Very happy with the service here. Took both my vehicles here. Quick, professional, and personable staff. Both visits I had Kyle as the tech who took care of us. He was very professional and took his job seriously. We will definitely be coming back here in the future for our vehicle needs.

Very happy with the service I received today. Everything was very efficient as they went through their routine check offs. They explained my additional options and didn t push anything when I declined. I was even offered coffee or water while I waited. Cost was just as expected. We normally take our car to Ford for services, but this may be our new go to! Thanks for the positive experience!

I pulled in randomly because this location was easier to access than the take 5 across the street, and I'm so happy I did. I pulled in and was offered chips, and a drink and was promptly greeted by the owners, manager, and technician and they were all as kind as could be. I knew I was in good hands when they pulled the air filter out and told me that it was fine, I was expecting the usual of a place trying to sell everything on top of the oil change, but Jack and Kyle were amazing and not only did a great job servicing my vehicle, but they didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't need. I can't recommend this place enough, and it will be my go-to going forward.

This was my 1st visit to Victory Lane. Jack was amazing and went above and beyond. He changed out my headlights that were very difficult to get to. I really appreciated his help bc I feel like other places or technicians would have just said they couldn't do it since it was more challenging. Will absolutely start going there from now on.

I m such an idiot when it comes to my car, but the expert and understanding techs at Victory Lane in Florence Kentucky treated me like I was the Queen. Fast, friendly and courteous service at an affordable price. I will be back for sure!

Quick oil change and didn't ever have to leave my car, which I love. Chatted with one of the managers, and he gave me so much good information specific to my suburban and answered random questions I had about other vehicles. This is the second or third time I've been, I've never had an issue, and the customer service is always amazing .

Oil change went great. Besides when I made it down the road my check engine light came on. I guess enter at your own risk cost me $200 to get O2 sensor fixed

They have a great business here! They're kind and courteous. They don't take too long. You don't have to get out of your car which I love. Love the owners Chris & Brian! The gentlemen at Victory Lane were courteous and professional. They were not pushy at all with trying to sell other things. They got me in and out quickly and even gave my dogs a couple treats. What else can you ask for?

I normally am happy with my service but i ask them to top off or fill my windshield fluid and the manager said he did but two days later my car message said windshield fluid low..... so not sure why he said he did it when obviously he didn't. Not happy with my service that day. I have referred several people there, because I like to support family owned businesses.Service: Oil change

Never had an issue with this place, must've been under new management, because today. They were really pushing a new maintenance package for $142, and they switched to Pennzoil.b. The rideshare discount went from 20% to 15%c. Not a fan of Pennzoil oil.seemed less friendly than other times.I'll probably try somewhere else next time.

I was told while getting my oil changed that I needed to swap my battery out, and that I could have my battery swapped here. A few days later, when I brought a battery to swap, I was told that they can t install batteries, they only sell them. Disappointing. I ve been loyal to Victory Lane Oil Change for years

This was my first time and I love this place. The owners and crew are super great. Did great work ( coolant flush and fill) and all with a great price. I was there for about 25 minutes and they gave me donuts and a soda. Will for sure go back for oil changes etc.

The guy that serviced me was very sweet. He explained everything. He actually didn t have the correct filter for my car and ran to get it right then and there instead of telling me to come back. I was still in and out with quality service and left knowing what I paid for and what I may need to get done in the future without feeling pressured to do it right then.
