Came in thinking I had a tire leak. Turns out it was a bent rim. They were able to quickly provide me with an explanation of what was happening to my car, as well as options to fix the issue. Very professional and will definitely come back when needed.

I came in with an emergency 23 minutes before closing. I had to have all the lug bolts replaced on a front axle. They were able to order parts, take it apart and had it back together in 30 minutes. Shocking how this went. The speed, efficiency and quality of work is top notch. I live 2 1/2 hours away but will most likely return for my next set of tires. 5 stars isn t enough, they are on another level.The price was quite reasonable also.

We came into Big O with about 10 minutes left before they closed with a nail in the front tire and losing air pressure. They had a staff member stay after closing and got our tire fixed and got us back on the road again. Didn't charge us a thing to do it either. Customer Service was wonderful. Thank you Big O Tires in Frankfort.

This is our second time of having auto repair done here and I must say staff was very professional and courteous to me. They answered my questions quickly and I got my vehicle fixed and ready in about 5 hours. Had an issue with a battery terminal on way home and they came to fix it and then told me to bring it back the following morning and they replaced it at no charge. Will continue to use them for any future repairs. Great job!!!

100% do not recommend, not only did they not put the factory correct tires I ordered on, but then they tried to tell my wife that the tires they installed were "OEM". No offers to make it right, just stuck with tires I didn't order that were not Z rated like the tires I ordered and they have substandard reviews for snow and ice. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

About 3 weeks ago we took my car to Big O in Frankfort. I just wanted an oil change. Big O calls and says I need two new tires and an alignment. I knew I needed tires so I went ahead and got those. I didn t notice an alignment issue but figured I would go ahead and get it done if they noticed an issue. $622 later I get my car back. I immediately notice it s pulling to the right hard. I call and take it back a few days later.2nd trip- Big O assures me that my issues are fixed. Things happen so I said thank you and I leave. The car is immediately pulling AGAIN and now there is a mysterious grinding noise. None of which was an issue before I took my car to Big O.3rd trip- talked to a manager. Told him the whole story. He says he just took over the store and none of this surprises him. He assures me it ll all be fixed. Manager calls and says they fixed the pulling but the noise is that my brakes are now metal on metal and they needed $400-500 to fix the issue . I immediately tell them no and ask why they didn t notice my brakes being metal on metal the first two times. No explanation of course.I go get my car & it s pulling hard to the right STILL & has the grinding noise. I decided that I wouldn t take my car back to Big O (I shouldn t have the 2nd or 3rd time, I know).I ve filed complaints and all I ve been offered so far is a free oil change. I definitely won t be using that as they will never touch one of our vehicles again.Today- I take my car to a mechanic and they find that my brakes are fine and a dust shield was rubbing a rotor or something along those lines. The grinding noise is gone and they fixed the car pulling to the right. So I didn t need $400-500 brakes.I definitely feel like Big O is scamming people out of money. It s really unfortunate that a big company would take advantage of people and make their vehicles worse than when they entered their shop. Disappointed in the service at Big O and disappointed in the response from their management.

We had a great experience at Big O Tires in Frankfort! We had to last minute look for tires before a 14hr drive (round trip) and they not only explained our options with different tires and pricing but without an appointment they took us in and had us out within an hour from the time we walked in. Their customer service is amazing and we will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!!!

I am from out of town visiting. We had a blowout Friday night. I located your store in Frankfort and stopped in Saturday morning to get a new tire. The guys at the store had me up and going quickly. Very friendly crew and fast. Thank you!Jim Masl

All s good, except I made a reservation to purchase a particular brand/price tire and when I arrived I was told that tire wasn t available and I ended up having to purchase a more expensive tire. Bait and switch? It sure felt like it! My details were confirmed so it should have been verified that the specific tires were in stock.That said, there were some complications and the staff handled them very well!

Just had brand new tires put on my F350 got a great price and had oil change. Dropped my truck off at 10:30 I was in no hurry to get it back but 2 hours later my truck was ready for pick up with her new shoes! Felt like I got a great deal on my tires.Thank You!!

These guys were great. I had a screw in a tire, and with a long drive ahead, I wanted to get it plugged before I left. Not only did they get me in and out quickly and didn t even charge for it. Not sure you could ask for nicer service.

The guy that rotated my tires not only did a great job but pointed out other potential problems I was not aware of. He wrote out for me what was wrong and took me into the garage area to show me ware on other parts. In my opinion he went above a beyond. Great job!

I started leaking air while towing a trailer. I called and Big O was able to see me immediately. They met me in the parking lot and helped guide me around the crowded lot. They diagnosed the problem immediately and had the tire repaired within minutes. These guys were great!

Huge thank you to Tim and Scott for fixing my car today. Short notice for a big ask. Tim found my parts had them delivered today. Scott found and fixed the issue. Frankfort is a special location, our town likes real people. I've always call them first if I have car issues. They take very good care of my vehicles.

2nd visit ~ 2nd great experience!Recommend tires have been absolutely fantastic and were rotated FREE on my return trip for an oil change! Highly recommend this store ~ the assistant manager is an amazing girl (responsive and professional!)

I m traveling from Ohio when my tire low pressure gauge came on. I was able to go online and make an appointment for the next day during closed hours which is awesome to say the least. I left my car with them the next morning expecting to hear them tell me I needed a new tire but all it was was my gauge came on due to under inflation (the weather had become cold and I believe this contributed to it) Not only were they very honest there was no charge to do the work which in and of itself was amazing. I recommend ANYONE who lives here to utilize this place and their services. Honest car repair shops are a rarity these days!!THANKS BIG O!!
