Good service from the staff! but having to sign out every single tool is annoying . Other skills centers I've been to have a tool box at each lift.... much better system, but hey can't complain for the price!

I've never had a bad experience at any installation. But these folks go above and beyond. To have a lifelong mechanic looking over your shoulder as you try to diagnose your vehicle... priceless. To have fun joking and carrying on... triple the value.

Thank you everyone for installing my new tires on my SUV. The tires look great and drive safely. I wish everyone at the shop Happy holidays and Merry Christmas. This was my first visit to the base and everyone was very professional. The Gentlemen at Visitor center Security made it easy to understand how to follow procedures and getting a visitor pass to get my car fixed.Thanks again and God Bless you all.

Do not come here for tires, they offer no warranty at all, I had an air bubble after purchasing a tire there and they told me they don t offer warranty on that. Also the person who was at the from desk was very rude about it. they act entitled and are very rude in general do not go to this place. There are several other places that are much better and cheaper trust me

Great for working on your car or using their repair service! I went to my dealer for repair quotes and walked away after seeing they wanted to replace a positive battery terminal for $100 and so I did it myself. Then I came to this location instead to have the same services done for 1/3 of the price. And the money doesn't go to a corporation. It goes towards keeping this place open and in our military community, which is super important. Please support, they are super friendly here, highly knowledgeable, and will do their best to help you! This is the only place I'm coming to get my car worked on or to do it myself as long as I am stationed here

I called at 0730 and was told they could look at my car to check the brakes. I had my car at the shop at 0830 and the rude guy at the front desk told me he was so busy . I told him I had spoken to him on the phone . I asked him if he could he look at my car, and he said no I can t. I would never take my car to this place. Find someplace else.Joy Automotive in Radcliff took care of me for minimal charge and total courtesy.

The facility is great!, but it closes too early during the week and they close one hour prior the posted closing for cleaning .

The price of an oil change can't be beat! The staff is very friendly, the job was done well and it didn't take nearly as long as I expected. This business is very clean (cleaner than my garage back home). There was no problem me bringing my dogs inside to pick up my vehicle.The service was so good, I came back the next day with my other vehicle to have it service as well.We'll be coming back when we're at Ft. Knox next year!

Having been out in RADCLIFF and ETown and compared prices for the services I have requested. Other prices cannot beat them.Brought my vehicle in for a rotation and balance to help diagnose the steering wheel shaking. and discovered that one of my tires was bulging from a pothole I had hit two weeks prior. They didn't have the tire I needed on hand but said I could go get one in town and bring it to them for balancing and mounting and they would leave it on the lift for me.Nate was my technician and was respectful and shared awesome tips on how to prolong the life of my new tires and my old ones while sharing other tips about vehicles in general.The manager is a straight-up, honest, and respectful person that has no problem just talking with customers. He even suggests ways to get service from them in the most affordable way. The clerk is a sweetheart as well.I would return here again, just to hang out.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Needed a 4-wheel alignment; they got me in as a "walk-in" and completed the task in a very timely manner. Staff was polite and knowledgeable, would recommend their services!

Able to use their tools, free tool rentals to effect self-service repairs. Professional mechanics on hand to offer assistance. I will be going back.

I came to this business when the check engine light went on in my vehicle. After waiting several hours, I received a phone call stating that my "knock sensor" needed repair but the mechanic would not work on my car because my frame was rusty. When I arrived to pick up the car and asked to speak to the mechanic to inquire further. They stated he was busy and would not be able to explain to me further. It's funny that I just had the car serviced a few months back and pretty frequently and no one has ever stated that the car was "too rusty" to service. I have the strong inclination they just didn't want to help. I need the car to return back home once I leave Ft. Knox but these "professionals" didn't seem to concerned about that. Just said "sorry can't help" and sent me on my way. Unreal.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The Staff of certified technicians are very friendly. They are helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get your vehicle up and running. The most clean looking skills center I've been to. I'll always bring my vehicles here

They are the best priced place for Soldiers to get their vehicles worked on, to include the no interest payment plan. You can also learn to work on your own vehicle here with tools provided. It may take a few days longer than off post, but if you have the time it is well worth the wait.

I've been in the Army for almost 20 years and have used many Auto Crafts shops and this one is by far the best one. The staff is easy going and helpful. Chris does a great job keeping up the facility and Joyce is a sweetheart. Mac has always offered his advice, which is spot on 99% of the time. All the technicians are knowledgeable. Even Ronnie and Brad are good at what they do and those boys were educated in Kentucky!!!

Just came in to get tires replaced that I bought from another location.Casually watched from around the corner as the mechanic did the work. HIGHLY impressed. Not only did I watch him actually use a torque wrench to tighten the lugs, I said that I would bring the old tires home with me. One had fix a flat in it. He took the time to wipe out the residue from the tire before placing it in the trunk, and then went to wash his hands and place a covering over the seat before getting in to drive out.Appreciate the attention to detail.

Employee Geory Courtney displayed excellent customer service. On the flip side, I was charged $82 for a second opinion on brake pads which is bit expensive for a diagnosis.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I went to Automotive Skills and Service Center in an emergency because my car was leaking gas. I arrived at 4:05 and asked to have my car looked at. There was an older gentlemen with white hair who told me all services end at 4 PM. Why would the hours be 4:30 if there isn't any help after 4? He told me I couldn't leave my car overnight even though I was 1. worried it would run out of gas, rendering me unable to bring it to ANY shop and 2. concerned about driving a vehicle while leaking gas, sounds dangerous to probably anyone with common sense. He told me there wouldn't be a technician in the next day, and that basically there was no way he could help me. Overall his customer service is very poor. He could have AT LEAST gave me tips on what to do in what I considered an emergency, instead he nonchalantly came up with several excuses as to why he couldn't help me. I won't go back! Ever!

Great service and friendly staff. I thought I had a coolant leak and they were able to identify that I did not have a coolant leak and pointed out that there might be an engine problem and I should take my car to a gm shop to find out for sure. They didn t charge me for bringing my car in today and I m glad they were honest with me and very professional

Brakes and rotors done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price plus no tax being on post! Dropped off at 8 and done by 1045. Highly recommended!
