My vehicle has been there twice. They've repaired my headlights and parking lights. Just recently they replaced all 4 of my tires with new sensors specifically designed for my vehicle at a very reasonable price including labor. Who ever is behind the counter will help you immediately. They'll acknowledge you to keep you from standing there waiting. Great all around service.

They really helped me out yesterday. Thought I would have to bring my tractor tire, rim and all, in to be repaired. After a very courteous chat on the phone. They told me what I needed to do, sold me the part for 3 bucks, then I went home and fixed it myself. 3 bucks and a drive to town. Makes me one happy camper.

This place is a joke. A bunch of liars disguised as mechanics . I went in to get a used tire, but instead of putting a new tire on, they took MY damaged tire from the trunk and patched it up then charged me $70 for that same tire, and they couldn't even patch it up right. Just all around terrible people. I went back because the tire started the same slow leak as before and When I pointed it out, they lied right to my face saying it was not the tire from my trunk but another tire in their inventory. This is unacceptable and bad business. Please do not go to this janky overpriced and untrustworthy shop!

If I could give them a zero I would. They had me leave my car. They removed (stoled) my CD player from my car. I kept trying to get it to take a CD & examined it. Sure enoughthey robbed me. They fixed my starter but after I paid $500 in cash it would not start. So they had to fix it again. Then told me I needed a fuel pump. I got home & noticed they never put my engine top back on. Had to go back & demand it. They just laid it on top because they lost my original bolts. Worst repair shop in my life!

My car's engine was overheating and the A/C heater wasn't working.Went to another shop first and got a $700 quote. They claimed I need to replace a part that could take between 1 week to 1 month to arrive. I went to Douglas Tire to get a second opinion and they found that a pipe just needed to be tighten up. It all costed $100 I appreciate you guys.

Wish I could remember the man that helped me, he was wonderful. They gave me a ride to work (early) and picked me up to get my vehicle when it was finished. They were quick on an appointment.

Well here it goes!!!!Douglas tires....shame on you! I have known most of the staff for decades...this angers me and disappointed me. My son was having car troubles after getting back from the body shop. (Shout out to Caliber Colission) He took it back to see if those issues were related to a recent accident and repairs. They diagnosed the issue which was not related and referred him to Douglas! After years of trusted repairs and work on all my families vehicles.... Why not!The #1 cylinder coil was misfiring and needed to be replaced! They replaced the coil but in the process broke 1/4 clips! It happens..... They then proceeded to rig it with zip ties and send my son on his way!! He did not make it to the bridge before the car started misfiring again! So he turns around and takes it back. They then said it needed a spark plug....cool! Back on the road you go. He does not make it home and then calls/goes back a third time where he was told to " drive it around a bit, it will work itself out". My son gets it home and calls me, because it's worse than it started and he is frustrated! Momma jumps to action and we get it to Neil Huffman Honda to further diagnose the issue! Now.... here is my problem...this is when we were told all 4 clips were broken...and #1 was being held together by zip ties...not 1 but two! Pics later.....Now what kinda of shop rigs your car, and says nothing? My son could have been seriously injured, the car could have been further damaged, and hell to me its just flat out wrong!I'm all for a cheap solution if we discuss it and agree and I am aware of my risks but my son was never told about it....he came back unable to get it home not once but twice and still no mention of any broken clips or the fancy rig job at all, in fact it wasn't until I had to get ugly before the mechanic admitted to breaking "1" clip. I'm no mechanic but I couldn't imagine a patient coming in with a bullet wound and I put a band aid on it and tell him to walk it out.....tf!! I was offered to bring my sons car back down to fix the 1 clip ....but still not admitting to the other 3...and of course with some cost! Sorry but I dont trust you now or ever again! I dont play when it comes to my kids... and their safety!Thank the good Lord for Steven Mills @ Neil Huffman and the service team for all their help, honesty and integrity is what you get! I don't care if your labor cost are through the roof You get that bread sir....Douglas... I'm not finished!! You will be sorry for coming for mine!

Noon on a Saturday and the tire shop is closed? Why? I've never seen a tire shop closed on a Saturday, only in this pathetic town.

They did the bare minimum and it took at least an hour and a half for a tire change. Staff brushed us off and were not "rude" but definitely not friendly.They should have filled the aired up the tires and they didn't ... when we went back to get them filled they wouldn't do it for us. They also did not align the wheels they installed.

I have always had a great experience, but I'm taking 3 stars away because today I went to change my front brake pads and noticed that one lug on each side has been severely stripped, had I gotten a flat tire, there would be NO WAY to change it! So, now I have to weld another nut to the stripped ones to be able to get them loose!

I've been to Douglas Tire a few times, I would highly recommend their services to anyone. All of their staff are competent, knowledgeable, and courteous. On a routine alignment, they thoroughly checked my truck and advised me of things to keep an eye on. Throughout my experiences, they've always been willing to accommodate me with a ride if needed. At the end of the day, I feel Douglas has treated me more like family than a customer.

Charged me $40.00 to patch a tire! Everywhere else charges less. Will NEVER be back and the workers are NOT friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ve had horrible luck with getting vehicles repaired properly and in a timely manner in the past. I called and they got my vehicle in the shop the day I dropped it off and didn t have to wait weeks like I ve had to at other places in the past. They didn t try to sell me on getting other things done, other than a major issue with my front end that was a big safety issue that had to be replaced immediately. The truck is running great now and I know that my family is safe in it. I m so glad I moved back close enough to have that crew work on my vehicles again. I ll be doing my best to get all of my friends to take their business there. The new owner, Richard, is continuing to do well with the place!

As a warranty claims adjuster I encounter a lot of shops. This shop is a solid choice for repairs. the staff is honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. When Richard told me he was going to do something with regard to a claim, he did it. i recommend this business to clients in this area and i recommend this business to whoever reads this review.

After having new tires put on I went to Douglas to have my front end aligned. After putting it on the rack and checking they informed me the alignment was correct and didn t charge me anything. They could have charged me for the work and I wouldn t have known the difference. That tells me a lot about how these folks do business. I will be back for service.

Had front shocks and upper control arms installed with an alignment on a Ram 1500. Best prices around and good quality work. They also got the alignment right the first time unlike one of the local chain stores I dealt with a few months ago. They've earned my business for years to come!

Had to get a tire cause mine was going bald! Got a used tire (asked for that). Called the night before cause I wasn t sure how they were doing their customers with COVID going on. Very quick and courteous. Had a tire for me, told them I d be there the next morning (no appt needed). Came in-spent maybe 15 minutes there? Really quick! Very friendly! Will definitely be back! They also do oil changes and other misc fixes. I ll definitely use them for further car fixes :)! Thanks for your awesome service!! Glad I didn t have to spend a lot for my kind of tire (usually around $170).

They are Wonderful. Very helpful and prices are Great. They always put their customers at ease and if You don't understand or feel something not to your satisfaction (never happened to Myself) they want to make it rite. They have signs that tell You this. I Love Douglas Tire. And Carolyn is on top of Customer Service in Office. And 100% of Staff can Help You. Or find the answer!!

This is an awesome place. They where fast putting new tires on, friendly and honest. Will take my car back for regular maintenance. I was recommended by Tire Rack-bought tires online and they had tires delivered to shop. Got a call from shop notifying they received my tires and they had them on my car that same day.

They did not really knew what was car issue was. They replaced battery and brake . However it turn out it was not battery issue neither brake issue. It was belt issue that was already torn, how could they miss that belt been torn ? They was not honest neither experts in car inspection to figure out what was the actual car issue was . They charged me so much money and time .My mother kept telling them how do they know what is actual issue if they only work for brake tires alignment?I will not recommended anyone to go to Douglas since they was not honest neither they were expert in car mechanics. The belt was so obviously had wear out and torn. How could they missed that torn belt. It could have save my money and time .

Made an appointment the day before, and after getting off work early I arrive on time the next day and they tell me they are too busy to work on my car because several customers called in for work to be done (I guess more profitable work) and because of that there is no time left to work on my car. Great way to run a business. Like Jerry says on a Seinfeld episode, "You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them". Like me, look elsewhere for your vehicle needs.

Get alot of work done here to my vehicle from odd ball tire sizes and full on mechanical work. Fair prices and amazing service. Never have any complaints about this fine group of individuals and will always recommend their services.
