I was hit in the passenger side in Oct 2023. Broke my window and had serious damage. JB Long did an amazing job. Returned my car better than before the accident. Constant communication about the progress of the work. Great paint job. Overall perfect. Highly recommend this body shop!!

Highly recommend! Been using J.B. Long & Son Body Shop for many years anytime my car needs body work . Great family owned and operated business. This is the ONLY place to get your car fixed if you want it fixed right with no problems! Outstanding work!

The staff, especially Shari and Karlin, went above and beyond in repairing my car. Though it took more time than normal due to supply issues, they kept me informed and even helped with getting the car serviced at a dealership when needed. They relieved stress by explaining the process, estimated time for repairs and navigating the insurance and rental car process. Fantastic service and commitment to excellence. My wife's car got hit and we were lucky to be towed here. From the get go we felt that we were more than just a customer. There was great communication from the staff, the level of work was immaculate. The damage was pretty extensive but when we got it back it looked like it came right off the lot. I would recommend them to anyone who would be able to drive or a get a vehicle there.

Giving a 3 because I think I just got misunderstood on the phone call but when asking if my car could be repaired quickly I was given a response of that it "Couldn't be worked on until late Feb or March." I asked if I could leave my car at the shop until then with a response of "where would you leave it our lot is full?" I was caught off guard on the way the phone call went and even felt the need to apologize for feeling like I did something wrong for even asking questions. Also they preceded to tell me my insurance was telling me wrong when I just got off the phone with my insurance earlier in the day and they instructed me to try to get an estimate first and then if I wanted to file a claim I could. I called another couple places in town, one other place gave me a similar response but did say I could leave my car in their lot. I called another place and he was the most professional person and kindest and said he could take care or it within a few weeks and that they could get parts easy for it. So glad I called around to other places. You all lead me in the right direction.

They repaired a rather large ding on my vehicle. Their work was flawless, I could not tell where the damage was.I would not hesitate to use them again.Office staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had the tailgate on my navigator replaced under warranty. The paint was perfect. They sent it back cleaner and looking better than when I dropped it off.

I have had my truck there twice now and the staff has been absolutely wonderful. They took care of everything for me and my truck looks as good as the day I bought it. Personally I think they deserve more than 5 stars.

I can't say enough good things about this body shop. They were professional, friendly and my car looks just like it did when I bought it. I will be back if I need further repairs and I will recommend you to anyone I know

Would not recommend this business. Owner is rude and doesn't know what is going on in her shop. Employee lies and tells you they contact your insurance company when they don't. Very poor customer service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The folks there could not have been more qualified nor professional; they, and my insurance company (KY Farm Bureau) worked together to get my car back to me on time and done right; covered the rental car and everything. Second accident in 2 years, and they all took care of me; 5 starts all around, including Enterprise for the rental!
