Absolutely love our new Grand Highlander! Billy was an amazing salesman, he stayed in constant contact through the order process. During pick up of our vehicle he took the time to show us all the features and set up everything on my phone. I can t say enough amazing things about Billy and Frankfort Toyota!

I found the vehicle I had been looking at in Louisville, at Frankfort Toyota for $5000.00 less than home, and immediately called to get more information. I spoke with Billy, who went above and beyond (even cancelling a personal appt he had to stay late to help me!) to make sure I got the car that day. I cannot recommend Billy, and the entire team at Frankfort Toyota enough! I am the proud new owner of a 2021 Honda Pilot Special Edition, and I am ecstatic!

Daniel Roberts and Billy O Banion were excellent in helping us pick our next vehicle. A lot of dealerships it feels like your being pushed and it feels like your talking to your stereotypical salesperson ya know creepy , these gentlemen aren t that. You are encouraged to look at your pace and ask any and all questions. They are very friendly and worked with us on the numbers. My husband and will be back again.

Frankfort Toyota has provided my family with quality vehicles and impeccable service for decades. Our favorite salesperson, Skeet Tuttle, has been there for us every step of the way! She helped me purchase my first new car, a 2013 Camry, and recently helped my husband and I purchase a 2023 4Runner to accommodate our growing family. Skeet is one of our all-time favorite people and has proven to be trustworthy, efficient, personable, knowledgeable, and genuine in every aspect of the car buying process. She is one in a million! We are also very grateful for the friendly, comfortable, kind atmosphere that always greets us when we come to Frankfort Toyota. We will be customers for life!

Cant say how well this all went. Our sales man was DANIEL ROBERTS he was so amazing. It was the first car we have bought new and daniel walked us through everything. Not only was he knowledgeable but he made us feel at ease and informed through the process. Wpuld recomend daniel to anyone who is a first timer too.Also big thanks to dana the finance officer. He was up front with all information and made us feel quite comfortable. Also pretty funny guy.Ps sorry for the earlier typo daniel

An excellent experience. Kyle, Danny, and Dana was fantastic to work with. They worked with me after a total loss of my vehicle and as a Toyota Kentucky employee, they took care of me extremely well. Great Experience! Highly Recommend! First time buying a new vehicle and working with a dealership. I was able to work with Sarah over the phone to discuss pricing and all of my options. She helped me complete my deposit and customize my Tacoma to everything I wanted. Showed up when the Tacoma arrived and was helped by Steve, who took me on a test drive to make sure everything was to my liking while showing some of the functions. Even gave me a full tank of gas! Sarah, Steve, and Dana answered any and all of my questions. Clarified and explained anything I asked. I was able to work with them to customize my Tacoma after financing and they even got some last minute things added on same day! Great People, Great Service! I ll definitely be back in the future. Thank you all for an amazing experience!

Daniel Roberts was my salesman, and he was very patient, kind, and considerate of the situation I had come in with when I needed a new vehicle. I recently had service completed on my 2023 Toyota Highlander at Frankfort Toyota. I was pleasantly greeted by Brook when I arrived in the bay. The newly updated waiting area was very welcoming, and my service was completed very quickly. Upon completion of my service Beth went over the health of my vehicle and everything the service techs completed checks on. I highly recommend this dealership for your next Toyota Service!

We bought a 2020 Honda Pilot from Skeet! Skeet was awesome! She had the car ready for us when we arrived, so we were able to jump in and do our test drive right away. Upon our return from our test drive, she had our other car already appraised and an offer ready for the trade in. Very easy and very accommodating. We were there on a Saturday morning and despite being busy, they got us in and out quick. The car has been wonderful for our family and has met all of our expectations. We would highly recommend Frankfort Toyota, Skeet, and Cory to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My wife and I had a service appointment at Frankfort Toyota for our 2023 Toyota Hybrid Highlander. Brooke was our advisor and informed us we could wait as it wouldn't take very long. We relaxed and had a cup of coffee and by the time we finished our coffee the service was completed. Excellent communication and hospitality. Thanks again for your positive experience. We had a great experience at Frankfort Toyota. Tyler listened to what I wanted and didn t want. He never tried to push anything. He was friendly and made a bad experience, not wanting to buy a car but had to, in to a great experience. We bought a used vehicle that was like new. I would highly recommend Frankfort Toyota and Tyler Wise to anyone needing a vehicle.

Brooke is my service person and she and all of your staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have a Lexus and many times I cannot get to Lexington. I am fortunate that Toyota is an excellent dealership and they know how to help me maintain my car. I bring my mothers car there for service and you all do an amazing job. I would give 6 stars if I could.Ask for Brooke in the service department. She will get the job done with service and a smile.Keep up the good work. Your customer service is great!

I bought a vehicle from Frankfort Toyota over the weekend. Process was easy and staff was kind. Frank was the salesman and actually picked me up from the airport as I was from out of state. Their team was quick to reach out and fast to follow up.
