Larry Rose was a great salesman made the car buying experience vary nice and smooth. With the wife having anxiety of dealerships. He made it feel so smooth that my wife didn't even feel like she was at a dealership. Conner and all the other guys went above and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied with the car before we left. I would highly recommend Larry Rose. And all the guys at Neil Huffman Nissan!!!

To be honest, I despise going into any dealership and having to haggle over price of any vehicle. BUT, my experience this time was fluid. I knew what I wanted, had a max price in mind, arrived for my test drive appointment, and talked to salesman briefly about wants and needs. Soon thereafter, left dealership in my 2024 Pathfinder Platinum. I m content and truly appreciate the attention given to me during my time at Neil Huffman Nissan in Frankfort, KY.

Just purchased a great Nissan Frontier from Larry Rose and the rest of the team here including Eric and Alex! Overall felt like I got a good price for a truck with more bells and whistles than I expected to afford. It felt like the whole team there worked to lower the price and find other ways to make this truck fit in my budget, especially with my trade in. While I'll never know if the price I got was truly the best price, it felt like everyone there wanted to sell this truck but also wanted to work with me, an educate me on the process. I would recommend this dealer to a friend but it's always important to do your own research (both into the vehicle and finances) before making any sort of deal!

I recently had to bring my Nissan in for repair. It turned out that the cost of the repair was not worth the value of the car (one of those weird things that happen out of the blue). However, during the process of determining this, Heather in Nissan Service did an amazing job of communicating with me as to what they were doing. She went above and beyond- contacting Nissan to see if they could help with determining the issue and even to aid in repair (unfortunately that was a no). I truly appreciate everything she did to help in this situation.

In my first visit to Neil Huffman I was sold on them being my go to dealership for vehicle purchases. My family and I have always bought our vehicles from a hometown lot where we are from and they have recently basically gone out of business. I was struggling with where to look and go for a new car and came across a vehicle that I had to check out. I was contacted by Larry Rose after I had requested info on it and they set me up with an appointment to come see it. Larry greeted me while there and allowed me to take a test drive. While on it he answered all my questions and even some before I could ask them.I was very impressed all around with the professionalism and customer service I received while there. They care for me very one who comes onto their lot and what to do everything they can to make the process easy for you and get you exactly what you want.As stated before a Neil Huffman will be my go to car lot for any future purchases.

Disclaimer: Our cars are still under the courtesy care agreement. Brought them in for an oil change and the service staff were fantastic as usual! Amazing conversation and jokes all the time. Heather and her folks are nice to my wife and I!However: Didn t appreciate the sales person trying to offer us something while we were waiting. If I m spending a bunch of money to get my car back up and running, trying offer me something when I m already stressing about money isn t best move!

Thrilled with my new Rogue! Kameron and Dylan at Neil Huffman made my purchase easy. Great communication, online financing app, and Dylan showed me all of the new tech features I have not had before- incl the MyNISSAN app. Worth the short drive from Louisville for great customer service & selection! The SV w/ Premium pkg & turbo had all of the features I wanted. I have purchased a vehicle from Tavis @ NH Honda in IN in the past- also a 5-star, no pressure experience!

Recently purchased used 2021 F-250 from Larry Rose and Conner Smith. Larry is somewhat like myself, an old timer who didn t try to dazzle me with normal car salesman nonsense which I really appreciated! Conner is very respectful and professional young fella! When I returned next day to get my truck, it was super detailed and ready to go with 1/2 tank fuel! Thanks guys, good job!

I had a busted drivers side mirror. I called and talked to Chris and he told me to bring it on up. He ordered it on Wednesday and he called me Friday afternoon and said it s in. I took it up there and it was fixed in about 45 minutes. Chris was very easy to work with and everything went just like he said. It was a great experience.

We really like their friendly no nonsense approach. We are too old to play the song and dance routine most dealerships force on you. It makes me furious. At Neil Huffman Nissan, both our internet salesman and store salesman were so easy to talk to and they listened !

My experience here was fantastic. RJ was the gentleman that helped me throughout the process of buying a new vehicle. I was never pressured into buying anything. Going to dealerships can be a hassle a lot of times because they usually try to push you into getting something you don t need for their gain but I never felt forced into anything by RJ and I m thankful for that. Also when I went to finalize the paper work with Alex he was a pleasure to work with. He was very nice and honest.

I brought my truck to this dealer to have my transmission fluid changed. During the work, I was informed that a part needed was unavailable, and that we had to wait an hour for part delivery. This was done, and the service advisor gave me a discount on the work for my trouble. I will definitely bring my Nissan back to this dealership again if needed

Worst lot to ever try to do business with. Called on a Saturday to inquire about a vehicle - man said he would call me back....no call. I called Monday and asked about car - woman said it was in. Drove from Louisville to lot - 1) could not find a sales person to talk to 2) found car but it was in the very back. Stopped by later in the day, car had been sold.Called a few days later on two other cars. Nice sales guy, seemed attentive. One was not a fit. The other was $12,995 (grossly overpriced) but marked down to $9,995 (still over priced). Had them appraise my car for trade in - gave a fair price but not match on the buy side. Asked if they could go lower on $9,995 car and sales guy said it was another dealer's car and that was the lowest price.Sales guy kept in contact - no problem. Appreciated it. He seemed like he was interested in serving customers as he was persistent on buying my appraised vehicle.Then I saw the $9,995 car marked DOWN - wth? Texted sales guy. Sales guy said he would work a deal to take trade and coordinate subsequent purchase of marked-down $9,995 car. Never heard back. Got texts to prove this whole debacle. Seems the car salesman wasn't interested as I had assumed. Sad.Shane, muscle-guy with shirt-too-tight on tv, needs to manage his family's business. Too many games, service sucks and communication is, in kind words, terrible.Right now, demand is high - so is dealer laziness. When prices return to normal, maybe Huffman can clean its diaper for once. Maybe fam should've trained its own family better.Good luck!UPDATE........02/27/2024....Regarding Huffman's response, they proved my point! LOL! Michael, your sales rep, has my name and your used car manager has it as well. POOR INTERNAL COMMUNICATION. Huffman has weight benches and supplements, it seems. LMAO!BE AFRAID FOLKS....BE VERY AFRAID. THERE ARE BETTER CHOICES OUT THERE!

If you don t want the run around go to a different dealership. I ve inquired about a vehicle via carguru I was contacted shortly after, I was told it had a hold on it before I made the hour and a half drive there. Which at first great they were transparent with me.. I then asked for an update if it was sold later on in the evening and they said it was available if I was wanting to buy it.. (of course I did??) I ASKED HOW DO I MYSELF PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN SO IT WOULDN'T HAPPEN AGAIN. Mikayla ignored my question, then proceeded to tell me the owner of the dealerships son was driving it?? Then apparently someone put a deposit down later THAT SAME NIGHT. Are you kidding?? Then called me saying the original buyers didn t want it because there was scratches on it blah blah blah.. I said I will take it, but not until late Friday or early Saturday due to work. They then called me wanted me to submit an application after I had already told them I would go through credit union, they wanted to get a better rate through the dealership. Then 5 MINUTES LATER THEY TELL ME IT WAS SOLD??? This place is so ASININE (wishy washy) so unprofessional!!!!

Recently purchased a Cadillac SUV from Neil Huffman Nissan and Mike Taylor was excellent. He had us ready too go, my husband and I drove from Louisville to purchase this vehicle and I fell in love. The customer service is on point. Hospitable, great communication, and professional! Thank Mike we will be back!

My expectations were that I would have a positive experience and I did. I was treated like a valued customer and acknowledged for my years of loyalty to the Nissan brand and the Huffman dealership. Dylan Webb was exceptional in listening to me and found the perfect Altima. Scott in financing explained everything so I could make the right decision for me. It was a team effort. I highly recommend Huffman Nissan of Frankfort.

Just bought a 2022 Toyota Camry from Larry Rose at Neil Huffman. Larry was great to deal with and made the entire buying process super easy. No cheesy sales tactics, just straightforward information and knowledge. I came from Cincinnati to look at this car and was very happy with the experience I had at Neil Huffman and with Larry Rose.

On 9/26, we visited this dealership and purchased a 2022 Camry. So that the dealership can find the transaction, the person's initials are KFR of Cincinnati, OH.It has now been 44 days and we still don't have the title for this car. According to the KY DMV, dealers have 15 days to provide a title. Multiple calls to dealership have provided nothing but weak assurances of "well the temp tag is good until late November - don't worry" and more than once we've been told the person we needed to speak with was either not at their desk or gone for the day but they would call back. They didn't. We regret our next communications will need to be with the Attorneys General of Kentucky and Ohio to seek their advice.We really tried to be patient with these people but it's gotten us nowhere.
