with glasses) are both major liars and are very unprofessional.

EDIT AUGUST 2023: Well, I got a flat tire while in town on the weekend, and the only place open I could bring it to was...Tire Discounters. They actually fixed it fast, and didn't even charge me...the mechanic said: "This tire is almost worn out (which it was)...when you need another set of tires, come and see us!" So, I've upped my "star" rating based on this. (Smart marketing, Mr. Mechanic guy!) --(OLD REVIEW BEGINS): This is my third experience with this place, and I'll never go there again. On this trip, we were getting a new set of tires put on, and we asked them VERY SPECIFICALLY to put the old front tires (which were still usable) in the trunk, so we would have them as "spares" for the future. They made us wait 2.5 hours (even though we had called the day before and made an appointment), and by the time we left, we were in such a hurry that we didn't check the trunk...well, of course they didn't put the tires in there, PLUS they charged us a "disposal" fee for all 4 tires! (we called them and ended up getting the 2 tires and a refund for the disposal fee...but this was a lot of extra hassle for us) Have had other issues with them in the past...this is the last straw. Do yourself a favor and drive to Lawrenceburg!

Had a leaking valve stem. Tire Discounters were very busy and still managed to get me in and out without any problems. All the staff are very polite and professional. I recommend this location for all your tire needs and other services they provide. A1! Thanks guys! Shout out to Justin!

I called them 10 minutes before closing time while driving there with a half flat tire. These guys stayed open and fixed my flat tire working late and they were super polite and I couldn't appreciate them more! I will definitely be coming back here to buy tires in the future!

My tires have a tendency to attract nails, everytime this happens I take it to TD to get em patched. They are quick and professional, never had an issue.

I dropped my car off for new tires and brakes. They did an exceptional job...my car handles like new. Perfect alignment, balance, and the ability to stop without vibrations and pulling to either side..Ya just don't get that type of service for the price!

We received a fair price on a couple of tires and the install was quicker than expected. No problems ordering from the website or making an appointment. Brad and his team did a great job getting us out the door and resolving a small issue we had after our installation. Top notch crew!
