Honestly, they treat you unlike anything I've ever seen. Like family. They said they treat you that way and they absolutely did. I knew when I talked to them on the phone that they were something different. They did me a HUGE favor on my car and I'm not gonna say what it is or everyone will expect it but they are absolutely the greatest customer service experience of all time.

Customer service is good but prices are much higher than anyone around. They did repairs on my car for $1200. A week later I took it back and they charged me another $200 and advised me not to drive it. WTH! Car ended up worse then it was when I dropped it off the first time. So I basically just gave them extra Christmas money? and I still have to find another mechanic. SMHUpdate- new mechanic told me issues that David Toles said was fine. So I guess I was right about padding their pockets.

Great place. I called about my headlight being out. They got me in day of. The only issue was the light was disconnected and di not need to be replaced. They were honest about that and di not charge me. Because of that I'll be going to them for all my future needs.

Bought a valve wanting to put it on with my brother at his shop , car breaks a little so I had to leave it , 3 days later the manager made my car a ticket making me pay labor and broken parts. Very very very rude manager, i called trying to resolve it , he called me a liar through the phone and my car junk then hung up. A++++ I just put a brand new set of tires on my Jeep Rubicon. The staff was super knowledgeable and so friendly. I love doing business with the local boys. They are great and apparently tik tok famous.

No worries here. Staff at David Toles are professional, knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to do business with. Our daughter's car broke down while at college and they did everything they could to check out the vehicle completely to make the vehicle was safe. We did not feel we were being sold a bill of goods and cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I live in VA and wanted to purchase a car from a dealer in the area, sight unseen... I called and arranged for the vehicle to be brought to Toles Auto Pro for a 3rd party inspection. They were so helpful! They were very accommodating and inspected the entire vehicle for me. They called and gave me an honest opinion of the vehicle and even sent pics of underneath while it was still on the lift. On top of going above and beyond, they did it all FREE OF CHARGE! They made this process so much easier and hassle free! If you're local to them, you should most certainly consider them for any of your auto needs!

Was in the middle of a road trip from Maine with my girlfriend and our wheel bearings went on us. Zach and his guys got us in immediately and even gave us a free shuttle to a local distillery. Could not recommend these guys enough. Honest, fair priced, fast and just all around stand up people.

I have a 21 yr old Buick. It needs a lot of work. I originally took it in for a coolant flush. It really needs a new transmission but Im not prepared to pay for that. Anyway, they determined and I agreed that the coolant flush might do more harm than good. In the end, they put in a new Fuel Regulator Vacuum Line that I searched at three auto parts stores for. They also did a few other little things. Even though they are an extremely busy shop, my car was in n out in one day. They were professional and personable. They were also upfront about what my car really needed and didnt just take my money. My car definitely runs a lot smoother than when I brought it in.I had read positive reviews about the shop already. It seems to be a real family affair. The owner's 70-something father is one of the mechanic's (no school gives you that kind of work experience) and his mother runs a shuttle service to take you to and from the shop. There is also a father/son team at the front counter. If and when I get a better car, Ill be returning for regular service check-ups.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Mom's somewhat neglected 2005 CRV needed full 100, 000 mile services. David Toles recommended to me and can say one of the best decions I have made. Professional staff that did the checks and discussed options and prices up front to my satisfaction. Performed all transmission, breaks, electrical, safety, tires , etc at a reasonable cost. All systems checked and reported. 1/3 of other quotes. Throughly happy and no fear of taking this 16 year old vehicle anywhere. There are good mechanics/technicians here, and they seem to be good with diagnostics as well. They work on my work vehicle when needed, and my coworkers as well. I trust them more than I do other places in the area.I started to go 4-star rating with this one, but decided that want fair. My complaint is that over the years some of the prices have been creeping up with a bit. I also understand it costs a lot to stay in business, especially when each manufacturer keeps adding more complex parts that require specialty tools. Tools that are anything but cheap.

100% recommend David and his crew for all types of auto work. These days it's rare to find an outfit that will stand behind their work and treat you honestly, but Toles is that outfit! We are from out of town and our car overheated. I had it towed to Auto Pro in Frankfort. It was an up-to-date state-of-the-art shop with friendly service great price and they were very quick about getting us back on the road I highly recommend that you give them a try. You won't be disappointed

I needed to have a used car inspected before buying it. Based on the glowing Google reviews, I chose this one for the inspection. The people at David Toles Auto Pro were friendly, quick and professional, and ultimately kept me from buying what turned out to be a real lemon. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic in Frankfort.

I had a couple of trouble lights come on, and another local garage told me I had 31 problems - all potentially expensive. I sought a second opinion at David Toles Auto Pro, which gave me a no-nonsense answer and had the (single) problem fixed in a few hours. It wasn't cheap, but probably wouldn't have been anywhere. They were friendly, speedy, informative and professional, and their shuttle even drove me home while they worked on it and picled me up afterward.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Not the greatest place to go if you're expecting top notch service or pride in workmanship.They neglected to reinstall all the screws that were removed, leading to a damaged electric fan unit and a bill for follow-up work needed to ensure nothing was going to fall off the vehicle.
