Can't say enough good things about this place. Very friendly explained everything to me so well. Went out of there way to help me. Price was more than reasonable. Chris will be honest with you and tell you what you need to fix now and what can wait. I will go back there for all my car needs. Thank you guys so much.

Chris was very professional and has a great relationship with his customers. He saved me money by fixing a caliper rather than just saying it needed to be replaced like so many other places. I knew it wouldn't be a cheap fix, but it was much less than if I had gone to other places here in town. Chris was highly recommended to me, and I pass on the recommendation to others. This was my first time here, and will definitely not be the last. I live in Rhode Island, and my brakes went and my tires needed to be replaced while visiting Kentucky. I wish this place was in Rhode Island!! Chris was able to fit me in the day I called to fix my brakes, ordered my tires to be replaced the next day. I don t know a lot about cars and Chris gave me such a comprehensive explanation verbally and in my invoice so I knew exactly what was going on with my car. Chris is running a great shop. His prices are good and the customer services is A+. He repaired my car, changed the oil, rotated my tires and I was out by the end of the day!! I m a little old lady and I trust him completely to be fair and honest. He saved me about $400.00 by just cleaning a part instead of replacing it. He is very knowledgeable. As someone who performs most of my own automotive maintenance and repairs, I trusted Chris with a timing belt replacement on my Saab 9-2x (Subaru WRX) for our initial transaction. He knocked it out of the park! Not only is this an atypical engine as a flat four, but installing the timing belt incorrectly can ruin the engine. This was the first one Chris had done on a Subaru flat four, but it was clear to me after we discussed and he researched it, he had the knowledge, skill and confidence to do this major job correctly. His attention to detail caught the fact that the old belt was installed one tooth off, causing the car to run just below optimally. With the new one installed, the car runs great and acceleration is even snappierMy wife and I have since brought all our vehicles to 1Stop Automotive for various services. I continue to find Chris to be honest, skilled, knowledgeable and trustworthy. As a bonus, if you live or work in South Frankfort, Downtown or in the vicinity, it is super convenient to be able to leave your vehicle with Chris for all the services that otherwise would have you running around town and coordinating pick ups and drop offs.

I took my truck to Chris to get my heater core replaced and come to find out it was just a connector and he replaced it and saved me several hundred dollars. they'll fix what you came in for but they will try to find things that are unnecessary to make a cheaper fix into an unneeded very costly one.

My driver window stopped working while it was all the way down (leaving me exposed). I needed to drive to Louisville by noon that day. Most car shops laughed when I said I needed it done by a few hours. Not Chris, he said he would try his best. He delivered and I made my appointment in Louisville with no issues. Awesome guy! I brought my 95 Mercury grand Marquis here. I didn t have time to work on myself so I was in a pinch to get it fixed. I had already bought the parts but the parts I needed were unnecessary for the service I needed. Thankfully they re technician let me know and save me over $500 on repairs.
