While working for a 3pl I had one of my guys breakdown on a load going to west Chester. The fellas here got him fixed up quickly and didn t stick it to me on the price. My guy still got offloaded on time because of the excellent service here, would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely outstanding customer service here. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my truck quickly and for a great price. She s running like a champ now. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a shop.

I just want to publicly thank Dave at Wiers. My truck transmission randomly blew up on my family road trip to the Great Smokey Mountains. Not only did Dave fix my truck in a timely manner, but he had excellent customer service as well. He was able to fix my truck at an affordable rate and we were able to enjoy our vacation all thanks to Dave!Service: Transmission

I am not recommending that service I was called them for DOT inspection mechanic is checked he found some issues for truck and I was trying to see issues i asked questions where is exactly you see issues he didn t tell me anything went to the shop I waited 30 minutes asked guy who checked truck and he said he doesn t want to checkout my truck he just said go to another shop it was looks like they wanna make extra money from me I went to another shop guys was very friendly and they checked my truck they didn t found any issues they pulled in to the shop not in outside

We were referred to David at Wier's from another small business owner, after having had issues at another diesel shop in Springdale. Our 2009 Workhorse W42 has been built out into a food truck and it is our bread and butter. Unfortunately, we paid to have an inspection upon purchasing the vehicle and spent upwards of 20K in repairs prior to any knowledge of Wier's. All the repairs were costly and prevented us from operating our business. Each time we paid to have something fix, we would up having to tow it back to the same shop for additional diagnosis and repair. It was extremely frustrating. Mostly because we felt taken advantage of and the communication was always scare and extremely poor. Our last experience resulted in the shop telling us we needed to replace our engine to the tune of $32,000.00I talked to David at Wier's about everything that had been done our truck and what landed it back in the shop again this time. He was patient, kind, always followed up with me timely and knowledgeable. He set my mind at ease and we paid to have our vehicle towed for a 4th time in just 3 months, but moved it from Rush Truck Center to Wier's instead. We are ecstatic that we found Wier's. David has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Not only was the issue something else (the turbos needed replaced, not the engine), the total cost was 1/3 of what we were quoted by Rush Truck Center and we got back up and running much sooner. David provided step by step updates and rebuilt our trust.. He was honest, transparent and forthright. He could've very easily told us we needed an engine replacement as well, but they took care of the real problem instead. I really appreciate this level of professionalism and am grateful for David, Sam and the rest of their team. We will do all business with them from here on out.I also wanted to share that they also discovered a major safety issue that was never pointed out to us in the 2 1/2 months our truck was with Rush Truck Center. Our undercarriage was cracking and needed to be repaired. We had no idea and they brought it to our attention with a plan to reinforce the front and rear of our truck. Furthermore, we had an issue with the generator of our food trailer a few days later and they had a technician on-site at our place of business in Cincinnati within the hour. This level of service is far superior to their competitors. Often times, we have been forced to leave our vehicle on a lot for weeks before someone got to it. We literally had a belt fixed on our Cummins Onan within the hour and were able to get to our event without any issues on a busy Saturday. I was blown away by the service we received and the updates David provided from diagnosis to parts and completion of the job.We are bringing our other fleet to them for maintenance this coming week and have been so impressed with Wier's. I highly recommend their fleet center to anyone with a big rig that is looking for a reputable shop that is honest with trained technicians and a service staff who truly care about the customers. You aren't just a number at Wier's. It has been night and day from other shops and we are thankful they are local. Thank you David & Team.

I will absolutely never go back to this place. I took two loose axles out of a Toyota to have the bearings pressed onto them and when I picked them up, they charge $600 mind you I could have had the whole truck done for less than that, because of what the booktime labor calls for. They didn t have to touch the truck or anything. They said it takes 4 to 5 hours to press them on the loose axles. I have owned and ran my own shops for over 20 years. If our press wasn t broken I would ve done it myself and 100% does not take that long to do. I will never recommend this place to anyone.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Brought my truck in for my marker clearance lights not working, after searching and tracing the electrical wires for it they found the issue. Ron McFarland did an amazing job!! He installed my new lights, replaced the wiring harness, fixed the broken wire and even repaired my visor that had a broken bracket. Ron even found some other issues that needed to be addressed to keep my truck safe and operating properly on the road. He cleaned up after he was done with everything and my truck ready to go. I bought a 2005 Ford 350 6.0 The truck would start up but but there was nothing to the pedal Like the truck would barely move when you hit the pedal Anyways I took it here And they got it done and fixed in a matter of days... Apparently there was some mice That started living in vehicle and chewed up the wires. Anyways good job I'm happy.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Had a wheel seal going out. Called very quick to get in for repair. Tech working on my truck done great work. Kept everything clean and done a timely repair. Price was reasonable. Glad to find another shop on the map to work on my truck when in a pinch.

This place should be the gold standard for customer service. I've not once spoken to anyone from here that wasn't beyond hospitable. All you get is warm greetings and friendly human interaction. When and where was the last place you were that you could say the same? Walmart? Grocery store?

This is a very bad place to fix your truck i cant explained it all what they did to me they seem nice at the beginning they charge me $1054 for ten minute labor they didn't put any part when I drive 30 mile the truck broke again.

I have been taking my 2015 VNL 780 to the Wiers Florence KY location (formerly George s Truck Center) for the past 3 years. Before that, they serviced my 2007 FL. Ken and his team are the best. I highly recommend. They ve done everything from regular PM s to replacing the injector cups (Volvo warranty) to extending the frame rails of my 780 another 30 . Always pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable. Fair in their pricing. And stand behind their work. Very pleased. Can t say enough good things about these guys.

The service will bring you back... Again and again till they get it right. Truck was here for 3 weeks first time. 1 week in the lot before they brought it in. Back now so they can redo rear main oil seal. Had to stop in Tennessee to have another shop replace oil pan gasket. Gonna be here over night. But they did offer to take me somewhere to walk around. REALLY!!! WALK AROUND? Told I might want to rent a truck to deliver the load I have on. NO!!! I WANT MY TRUCK!!! I'd recommend a dealer before this place.
