Great experience and within walking distance of my home which I really love so I did not have to tow. Very informative about my future with my present car and good advice about shopping for another one in the future. It was nice to know they will check out a used car from a dealership for about 150.00 b4 purchase. Wesley and Frank were very patient. I was not waiting in back of way too many people like Tire Discounters and they have a very clean inviting no pomp and circumstance check in space. I am very done with Tire Discounters as a new year resolution and love avoiding the expensive "honest?" dealership. Thanks guys! God Bless your business.

I got my truck towed that to get an estimate for the transmission. I like the payment process over the internet. I like that they checked everything and told me of other things that needed work as well. Clean, prompt, and nice.

I had just got my truck I just bought inspected and serviced here. I would say the people you talk to are very friendly and understanding everytime I've called them or they had called me for an update. I mentioned I wanted it back before the snow had hit this year and no matter who had called me for an update they had mentioned that they are working so hard to get it back to me in time before the snow so I felt like I was heard as a person. They kept me updated on what all they were working on. Over all they did a wonderful job the truck drives amazing. I would most definitely go back here and I've already recommended these guys to a few people. I just want to say thank you guys for your hard work you guys did amazing. I also wanted to mention for my inspection they had pictures of everything that was concerning so I didn't feel robbed like they were just trying to get me to fix all these crazy things. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle in. I'll be back for sure!

I had gotten an estimate for another garage before going to transmission pros. The other place told me my clutch and transmission were bad with a quote of $7,500.00. Transmission Pros replaced my clutch and my transmission was checked and it was fine. My bill was only $2,200.00. I will never go to the other place again. The employees at Transmission Pros were knowledgeable and friendly. My advise to you don't waste your time going to some place else. Go to Transmission Pros where you are treated fairly and they actually know about cars.

Did a great job. My transmission was a mess. They had vehicle for a bit but that was to find the exact issue. Ended up being a hairline crack in a new part. They found it! Will use them again.

Wesley was extremely helpful and very responsive. The work was completed timely and there were no surprises. Everything was communicated to us during the process, and the issue was resolved with less expense than other places were quoting. Highly recommend!

These people were great to work with. Detailed analysis of work needed including photos and descriptions of how they would repair the problem. Overall took a bad situation of a broken car and they fixed it with zero hassles. Would we recommend, sure we would!

You have to respect any mechanic that will give you an honest opinion and not solicit money just because they can. Ulmers is on my very short list of honesty mechanics in the area. Thanks boys for being the unfortunate minority in the auto business!

I am so happy I called Pro Transmission and Auto care. I spoke to Wesley on the phone and voiced my concerns about a grinding noise in my car. He was patient and understanding and we also talked about our love for cars. He let me know to bring it in at my convenience and the team will take a look at the issue. I dropped it off and within a couple business days, I heard from Wesley and let me know that my concerns needed immediate action for safety. I was able to drop my car off and within 2-3 business days, my car was ready. I drove it down the road and it was like night and day! The grinding noise was gone and my Mercedes was once again a quiet ride! I am so happy with the work and customer service at Pro Transmission. I will continue to use them in the future for me and my families car's needs! And will make sure to refer anyone to Pro Transmission that are in need of repair on their vehicle. They did not do what was asked. Didn't need everything under the sun checked ... Just what I asked for. Already had my real mechanic check the specific issues they claimed were an issue ... They are not. This place is just trying to drum up business. This is so very disappointing. Will never go back and will tell as many people as possible DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Frank and Wesley demonstrate what true customer service is all about. Took my son s car here for his intermittent brake issues after purchasing a vehicle from out of state. Wesley went above and beyond to get this vehicle looked at with their busy schedule and after thoroughly flushing the brake fluid, retracting all calibers and re-bleeding the system of any potential air, the car is working as designed. I will definitely be taking my vehicle here in the future.

Knowledgeable and experienced staff offered all options car needed but didn't push any of them, actually discussed best approach balancing my concerns with their experience to address critical repairs for now and future items if and when I wanted them done. I cannot recommend this company enough. I have only taken my vehicle to them on a few occasions in the past decade and each time the customer service is exemplary, the cost is minimal, and the work is done correctly and timely. This IS THE ONLY shop in Northern Kentucky that I fully trust with my vehicle. They are the ONLY shop that was honest about my transmission repair years ago, everyone else told me it needed replaced, Pro Transmission knew I only needed a sensor before they even laid eyes on the car. While everyone else in town gave estimates averaging around $2,500, Pro Transmission fixed it for under $250!!! I have dealt with many mechanic shops throughout the years. I will now only go to Pro Transmission. They did a great job on the truck and it comes with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. Customer service is great. Length of time was very fast for getting in part and fixing problem. Haven't seen any leaks since. Actual bill was less than quote, Always a Plus. Vehicle running better now then when I purchased it. Will definitely come back for any other issue that may arise. Highly recommend Pro Transmission.

I went outside my comfort zone and decided to take my car to a new service shop. How grateful I am I took it here, my Honda civic was having a issue with a sensor in the transmission. After the service my car shifts smoother than the day I purchased it years ago. The staff is super friendly and never hesitate to answer the phone when you have concerns/questions. I will definitely be returning for my future mechanical needs. Also frank was very friendly in person and over the phone definitely appreciated the exceptional service

My car has a delayed shift that may occur only once or twice a day sometimes up to 5 times a day. It happens as I accelerate. When it does happen it winds out as it misses the gear and then pops back into gear. It never kicks an engine light on which frustrates me because when I bought the car I paid 2600 dollars for an exclusionary warranty specifically for this issue. Your business seems like a great business. I had hoped that since I left it there for over a week you would be able to figure out the cause and fix it. I appreciate that you didn't charge me but 21 dollars for the gas you put in the car and nothing else. Overall I am extremely satisfied but I was hoping you could figure out the issue before my warranty runs out within the next year. I just am concerned it will continue to get worse and I will eventually need a new transmission. The delayed shift does happen. Thank you.

I had moved into the Northern Kentucky area from both Michigan, and most recently North Carolina.I had worked for Ford Motor Company for 40 years previously.I asked Jeff Schaff for a reputable auto repair company because of my 2006 Ford F-150's looming transmission issues. As we were traveling through Florence Kentucky, the transmission failed in my truck. We were 8 hours from home and had 5 hours more to go. The Advance Auto store pointed us to Pro Transmission. Wesley, at Pro Transmission, helped us get a rental vehicle and was able to fix my truck as we continued on to our vacation. On our way back home they had my truck done and ready to take home. They were very concerned that everything would go well for us on our way home. Pro Transmission has already been in contact with my local transmission shop to make sure we have no future troubles. My local shop and Pro Transmission worked as a team to do a follow up service on my truck. Pro Transmission covered any cost. I wish Pro Transmission was in my area because I would use them as my repair shop. 5 stars is not enough!Service: Transmission

These guys are the absolute best. They replaced a transmission in my truck. A week later I had and issue with my car stopped in and they diagnosed it at no cost. I had my transmission then my struts service here in the past month. They are honest, clear, and thorough. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to go to Pro Transmission because every mechanic near me is shady or doesn't want my business. Really friendly, no-hype shop! I mentioned being a rideshare driver and needing the car to earn a living, and they got me right in first thing in the morning rather than making me leave it and miss-out on any income. Their pricing was fair, and right in line with what I d expected to pay, not to mention WAY less than at the local Hyundai dealer s service center. Very positive experience!
