I bought my first gun on their website. I was able to pick it up in person since I live in the area. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. And as a plus their prices are extremely competitive. Will be coming back.

You don t need to shop anywhere where else for your firearms needs. I have purchased a couple of firearms from Gilbert s Gun Shop and have had a great experience both times. Good prices and wonderful customer service makes me feel comfortable shopping for my next firearm. Customer service went out of their way with a question I had and made sure I got the correct information and (if that wasn t enough) they followed up a few weeks later to ensure I was satisfied. Five Stars is not enough for that! ! Bam!

Gilbert s, as always has a great selection and really solid prices. This time (have ordered a few items in the past) Gilbert s was the only store with it in stock and the price was under everyone else. Customer service and communication are what sets Gilbert s Gun Shop apart from other Shops. They are the first and normally the only place I go to due to their consistent service. !

Great store- I live in Florida and could not find what I wanted. Gilbert s had it in stock, priced perfectly and shipped to my FFL right away. Jeff was awesome to deal with, great customer service and will definitely buy again from them.

I hesitated to make a purchase online from there website because the price was too good to be true but I did get the product and shipping notification the next day that surprised me because I placed the order on Christmas night and it was in the mail the next day it was delivered 3 days later over all I would purchase from them again

Found an ad they had on another site and followed the link to their site and found exactly what I was looking for. Easy checkout. They called and verified a few things before shipping to my FFL and once they had everything they needed from them, the item was shipped and received in a couple days. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I made my first gun purchase of my life here and they made the process easy and stress free.Their prices are typically a tad higher than other places, but sometimes MUCH lower. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and fun to chat with about different guns. They always have things in stock and are never short on ammunition. I shoot a lot and these guys are my go to for ammo and accessories.They never try to up-sell and have actually advised me to get a cheaper gun than the one I thought I wanted. I have spent thousands here over the years and will continue to do so as I build my collection. They have earned my business and I recommend them to anyone looking for a firearm or ammunition.

Awesome place with great prices, fast and efficient customer service/communication, and speedy shipping.Bought a pistol from them online that was $150 cheaper than any other online store. Communication was incredibly speedy, with Mr. Gilbert responding to my emails in less than 20min each time when we were discussing FFL options to ship to; I sent him my chosen FFL's info on Tuesday afternoon and got a notification early Wednesday morning that it had been shipped! USPS says it should arrive by early Friday morning, and with how slow USPS can be, this tells me this gun store shells out for faster shipping options too, a great touch of customer service!

Long time customer and a good review is overdue. Got an email yesterday with a good price on ammo, ordered mid afternoon and a little after 4pm got the shipping notice. It arrived today. Once again great service!

Went to Gilbert s Gun Shop to research and maybe buy a gun. Walked in and met the owner, Jason. Super nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, and great at explaining features and benefits to someone who knew absolutely nothing. He graciously spent over an hour with me. I bought a few things, and felt I got a good value for my money. Jason introduced me to his wife and a few of their employees, all of whom were extremely nice. I highly recommend Gilbert s Gun Shop for any self defense, hunting, or sporting needs. They are wonderful to do business with.

You should stop selling eternal arms products. I bought one and it is junk. I have tried to get help with this issue and have had no help at all. It seems like you would like your customers to be satisfied but I guess that's the way it goes these days.

Another great experience at Gilbert s. Customer service is outstanding and prices are the best I ve seen. In today s world, customers are used to sacrificing customer service for a better price. Gilbert s is one of the very few companies that can, and want, to provide both at the same time. People outside of KY should take advantage of the prices, fast shipping and great customer service by ordering online.

Local shop got the pistol quickly. If my local doesn't have something I'm after in the future, I will check w Gilbert's before doing a general search.

I had my eye on a specific firearm and they had a fantastic price, almost unbelievable. Online chat was 'instant' for a few questions i had on the ordering process. The shipping was lightning fast, same day that i provided the FFL info. It arrived next day (i am 1 state over). I literally had the firearm within 2 days of ordering it. Our FFL was amazed at not only the price but also the speed at which it arrived. I couldn't have been happier with the process and highly recommend them.
