Aaron Hinton the service manager is absolutely Amazing! Neil Huffman is so lucky to have him ! He went above and beyond for me to help get my vehicle fixed ! I will never go to anyone else .. Most Honest person I ve met in service industry! Adam was wonderful to work with very professional! Thank you both very much .. Neil Huffman service department is amazing..

We started using Neil Huffman a little over a year ago due to poor experiences with the Louisville GMC dealers. We could not ask for a better place to take our GMC vehicles. The staff are professional and respectful, the service is done correctly and timely. Thanks to everyone there for making our experience so positive!

I had let my mileage go a little over for my oil change. The Huffman Team was able to get me in on the same day so that would be prepared for my long trip in 2 days. I appreciate their flexibility to get me in on such short notice great job, Huffman Team!

Adam was very patient and kind when I came in with a thermostat issue. I was told by another dealership it was going to be $1600. Adam did not want to discuss the cost until they found out what the specific problem was that caused the code to appear. My repair did not cost what the first dealership quoted. I appreciate people that do not try to make women look stupid when it comes to car stuff. I know my fair share and only work with the people that treat me with respect. I will refer all of my friends (especially women) that need repairs done to go see Adam.

The strike created some issues with getting my part, however, Adam and the service department worked very close with me keeping me updated weekly. Great service department, it's rare to have something like this in Frankfort. Kudos to the Neil Huffman group!

Neil Huffman gets you in and out when doing a service on your vehicle. I am very pleased with their service dept. and defiantly will return. Usually have you done quicker than expected.

Seems like no matter which Chevrolet service center I use, they all have a very similar feel and service. Both of which leave something to be desired. Poor if not minimal waiting area and choice of refreshments. Bare minimum friendliness and care if not indifference towards you as a person and your car. Being a veteran, I do ask for a discount if it is not offered. Typically, that is anywhere from 10-15% off the total... not so here, it was maybe 5%. Also, it seems so rare now for any place to actually charge to use a credit card, they charge 3%. Basically, only a few dollars short of the military discount, so that covered the credit card charge.Also the price per hour of labor at Chevrolet Service centers seems significantly higher than any others, I also use Toyota Service Centers and similar services are for sure cheaper at the Toyota Center, plus the customer service is better too.Just my two cents, take it or leave it.

You gotta be kidding! Set appointment to have transmission fluid changed and possibly replace tire pressure sensor. My wife had the day off and took my vehicle in. She was presented with over $1000 dollars of upsell (expected) which she declined.After waiting 3 hours, she paid for the service and came home. I looked at the service invoice in disbelief. The idiots there had changed the engine oil tried to charge over $800 for tire pressure sensor and sent my wife home. I contacted the dealership about the problem but they never had the decency to even call me back.What a joke of a dealership....idiotsps....my vehicle had over 3000 miles till next oil change and my appointment clearly stated transmission and my wife told them that was what she was there for....Waste of money and time...Service: General repairs & maintenance

After we had trouble with another Chevy Dealership contacting our warranty company to get our vehicle fixed we decided to give Neil Huffman Chevy a try. Justin took care of everything and contacted our warranty company got the parts ordered, in, and installed within 1 week. It was over two months and the other dealership hadn't made any progress and wouldn't even return our calls. It's a farther drive but it's worth it to us to return.

Had an appointment at 1:00 pm didn t take my car back till 1:45. I looked at my receipt and not sure if I had a tire rotation done which was supposed to have been done. So at this moment I m not 100% satisfied. The times I ve been at this location I ve had excellent experience. So everyone can have an off day; maybe short staffed or whatever but would have been liked to been notified of them being behind so I didn t have to stay there all that time. But at the end of the day it s ok.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been coming to Neil Huffman GMC for several years and have always received excellent service. The service advisor listen to your concerns and get your vehicle right in. At Neil Huffman it is very easy to make an appointment that works for you. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful, Iive in Lexington and drive to Neil Huffman for quality service and that s way I also went to them to buy my new GMC truck.

Initially was pleased however as I was using my truck to clean my yard a few days after the service I located a lug nut in the grass. I looked and found that it had came off my front passenger wheel. I then checked the other wheels and found that one of the lugs on the passenger side rear wheel was not tightened down as I could literally take it off with my hand. Adam was my contact with my recent visit for my 2013 avalanche. Adam clearly did a good job for me particularly in the area of communication via phone call and text. If I need to return to Neil Huffman I would certainly look for Adam to be my contact person again. at the end of the day the work was done properly and I m grateful.
