Went to the store today for a battery test and ultimately a replacement. The store associate John C. was very quick and courteous. Also very knowledgeable. Definitely will be going back for all my family car needs.

I unfortunately had to purchase a battery for my car. Steven sold me the battery and installed it very quickly. I offered a tip, but he wouldn't accept it. I just wanted to thank him for his professionalism and excellent service.

Great store, super helpful! It's hard to find a store that has parts for 70s vehicles with quick turnaround during COVID, but they've typically got it here- or they can have it in a day or less. The folk here are knowledgeable too, so don't hesitate to ask for help.

Bought freon for Dads van. They kindly showed me proper way to do it. They also came out and put new wiper blades on for me, no charge . Friendly and knowledgable folks here

The gentleman that waited on me was cordial knew what he was doing and definitely an attitude of inviting back whomever comes in that door so you should respect them for what they do it's a hard job

These guys are great! I had bought an alternator about two months ago at a different Advance Auto. My dash told me that my battery was not being charged. So I stopped at this location in Frankfort, KY. Rob helped me. He got me another one. I installed it immediately because I am 40 min into a 6 hour trip. Rob was a great help and had a very helpful attitude.

The associates at this store are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help me. One employee even took went on her lunch break just to drive me back to my car so I wouldn't have to carry my battery all the way back. Great people I can't say enough about them

Staff with masks down, customers coming in with no masks. Got a battery and dude acted like he was doing me a big favor to install it. He went and waited on a few customers before he decided that he felt like changing my battery. I will hit Autozone next time; Advance just lost my business.

They were helpful and had the part in stock. After I bought the parts I found out that if I'd waited until the next day and bought my parts elsewhere I could have gotten them both for what one cost me there. They price matched. I was very pleased.

I bought a silver star light bulb it burns out in four months and then when you take it back they give you a hard time about replacing it. Because you already have brought back the ones that burned out. Do not buy the silver star bulbs not worth the price or the head ache.

I love Advance Auto Parts perks and parts. Money back on some purchases or percentages toward future purchases. Friendly staff and very helpful. Easy to find what you need.

Yesterday we traded our jet ski battery in on a new one. The girl gave us the wrong size battery and it fried the entire electrical system. We were finally finished fixing it about to sell and now we have $3000 worth of damage because of the employees' mistake. Not happy.

Prices were not bad and I got 20 off just for signing up with my email. It was sleeting and the customer service rep came out and installed the wipers.

I am very dispointed in the coustmer services the employees just talk to each other ,then when you ask for help they tell they have work to do , how can these people stay in business

Best parts store in Frankfort. I don't shop anywhere else except online for my auto parts. Everyone there is very eager to help.
