Brenda was the most helpful person I ve ever met . She not only cares about her job but cares about the customers and their wallets and best interests . I needed spark plugs and she explained everything to me and what could be causing my problem if it s not the spark plugs and told me to come back if what I do doesn t work . I honestly can t say enough good things ! She is definitely one of the most valuable employees !

the commercial parts girl really helped me out. I had a terrible experence buying a old police car in frankfort. The autozone battery was completly dead and i took it there to get it charged. Turns out it was a bad battery and she told me to get a new one. I wish i was a local because they would have my business! i was having a terrible afternoon and that one simple act turned it around. thanks again!

Saturday Feb. 4, 2023. Car would not start. Equipped with an AutpZone battery under warranty. Jumped and drove to AutoZone on Versailles Road in Frankfort. Employee Mrs. C. tried to help by checking the battery and jumping my car to restart. When shut off a second time would not restart or even turn over. She requested advice from her manager. He came out said battery would need to be replaced and said " It would take at least an hour just to get the cladding off" and went back inside. I assumed he went back in to see what he could do to help. Never came back out. Mrs. C. explained that they are no longer allowed to do any of that type of work to a customers car although an AutoZone tech had done just that in Dec of 2021 when I had purchased the battery. She said I could remove the cladding and they would install the new battery.We went inside and she provided a flat blade screwdriver with which I removed the cladding in under ten minutes.When I reentered the store, while admittedly a little hot under the collar, I told the manager that there was his "hour" job done in under ten minutes. I asked if he had a business card and he replied " maybeafter I finish helping a customer" and disappeared down an aisle.When he came back out, I again asked if he had a card. He said no.I asked if he might have a name and he zipped up his jacket covering his name tag and refused to give me his name! More to this story, but you get the gist. I will be going back to talk to another manager and ultimately file a complaint against "the manager with no name".

Lady working the counter really tried to help us and her personality was really bubbly and bright. They were out of stock for the part we needed so 4 stars just for the happy, bubbly clerk.

The service I received today was phenomenal. They were able to start my car when it was not starting. they were very reassuring and helped me since I was overwhelmed and had my military stuff to go to today. Commercial Manager Joe was probably was definitely a blessing today . He assisted Me with my alternator and battery when my car would not start. And walked me through everything that was going wrong and he had no problem with guiding me in the right direction. I am beyond grateful for the services I received today! This branch has definitely out did themselves today.

I will never buy another part from this place. This is the only place I have always gotten parts, brakes, oils, and anything else that came up! They do t appreciate their customers !

Mark and the other guy working this afternoon we re probably some of the kindest people around! They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car, and called a mechanic to ask if they would be able to fix it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in a situation I knew nothing about. Thanks y all!

Mark is the very best. My Sprinter had a warning light and Mark figured it out and now I can safely finish my trip. I am a stranger in a strange city and Mark treated me like family. You are the bomb Mark! Tonight I will get a good nights sleep and be on my way in the morning with nary a worry! Thank you Auto Zone for hiring quality and professional people!

Traveling from out of state and ran into an issue were my battery would not hold a charge and needed to be replaced. Staff walked me thru getting the right battery and getting the right tools to do the job. Everything went smoothly and I was on my way. Thanks again.

It was close to closing time and I was in a drive through when my car started smoking. I pulled in the lot and the team was friendly and quick to help me. They stayed late to make sure that I could get home safely. I am so thankful for their staff and all their help.

Cars and automobiles are not my thing but I've been there twice in the past week. Both times I was welcomed within seconds and the young guy working had all the info I needed. Also enjoyed chatting with him both times. Definitely my go to spot while I'm living here in Frankfort

The store manager Brad was amazing! I m always nervous of being seen as easy money because I m a young female is a car store, but he was adamant about making sure I have all that I needed, nothing more nothing less.

The store manager was nice. he understood my car problem and assessed it as such. He was so knowledgeable and even put the part on my car himself in this hot weather. Definitely will be coming back to this autozone for anything car related!! 10/10

They where friendly and tried to be helpful but in the end I had to drive back to the store to exchange my parts to many times and it just seems like they hire nice friendly people that Knows nothing about cars or trucks except that they take gas and oil and they drive is all when it comes to asking for something to go on the car to fix it then they are lost

I bought an alternator from these guys about 2 weeks ago. The man who waited on me was friendly. I take my 2015 Toyota Sienna to Dudes Muffler in Lawernceburg (great guys, I highly recommend) they ordered another alternator before they knew I had one, and before they knew I paid almost $300 for mine. Long story short, once I told Dude how much I paid for it, He told me that was way too much, it should have only cost me $199, Auto Zone should price match so I took a picture of the receipt for proof. I called to check on it, they told me they could only do a price match BEFORE when I bought it, not now that it is installed. I asked what the difference was, I bought it regardless, if they do a price match it shouldn't matter. They recommended I take the alternator back off (so pay the mechanic again to do it all) take theirs back to the store, get a refund, then buy the other alternator off the mechanic. Very rude and disrespectful. I will not give them anymore business. And I recommend getting prices from several places before buying from them.

I would highly recommend this Auto Zone location. Brad, the manager, was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to help me. I needed to replace an automobile battery and he tested my old one, helped me choose the proper battery and installed it. Highly recommend!

Stopped by Auto Zone to buy a battery for my van. The staff was very pleasant and checked my battery to be sure I needed one. After checking my battery I was ready to pay about two hundred dollars and to my surprise I didn't owe a penny.

Battery died and it s pouring down rain. Made it to the auto zone here and the staff is outside in the cold, wind, and rain installing a new battery. With no complaints! This is the second great experience I ve had here. Thanks Brooklyn J. and Thomas!

Had what we needed, some prices are lil high compared to others but atleast it was in stock. Was only 2 people in the store too. She wasn't a rude Employee, I was only 1 in line, so check out was in and out.

Battery died on me. Staff was very friendly and charged it enough to get the car up to test. I believe John was his name saw me pulling in the parking lot and came out to meet me. Very good customer service!

Everything where it should be. Was looking for car wash products and was happy to see a wide assortment of items. The help was friendly and checkout was a breeze. And a rewards card, yes! Only reason it wasn't 5 stars was because it is an auto parts store. I mean, really. Who gives 5 stars to an auto parts store!

Tyler, the sales manager, was fantastic! He went out of his way to help us out and even let us borrow his own personal tools to fix our car while we were there. Glad we stopped here and not somewhere else!

Fixed a problem I didn t even know I had with no complaints. Very professional and nice ! Daniel and Brad were on it as soon as I came in the door.
