On Monday April 9 we pulled in with a serious situation. We were Canadians heading home and was experiencing some serious electrical issues with our vehicle. They were extremely busy and behind in repairs but understanding the situation they took our vehicle in for inspection and found a problem that could have left us stranded or worse in a life threatening situation. Eight hours later they had the wire harness replaced and we were on our way to a hotel for a good night sleep. They went over and beyond to help us and we are forever grateful.

The staff at Neil Huffman, both in sales and service, are very friendly. I was attended to upon arrival and my vehicle was taken back for service well before my appointment time. Service was prompt and the staff reviewed the information on my car to ensure they took a look at any recalls in addition to my scheduled service. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, although the service was very speedy so I didn t have to wait long. While waiting, multiple employees ensured that they smiled and acknowledged my presence. Most dealerships don t care about you once they ve got your money, that does not feel like the case at all at Neil Huffman Chevrolet.

We were looking for a new vehicle for my wife. We searched multiple dealers for the right vehicle, and Neil Huffman had the exact vehicle we were wanting. Plus, their price was WAY better than any other dealer we looked at within a 100 mile radius.Andre Tilford was our sales representative. He was extremely attentive, professional, and maintained a good communication between us.The Sales Manager, Keith Lovelace was also very professional.The whole staff that we interacted with was very knowledgeable and professional. Neil Huffman Chevrolet made our New vehicle purchase super easy and painless! AND their price was THE best we found. We drove an hour and a half to Frankfort to get this car, that should tell you how much of a savings we got by purchasing through Neil Huffman.A huge thank you to everyone involved.

I was just duped into traveling almost an hour away to see a car that wasn't even available, the manager Brent was hardly apologetic and more like oh well unless you want to buy a way more expensive car I can't do anything for you. Service was quick! The only thing that did not get done was to check my headlight and I really don't think that was the service dept's fault.I feel like it was the person who checked me in because I told her to have them check my headlights and I feel like she forgot to tell them because my headlight is still out.

I was a "walk in" on a Monday morning at around 8:30 A.M. Car's battery was dead. Service staff got me in and had my car repairs done by around 10:30 A.M. I was so grateful that not only they could fit me in but got the job done quickly!!! My service rep was Adam and he was so nice.I bought my car in 2018 at Neil Huffman Chevrolet and have ALWAYS brought my car to them for routine service and repairs. I have NEVER had a bad experience with this dealership!!

Terrible experience with this dealer. I found a used mustang here that I was very interested in. Went and test drove it and loved it. Only issue was it had a transmission problem. They said they were going to take care of it. No big deal. I was sold at this point. Gilead, my salesman, was very naive. Extremely pushy. I was told that my mistake was ready about 2 weeks after the first test drive. Gilead calls me after I was told it was ready (I have all the text messages affirming this) and tells me I can come pick it up BUT that the part they ordered didn't fix the problem. He then said they were just going to put a new transmission in it. He expected me to buy it BEFORE it was even fixed. I did not appreciate that. I wanted to wait until it was completely fixed, free of issues, when I drove it off the lot. He said to come buy it and take it back to them when the new transmission gets in. No way I was going to do that. So a few more weeks pass by and he calls me again telling me the car is ready (2nd time I'm told it was "ready" when it wasn't) and that it's fixed and doesn't need a transmission. I was a little confused at this point but ok cool I'm ready to come pick it up. So yesterday, I traveled over an hour to come pick this car up that I was told was ready. Got to the dealer and went back on the test drive and the problem was WORSE! Got done with the test drive and he left my friend and I outside and didn't bother to come talk to us about any game plan. I guess it was because he still expected me to buy it because when we finally walked back inside he asked for my license (which I gave him) and insurance card and I asked what for? He said for the paper work. I said I'm not buying this car today. He than got arrogant and asked why not? I said because the car isn't fixed. So he stormed off to go talk to his manager and came back and said the manager would be down to talk to me about it. Well we waited and waited and he never showed. Gilead walks over to my friend and me and tosses my license down on the table very arrogantly and walks away. Doesn't say a word. You could tell he was upset that I wouldn't buy a car with a transmission problem. We sat a little longer and Gilead comes back and says they can't figure out what was wrong with the car but still wanted to sell it to me with a "bumper to bumper" warranty. Unbelievable. What good will a bumper to bumper do if your own techs can't even figure out a transmission problem? So obviously I declined and ended up walking out. Overall VERY disappointed with this dealer and Gilead for lying TWICE about the car being ready and me driving 2 hours (round trip) to go pick up a car I was told was ready. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this dealer and especially wouldn't recommend Gilead as a salesman. For anyone reading this the car was a ruby red metallic mustang GT premium 2016 6 speed with low miles. Do NOT buy this car from them if the transmission is still making terrible noises. It's not worth it.

One visit and my wife drove her new GMC Terrain SUV that night. Gilead Calloway was excellent in making sure we got what she wanted with the safety features.

Called the dealership twice to confirm availability. Told them we were leaving the house and driving 90 minutes to buy the car. They called 5 minutes before we arrived to tell us that they had sold the car. I m used to shady behavior from used car dealers, but this one took the cake. Wasted 3 hours and a tank of gas on the round trip. Buyer beware, but we will never do business with them again.

we purchased a car from Neil Huffman and haven t had it for over six months and we haven t even put 2000 miles on it. We were in desperate need of a second vehicle due to our daughter having type one diabetes come to find out they sold us a car that has bad piston rings in them. We had the vehicle towed back to Neil Huffman s who then quoted us over the book value of the car to fix it. One of the sales Men then called me back And stated that he was calling from un recorded line, and that my best bet was to put spark plugs on it and then trade ut in. They do not want to own up to their mistake. They took advantage of us and now we are stuck with a lemon and no way to get rid of it and we are currently in debt because of it I would not recommend this dealership and I would not go back there again as they do not value integrity. they claim to be men of God, but they don t sell vehicles that are reliable for families who are in a hardship. they were able to diagnose a specific engine problem in our vehicle in under 30 mins. That was inside the ignition

From start to finish the process was as smooth as possible. Mikayla was quick to respond and ready to help! We found exactly what I wanted and kept in contact till it arrived. Scott Easterling made my financing part a breeze! Since I am located about an hour away he was able to send everything overnight for me to have signed and ready and sent back he went over everything that I could add to my vehicle for protection and explained everything I had questions on and was able to get me a great rate! Mark McKinley keep me updated on when my vehicle arrived as well and sent me videos as soon as it hit the lot he made sure it got its protective coating and everything was ready when I showed up! Show me the in and outs of the vehicle and sent me on my way with a full tank of gas. Was the easiest stress-free purchase of a car that I ve ever made and will definitely recommend to anyone needing a good vehicle. Everyone was so nice and helpful and made sure I wasn t waiting on them.

Extremely poor overall experience. I had high hopes as the Neil Huffman family has a large presence throughout Kentuckiana. We drove just over 2 hours to purchase a Chevrolet 2500HD LT and felt as though we would be able to get to a good number initially.To begin, the individual we spoke with initially was not working that evening and we were passed onto someone else who we had to bring up to speed.The truck had nearly 4,000 more miles on it than advertised. We were offered $750 off for the "additional" use.The rear glass was leaking, water had wicked upward into the headliner staining it, the interior was filthy (dog hair/mud). All of which could be remedied.The worst part of the experience was feeling insignificant during the negotiating process. I was appalled with their initial offer on the trade-in. It was actually below even the lowest KBB assessed value, the trade-in literally had zero flaws in the paint. I understand you have to start somewhere for the negotiation, but to start at the very low-end of the trade and not move from the list price (other than the $750 mileage reduction) sets the stage for a negative situation.On the ride home we were discussing the situation as a whole and to be transparent, we witnessed quite a few individuals in and no deals close that evening. One gentleman spoke to us on his way out indicating that we were "wasting your time here". Unfortunately he was correct in his prediction.

Ended up not buying from here due to personal reasons but he made sure to value me as a top priority even being all the way in NY. if you end up coming to this dealer, speak to jordan.

Worst dealership experience ever. We were working with Steven on the purchase of a used vehicle for days before we drove from Indiana. We arrived & the vehicle was "in the shop" but Steven didn't tell us this before we drove an hour & 40 minutes because "he still needed to see the trade." We were told it was in the shop because the "fender needed painted & the cats were being replaced." Needless to say we were upset that that our Friday night was wasted so he offered us a gas card. We declined & left. We were reluctantly still interested in the vehicle because of the pricing & continued to talk to Steven over text. Fast forward to the night before the test drive/final deal. Steven sends us a video of the car saying the "cats were deleted." We had questions about the story so we called him & the story changed again. He said the car was "traded like that" & that the check engine light is on because of the missing catalytic converters. This entire experience was a waste of our time. The story of the vehicle continuously changed & more details were exposed as Steven thought the deal was going to happen.

I had lost my keys and it being a Sunday I had no options since the local pop a lock was not able to make a key that worked. Went bright and early Monday to the shop. They charged my around $50 for the key. I heard the agent tell the other one "are you sure this is for that Equinox" and he said "sure, if not it won't work".To my surprise it DID NOT work. Had to go to another dealership and they cut the right key. I was told by Huffman that they can not order the remote and suggested one. Took it to the service center and they would not program. Charged $95 for that so I am out $150 for no remote or key. Buyer beware. Save yourself the headache and go to a outside vendor because dealerships seem to make money off misery of others.
