Great experience. I got the exact car I've been dreaming of all the way down to the color. Maddie and Will went above and beyond helping with all the details and got me in and out of there in no time. Ill probably never go anywhere else to get get a car.. Highly recommend!!!

That staff and technicians went out of the their way to make sure I understood what my vehicle needed, the cost and how long it would take and even got the work done faster than expected. Robert, my specific service representative, was exceptional in his attentativeness to my situation and made the experience much better. The Frankfort Ford service department always takes good care of me and my vehicle.

While I wasn't planning on buying a new car for a year or so, my old one died a quiet and permanent death. Maddie Barton at Frankfort Ford Lincoln was outstanding, and went above and beyond in helping me get into a new car quickly and painlessly. I've always appreciated the excellent work the service department does, and now I'll add the sales department to my list of top customer service experiences.

The salesman was good. However once we got into financing, it was a whole other story. They're nice people. BUT they snuck coverages in and only gave some of the paperwork because they knew we only wanted the car and no extra coverages. They lump the coverages in with the car price and tax combined. So watch your paperwork if you purchase from them. After this experience, I will definitely never go back. They really give dealerships a bad name. I will stick with Paul Miller Ford from now on. Also, I purchased this vehicle mid November and the temporary tag expired yesterday. The clerk just processed it yesterday. Not sure if this was another hang up with the dealership or if it was the clerk. Oh, I did finally get a refund of all of the extra unwanted coverages I knew nothing about and had no documentation on.

My husband and I put in an order for a F350 at the same time we purchased our Navigator back in December. We have asked the dealership several times for the order confirmation number from Ford. We ve been given the run around by everyone from the Owner/GM, sales person, and the finance person and we still do not have an order confirmation 3 months later. We re not even sure if the vehicle had been ordered. I won t even get into the debacle of being delivered a brand new Navigator that was damaged and the initial fix they provided. The service department is subpar at best; not checking fluids at the time of an oil change/ full service. It s unfortunate because I d rather buy locally, but We will be taking our business elsewhere and I suggest everyone do the same.

We just purchased a vehicle from Frankfort Ford. Maddie was an excellent sales lady. She was helpful and knowledgeable. She made the car buying experience a pleasure. However once we spoke to the finance director it was a different story. He did not explain the finances AT ALL . He only wanted to push the Gap and extended warranty coverage. He was beyond pushy he was rude. He was sneaky. Once we got home and looked at the paperwork we realized what he had done.

I found the exact truck I wanted on Auto-trader at Frankfort Ford, it s about 300 mile from where I live, but they had the truck I wanted, Crew Cab, long bed, FX4 package, rubber floor, 2.7 Ecoboost engine and bench seat, at a great price, called them before I came down, my Salesperson Jody Miller had about 80% of everything done before I got there and we were at the dealership maybe 1.5 hours and ready to roll. Great dealership with awesome people I 100% recommend Frankfort Ford and especially our sales person Jody Miller!

Recently purchased a used 2022 F150 from Frankfort Ford and it was a very pleasant experience. This was due in a large part to our sales executive Tim Stallard.I have probably purchased over forty vehicles over the years and he is hands down the best experience I have had with a car salesperson. Frankfort Ford is lucky to have an asset on their staff of his caliber.Both well informed and courteous, he was a pleasure to work with. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I recommend you give Tim a call. You will not be disappointed.

When I went to frankfurt ford to Set up my appointment. I was greeted and led to the service department.Michael at the service department was really good. set the appointment up for me and the day I arrived.I was greeted Is nicely and professionally. However, I have a premium extended warranty with Ford And now the service departmeit's having problems getting them to warranty the electrical part in my truck. So you see the premium warranty covers All electrical components. So you see, the dealership is doing the best they CanBut corporate will not honor the Is warranty. So anyway if you need to go to frankfurt ford Do so.

Dropped my truck off at 9. Didn't get inspected until after 1. Had to call four times, left two messages with sales because service never answered the phone.Service department never called to update me on the status of my inspection and warranty status, as was promised when I dropped it off.I've gone here twice in the last two weeks because it's the only Ford dealership in town and encountered the same problems every time. Phone not answered, messages not returned.Giving two stars because shuttle driver and warranty manager were helpful

Reading the 1-star reviews did not surprise me at all. I am leaving a review on my boyfriend's behalf as he feels his review to Ford themselves was enough. However, what took place at this dealership, was HIGHLY DISHONEST and misleading. He went into trade in his vehicle for a new mustang. Their website had specials on their new mustang's and of course he wanted to take advantage of it to get the deal. His salesman was Reiley which based off his conversation was fine and went well. Seeing bad reviews on him is too bad but oh well that was awhile back. My boyfriend CONFIRMED many times with his salesman about the online offer. Reiley confirmed yes you qualify for the deal several times. Everything was going just fine.UNTIL it was time to go into finance which is where things take a turn far down south. I totally get having to wait at a dealership. it's one of the things you have to do when purchasing. That isn't the issue, even though he did have to wait almost an hour to see Finance.It appeared that the finance manager that he was waiting for was with someone who was taking a long time and most likely was frustrating. I totally get that. HOWEVER, once you are working with someone new, you need to put on a brand-new face. This wasn't the case with my boyfriend once he went to sign. This man was so rude and honestly in my opinion was trying to pull off some shady ****.Everything was going okay until it came to the finance dude asking my boyfriend to purchase Gap insurance. My boyfriend respectfully declined. This guy did not want to hear that. Already being in a bad mood, he does not take no for an answer. He went about 3-4 more times explaining the depth of how Gap works and how he needs it. Obviously, he is getting paid for the things he adds and it's disgusting to see his attitude when someone denies.After about, I'd say 5 times of rejection on Gap insurance, it appears that it was accepted, and he moved on to the next step in the signing process. He then hands his iPad over to my boyfriend to sign something. At first glance, it doesn't show what he's signing, it's just the full screen showing only where to sign and the large box. He questions it. What am I signing? The signature to add on Gap Insurance. I don't even want to think of how this would've ended if he didn't ask what this signature was for. How is this allowed? How many poor customers signed for things they said no for or wasn't even told about? This is a Finance manager? What's even more weird, is the signature and name on all the sheets for finance is NOT what my boyfriend remembers when being checked out. Strange?? I think not.If you think it ends there, it does not. One of the specials was no payments for 90 days. On the sheet, it showed that his next payment was in a month. When questioned, the finance manager said, " Ask Ford, not me." If i were my boyfriend, I would have left when this meeting started, and I was given that kind of tone after waiting hours to get to this point. He was there maybe 5 hours? So now, here we have a shady finance employee trying to add on undisclosed insurance, is not honoring website special's and is being extremely rude this whole time? I told my boyfriend to call Ford Credit to get his payment extended as the website says. He qualified for everything that website stated. Even confirmed from Salesman and Manager.Very surprising how this dealer is still in business. If you bought from here, I would suggest taking a look at your papers and make sure they did not add anything on to your loan after you repeatedly said no. Thanks for the read!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the team at Frankfort Ford. Each of them, Maddie and William were both very attentive in wanting to make sure they did everything possible to make our experience a positive one. We actually purchased a 2023 Explorer ST from this team as well as an F150 a few months prior and we couldn t be happier! I would recommend this team to anyone. Great experience with good folks! These people are malicious and predatory style business people. We went there looking for a particular car we liked. They way they spoke to us was very DOMINATING and tried to pressure us to buy. They even told us to sign a page stating that "We will buy this car at a given price".. who does that ??Absolutely outrageous behavior !!Be careful of their manipulative tactics if you go here.

Salesperson A.B. Francis is a thief. He took a $1,000 deposit to hold a vehicle for sale and has not reported the transaction to the dealership.A.B stated the deposit was going to be fully refunded once the car sale transaction was completed. It has been a month since the car sale transaction was completed and there has not been a deposit refund yet. Do NOT buy cars at this dealership.

If you have a big truck or diesel don t even waste your time taking it here. They make excuses for everything and the mechanic is always sick to buy them time. They just lie, just go elsewhere. It s much easier, they clearly have a manning/mechanic problem at this location. Took mine to Lexington much easier experience
