I recently had my 2023 Corolla Hybrid in for a 10,000 mile check-up and oil change. Johnny was helpful, respectful and patient with some of my questions. The service took less than an hour and their waiting room was comfortable with coffee and donuts offered.

They will rip you off and insult your intelligence. I took my vehicle here for several years but not anymore. One day I noticed when I used the 10% coupon, they jacked up the price of the service to offset the discount. In other words with or without discount the price comes out the same. So instead, next time I waited until they serviced my car first and at checkout I presented my coupon. The service cashier was noticeably annoyed and told me I needed to present the coupon before the car was serviced. I ignored that demand. Next time I did the same thing. Later, after paying I noticed they did not actually give me 10 percent off the total service. Instead they took 5% off parts and 5% off service. These folks are dishonest. If you can't honor your discount, why offer it? I've been going to A & J now in Lburg.Services: Tires, Oil change

Car buying is stressful. We had a new salesman and I'll say, they should hold onto him. Simon was terrific and helped make the process about as painless as it can be. As with any dealer, do your homework, but expect an above average experience. That's all ya can hope for when spending a lot of money.

Have taken 3 vehicles here over the past couple of years for regular maintenance and repairs. The work is always done in a timely manner and I ve always left satisfied. The service staff is great, they re always friendly and went above and beyond to help me out or just make me feel at ease by explaining everything they re doing quite thoroughly so anyone could understand. The waiting room is always nice as well big tv, comfortable chairs, a progress board so you can see when they start working on your vehicle and completion, and stocked on coffee and water. As far as the service itself have no worries they do a good job and a clean job, as a person who suffers from OCD I have a hard time letting people in and around my vehicles needless to say taking them back for service. My vehicle always comes back without a trace of dirt in it or on it I can t even find a fingerprint. Please save yourself the hassle and worry and visit Frankfort Toyota for your next service!Special thanks to Scott!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Just wanted to take a moment to sing the praises of Georgie, Jasmine, Paul, and Johnny with parts and service. My 2012 Corolla is running superb thanks to their maintenance over the years, but I'm especially grateful for their assistance with addressing a flat tire and broken stud recently. Many times you hear about the lack of customer service at large dealerships and that just isn't the case with Frankfort Toyota. I'm a loyal customer for life.

Came in for a check up. They were very courteous and efficient. Was in and out of there in no time. If you do need to go, they offer shuttles or other means. Definitely will return.
