If 0 was an option, that s what I d give. You take your car to the dealership for service because they are supposed to be the ones who know the vehicle best the best qualified to perform the maintenance needed. However, I took my vehicle to get my back brakes replaced. They replaced them, but forgot to put the 2 bolts in for my brake caliper causing me to lose control on the interstate with my child in the vehicle. Luckily I managed to get to the side without causing a wreck but that could have been a lot worse. My car had to be towed 75 miles back to the dealership and it took them almost 2 days to fix.

From scheduling my appointment to day of service this team was extremely nice and professional. I can t say enough good things about my experience with them. I will forever bring my Nissan to Neil Huffman Nissan of Frankfort for any service work.

This was our 1st free oil change/tire rotation at Neil Huffman Nissan Frankfort. It was a very good experience! We are really pleased with our Nissan Kicks & the 3 year maintenance plan that was included with our new car purchase last May.

My wife recently called Neil Huffman around 3 pm and the service department worked her in that afternoon. They found a nail, patched the tire and had her back on the road in about an hour. The staff are professional and very accommodating.

I purchased my Nissan Rouge from a dealer that was about 2 hours away from me so going to them for my oil change was just not feasible time wise. My experience here was great! I arrived 30 minutes early and they still were able to get me in and out. The clerks at the service desk were very kind and quick. For sure will be getting all of my future services done at Neil Huffman!Services: Tires, Oil change

My 350z's radio and navigation system had stopped working. I took it to Nissan of Frankfort and they did a diagnostic and found it was a main blown fuse. They fixed it and while there changed my oil and did a service check. Chris, the service manager, was excellent and so was the service technician. Highly recommend.

I had some warranty work that I needed done before going to Florida for vacation. I was scheduled for the Thursday before, which was very nice. After I dropped the car off, Heather called me and we discussed the issue I was having, and the chance that it may not repeat for the service tech. They would give it their best shot. Later she called me and explained in detail what they found, and that it was replaced. She was very thorough, and very professional, and has the kind of customer service skills that make me want to keep coming back. She's my favorite of all the service managers I've dealt with over the past 10 years. Because of her, I feel more comfortable bringing my vehicles to you for service and repair. Thank you to the Service Department at Neil Huffman for servicing our fleet. I always get an invoice emailed to me, Heather always allows us to drop off vehicles on Sunday nights and we get them serviced and pick them up a few days later. I know they will check for recalls, they will do the service inspections and call if anything extra is needed. I am confident in their service. I moved from Cincinnati a few months ago and this was my first visit. Heather, the Service Manager, was absolutely terrific! She was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and the services we discussed. My vehicle was completed timely and they were able to get me in and out quick. Recently made a purchase and they were great! I wasn't in the market for a Nissan but they made if very easy to come back. The discussion on what i required and within my range was their main priority.The car was delivered to Louisville and drove my trade in back. This was a very easy transaction and they were professional. Recommend this place if you're in the market.
