Price to program a transponder key is really affordable. Also, the service is quick. I'd highly recommend this place.

We're definitely speedy, Very cheap, and very kind. Only issue is my Key didn't work :( which keep in mind is a pretty big issue, But we've also purchased another Key in the past from somewhere else, and it didn't work either :( apparently this specific key isnt easily duplicated, will be calling today to see what can be done about it, this is the second key we've purchased (Two totally different places) and I'm really hoping to have a positive experience so that I can make it up to 5 stars! 3 isn't too bad considering the fact that the key didn't work to begin with.1. Speedy.2. Convenient Location.3. Very kind staff.4. Very cheap.5. Easy to get too from my home.-Update #2: The man on the phone was incredibly sweet, asked what the problem was and didn't ask a single question, other than what seemed to be the problem with the key. Offered immediately to fix it and replace the key for us! Will update again once the key is fixed!

I lost my only car key and they did not over charge me like others tried to. They were able to overnight the type key I needed and super affordable. Rodney was great to work with and super friendly! Highly recommend.

I broke my key off in the ignition, so i needed a new key and the key pulled out. I called for a price and they gave me the low price and a high price. I got there at noon was out of there in less then an hour. It was cheaper then they told me on the phone. I was very happy with the service and prices. I would recommend them to anyone. They know what they are going and make you feel at home.

I lost all of the keys to my truck, which were transponder keys. The Ford dealership couldn't even help me obtain a new key. Tri-State Lock was one of several locksmiths that I called. When I spoke with the gentleman, he was very knowledgeable and polite, and the price he quoted me was $80 cheaper than any other quote. I took my business to them, and was more than pleased with the quality of work, promptness, and friendliness of the staff. I will definitely be bringing my business back!

Jeff fully explained the potential problems of my deadbolt issue before even showing up. The deadbolt would not fully retract when the key was turned. He showed up on time and took my lockset apart cleaned it and determined that nothing was broken. He lubricated it and put it all back together. His honesty is impeccable. Didn't even charge for the service. He told me that he would keep the work order open for a few days to see if I have any further issues. He may need to replace just the deadbolt if the problem.persists. I have never been treated better by any contractor anywhere. Thank you Jeff !!! You have a customer for life. In a world of dishonest businessmen, Jeff stands out like a beacon of light.

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices were amazing! not more than I paid. Highly recommend if you need a key cut, purchased, or programmed see these guys their top notch!

Jeff was wonderful! We have an old mortise style lock/door knob that was broken and instead of replacing the entire thing he was able to fix it! We couldn't have been more thrilled we were able to keep the old style and the wonderful charm of it. Jeff was very knowledgeable on old style locks and I'm so happy with the work. He was trustworthy and taught me all about the old style lock, and he was very decently priced! I can't recommend him and the folks at Tri-State Lock enough!!

Professional! Accommodating! Reliable!I scheduled a off site appointment to have my truck keys replaced. They were beyond helpful on the phone and able to schedule my appointment within 24hours. Luckily, we located the keys before any work was done. Without any complaint or charge he cancelled our appointment after making the drive out to my house. Thank you for your genuine understanding Tri-state Lock, you have my business and referrals in the future.

These guys do great work! Having the key broke off in my motorcycle ignition was a real bummer. After loading up the trailer I was running behind schedule and they stayed late for me to drop the bike off. Two days later they called me and asked if I was ready to ride. Absolutely!When I arrived two new keys were waiting. They even gave me a charge on the battery before I left when they saw it wouldn t start.I can t say enough good about these stand up gentlemen!I highly recommend you take your business to Tri-State Lock.

I was told by a friend to try this place instead of the dealership. My motorcycle key got bent somehow, and I couldn t use it. Asked gentlemen if I could possibly get a copy. He tried but couldn t copy the key with it being such a new motorcycle. He ended up somehow fixing my old key and it works now!! I would definitely go here again, without hesitation.

Great experience with Tri-State Lock. Showed up at 430 pm, with only a half hour until closing with a electronic safe whose battery has died and keys were lost. Larry kept working on the safe until getting it open well after 6pm. He was more than happy to stay past closing to open my safe. Would highly recommend!

After losing my whole set of keys, I initially contacted Acme Lock on Monday, Nov. 26th at 10:15. They quoted me a price of $370.00 to make a new car key force and program it. Their driver showed up at 12:45 and at 430, after programming 3 different keys, told me "it's not working". I then had the car towed to Tri State and it was the best experience and wish I wouldn't of wasted my time with Acme. Rod was wonderful and kept me in the loop..he had to order the fob and when it arrived on Wednesday, it was just a few minutes and EVERYTHING was programmed and ready to go. Plus, the cost was less than half of the quote of unsussessful Acme. Great place, Rodney was professional and courteous and they've gained my business for life... When needed.

Larry is the best! My unlock button was not working on my key fob for my Cobalt. Not only did he take a look at it but he was able to repair the key fob instead of having to replace it. He was so nice!

Very friendly and great service! I've used Tri-state Lock a few times. Once for our house locks and a couple other times for our car keys. I bought a car for my niece (out of state) that needed an additional key and programming. I showed up right before closing, but Larry stayed and made sure the key was cut and programmed. Next time was for my corvette, Larry new exactly what type of key it needed and figured out the code super quick. He found a #1 door lock remote key for my corvette too! Also soldered the climate control board for my car, works perfectly! Can't say enough good things about Tri-State Lock! Highly recommend them!

Thanks guys for fixing my lock cylinder on my 2007 Ford Mustang convertible, you were $222.00 cheaper than your competitor. Had the part in stock, customer service was superb. Don't settle for less go see the best.

Very reasonable price Service time excellent I was in and out less then ten minutes with two fobs programmed A key cut and program I got better service from Tri-state lock then I would have at the dealership so this is the only place I well be doing business with from now on and thanks again
