This place has the best customer service in town! When my car needed to be jumped twice in one day, I headed to AutoZone thinking I needed a new battery. An employee named Matthew tested my battery and determined that it was fine, so he set to work trying to figure out why my car wasn't starting properly. He cleaned some corrosion off my battery and made sure everything was connected properly. After some mechanical detective work, he deduced that my starter was the problem. Unfortunately, it seemed to have given out entirely, as it wouldn't even start with a jump. I thought I was going to have to get my car towed, but Matthew showed me where the starter was and how to get it started in a pinch by tapping it with a metal tool while someone else turns the key. I will still need to get the starter replaced, but I was so relieved that Matthew had saved me the hassle of finding a ride home and getting my car towed from the store. I was quite impressed with his level of expertise and the fact that he had taken time to figure out what was wrong with my car and share a trick for getting it started. AutoZone has definitely earned my loyalty!

A person I believe his name is Chris helped me showing me what was needed for my car. Also he helped me understand the code reader on my broken down car. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have transportation thanks.

I had to make a trip do to a flat tire last week. It was around 7:00 at night and I was not looking forward to changing this tire. But the. Staff was amazing. Kevin working there was helpful and knowledgeable and got me in and out in no time with what I needed! (Schrader valve removal tool)

Great store. The staff is always extremely helpful and the products we need is always available. I'd like especially thank Chris the Assistant Manager for helping my wife with an emergency battery install.He was professional and polite. We will definitely be coming back for all our auto part needs.

Manager flatly said they do not work on Priuses (I had a headlight out). He had no follow up suggestions or friendly advice on how to change it. You can do better than that.

If you earn a $20 rewards credit you should use it the day you earned it. Otherwise, if you go back a few weeks later they will tell you that they do not see a credit on your account. The people at the store will play dumb and not look into it for you and when you email customer services they will play dumb too. The will tell you the credit lasts for 90 days, but that is complete bull$hit. It lasts until they feel like deleting it off of your account. Which for me was when I attempted to redeem the credit. I have been a customer for 25 years and it took me almost that long to earn my first credit. So you can definitely see I am not a frequent auto parts customer.

Went in not knowing if it was a bad battery or alternator. Was greeted soon as I entered and before I could finish telling them what I was there for, he was already walking past with tester. Talk about great help. Turned out to be battery and he didnt push none on me and gave me a list of batteries from 60 to 160. I'd highly recommend them.

Employees are rude. And they either don t have what you need and can t get it or they order the wrong thing. The shelf prices are wrong and ring up higher than what the sticker says and when you point it out they get rude with you like it was your job to make sure prices are right. I ll just go to Advanced Auto where everyone I ve dealt with so far knows how to speak to customers.

I've used this store for parts an untold amount of times . These mechanics are experts and will get the job done and are extremely generous with their knowledge and assistance!!!! They go above the standard and if it wasn't for that kind of commitment from them there are quite a few times I would have been out of a vehicle much longer than I was. Usually my go-to for smaller and accessory parts

Definitely will not be back to this store! employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. at least the 2 i dealt with were, had 2 questions and it seemed like a bother to either of them to answer it especially MARK. horrible customer service! wont be back unless some sort of attitude change happens.

Mark was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I can always count on the guys at this autozone when something random occurs and my mechanic shop is closed. If they are able to help they will and if it s something they don t know they will do their best to find an answer. Thanks guys for all the help you ve given me over the years.

Wanted 5 lugs they had a box Of 20 and guy couldn't find box.then my nephews wife wanted this sticker set because it was purple and same dude couldn't get it to ring up. Knew I should of went to advance 1st. Sure as hell will in the future.

These guys offer to change my bulbs for me in the dark and rain after both my lights burned out. They helped me find a reasonable tool set. They were amazing.

Double ordered a part Frankfort ky store can not return the part honestly the guys working there don't know how to use the computer system now I have to drive 18 miles to another store to return the part so it's going to cost me around 7 bucks for gas completely crazy.

Went here to get a service manual for my camero. The guy behind the counter hands us a used torn up manual with yellow pages...we ask to buy one...and his reply was..."I have to call Daddy and see if we can sell this" so before you go to auto zone to buy car parts...you might to have dude call Daddy and see if the part you need is for sale...lol lol

Amazing. Couldn't find the reverse light we needed for an older car and the employee pulled it up on their machine and we found it. Gotta love them rewards too.
