O'Reilly has generally been my go to for auto parts for years. Service by their associates has always been good and they in general seem to be knowledgeable and well trained. Prices on parts I go for are often less than competitors. 8 times out of 10 when I need something the store I go to doesn't have in stock, they can get it there that same day from another nearby store.The only thing I would like to recommend to them and see them do is offer an app for both android phones and iPhones. It would make things much easier for customers and give them more opportunity to jump ahead of their competitors that already have apps available.

Always professional. They were busy today so spent a few minutes more then normal. It ok, the quality of parts and customer service I will wait a few extra minutes. They pay attention to their customers and will give advice on other brands ect.

Brought rotors into to be turned and they ran a little late from being busy so they waived the cost. Professional under pressure!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not for the product, but the store. This was an online order that was sent to the wrong store. Staff refused to do anything or help in any way. I had to call, be pur on hold, and wait 45 minutes to cancel the order. While doing so I placed another online order. This time it was for Autozone. By the time I was done canceling with Orielly my duplicate order was being put in my car at Autozone.

My boyfriend and I came looking for an oil filter for his car. We don t know much about car filters and we let the O Reillys employee Cole this. We told him everything the employee at Valvoline told us to tell him. He seemed like we were burdening him with our needs, even when it s his job. My boyfriend and I weee super kind because there wasn t a reason not to be until he started treating us like it was our fault he was not enjoying his job. My boyfriend told Cole what he thought we needed and Cole huffed because it wasn t what he needed to put in. There was no help with figuring out how to find the numbers or types he needed. Just an expectation that we must know exactly what we are talking about to make his job easiest. Cole proceeded to go get the filter he thought we might need and then rang it up, looked at my boyfriend with no communication and then handed us our receipt. My boyfriend kindly said thank you have a good day and Cole responded with looking at us and making no expression or communication back. I understand you may not enjoy your job but the way Cole went about helping us was more than avoidable. There was no willingness to help nor did he seem glad to help at all. Bad customer service says a lot about the business s priority s and I hope that it gets straightened out because from here on out when I think of O Reillys I will think of the bad experience only.

Very helpful with my last fiasco.Brought in what was left of the part off my vehicle.Gave the woman what little information I thought it was. She figured it out in no time and had my part on the counter ASAP.

The 2 guys that waited on me the night when i really had a problem, was awesome. They fix my issue within 30 minutes and i made it home( 2 hours away). They was awesome!!! thank God for ppl like them. They are in Frankfort, Ky.

Needed a low beam light bulb for my truck. In the store they have a QR code. You scan it with your phone and it helps you find the bulb you need. Great idea.

We broke down on the way from Indiana and back to Georgia. We were able to call, tell them what we needed and have them bring everything to us on the side of the road!! Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to help us out!

People actually know what their talking about and what to do to help. Probably done going to advanced auto and autozone. Tried to aquire the right belt for two weeks from other parts store. Was supposed to be 36 inches, same belt here was 3 to 4 inches shorter from the other guys.

I have a 2012 Prius 3, and I could not find the rear wiper blade for it anywhere. I was about to give up and go to the dealership in order to get the correct part for my car, when on a whim, I stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts because it was close to my home.The guy behind the counter was able to quickly look up the correct part for my car. They even had the wiper in stock. That in itself was no small feat, because I have been told that the rear wiper blade for my car is a special order part from the dealer.I went ahead and bought front and rear wiper blades for my car, and the guy behind the counter installed them for me. We had a little trouble getting the rear wiper blade off, but a quick Google search brought up a YouTube video that showed us exactly how to remove it.A good mechanic doesn't necessarily know how to replace the parts on a car, but they know how to find out how to do it. I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts for the service they provided and for having the correct part in stock.I plan on someday restoring a classic car, and when I do I'll go to O'Reilly for all my parts.If management reads this, tell your guys thank you and that they have made me into a lifelong O'Reilly customer.

I had called and requested a part for my Xterra. When I arrived at the O'Reilly's in Frankfort, Ky I went to the counter. I was greeted by Zack. I told Zack what it was I wanted and he almost immediately had it in his hand. I checked to make sure it was the right part. I thanked Zack and left the store. I was very satisfied with the service I received

I went in for a light bulb, they looked it up and gave me the wrong one twice. The man changed my FOB BATTERY and whatever he did, it no longer works.

Stopped in had new wiper blades put on my girlfriend's vehicle front and back the young man that put them on was very friendly would definitely recommend stopping by there if you need something for your vehicle

This was the worst visit to this location ever. I waited for 15 minutes to check out cause the lady behind the counter and the customer she was waiting on were showing off their tattoos!! I recommend going to Advance Auto across the street cause that s what I did after I was tired of waiting.

The clerks really saved me today letting me use the store tools in the middle of a downpour. I got the new alternator installed in the parking lot. They cleaned up the water logged tool set. I was stranded with a dead truck and they really helped me out!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. As someone who is not too familiar with my car troubles they were able to help me find what I needed and the oil I needed for my car.

Have the parts you need. Will order what they don't have and in most cases will have in stock by the next day. Are willing to work with you, matching orthers stores prices.

Customer service is better than any other place I have went to on east side. Straight and to the point. They also do not act as if I am a bother to them, as I have seen in some other stores.

The employees don't have a clue. Sell you whatever they feel like not caring if it fits or not. Prices are not competitive and their stock is insufficient.

Great prices, said they ordered my parts went to pick them up and they weren't there. Next day went and picked up the parts and gave me wrong rotors.
