Received wonderful customer service from the sales manager Tonia! Had to reschedule a few times but they were able to get me in next day and get my tires in on time. Recommended a great set of tires for my car as well. She was very open about how long the process would take and laid out costs for me. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 5 and a dog, were on the way from Florida to Toronto, when we got a flat tire due a nail. Can't say how happy we were that we selected this location of Tire Discounters. When we arrived to the shop, there was 4-5 folks ahead of us already waiting for service. Without asking, Tonia the service manager did a call to get us ahead of the line (understanding we were driving all night and are eager to get back on the road) and within 30 min, we got our car back with a fixed tire. We are incredibly thankful to Tonia and the shop folks for a quick and kind service!

It s a shame I can t leave zero stars. Went for my first "FREE" tire rotation at Florence, KY Tire Discounters since I purchased the tires there. I look up and this 18 year old kid was grinding the paint off my brake rotor hat. A back story on me: I take care of my car myself including all services and anything else it needs. Tire balancing and alignments are the only things that don't justify me buying expensive equipment to do myself. All the workers back there were ACTUALLY TRYING TO CONVINCE ME that it was good practice and that it was what they do to EVERY CAR!!!! One of the workers said it's okay, you need brakes soon anyways!!! I spoke to the regional manager a few minutes ago, and he gave me the same song and dance how if your rotors have paint on them regardless of age or mileage, his workers WILL REMOVE IT!! The service writer Tonya assured me that she would order my rotors from Mazda and replace my damaged ones. The regional manager told me that he wouldn t let her. Definitely stay away from this place. It s not worth the hassle.

This tire discounters told me my balljoint was toasted on my car when I was 19 and that it would fail very soon. I m 24 now. It is still not failed. Also they once had a bald man who promised me 100 dollars off if I rescheduled my scheduled appointment I showed up for. When I accepted and showed up at a later date he was not there and didn t communicate this. The work they do actually perform is okay though. Just poor communication. Or at least used to be. But consistency is key.

Had a flat and found out I needed all 4 new tires. Since I have staggered tire sizes on my sports car I was a little anxious. Thankfully the Service Manager, Tonia Gray, wasn't fazed at all. She new how to find out what sizes would work and able to get them in the next day. The service was excellent!

Bring a lunch and a thermos to this outfit, took almost 4 hours for new tires and alignment. I was not the only unhappy customer in the building and I also had an appointment.They gave me a free oil change coupon, keep it, I don t have the time or patience!

it took 3 hours for them to change one tire while it wasn t busy and i was met with a rude employee at first and they are NOT giving free alignments. they tried charging me almost $200 for one. do not recommend this place.

This Tire Discounters has excellent service, which is why I have been a long standing customer. My service yesterday was very personalized, informative, and upbeat. I ve never felt more taken care of as a customer overall. Roger helped me understand what my car needed and what services they offer. I appreciate them so much for their help in maintaining my car which I use for my business- thank you. What a great team!

Wanted to say thank you to Tonya and Dave at the Florence store I have been in there the last 3 days putting new tires on three of my cars. They are the nicest people you will meet they go way over to make sure you re satisfied and very helpful at what they do if you need new tires, I would highly recommend you go see Tonya she will get you the best price around. I can guarantee that.

I had a screw in my tire and didn t have much time to get it done. I was able to drop off my suv and leave it. Worried that I would be sold on products rather than just the service I wanted, they called me and said they were able to get the job done. I was able to pay over the phone with no additional issues, or sales pitch. Thank you!

Can't ever seem to get 100% of what you pay for.I went in there to have new rims put on and the tires that were on the rims rotated.New rims put on with existing tires in the wrong position.When I left tire pressure light was on.Drove to the house put a tire gauge on each tire 35, 35.5, 26, 22 PSI other than that at least the rims got put on. now I got to take it back to get the tires rotated that is covered under my warranty from 6 months ago when I bought them new.

I would give them no stars if I really had the choice. They broke our lug nut then turn around say they will replace it if we pay them $50.00. I guess places are as good as what they have to work with. Place is a joke ! First time I went spent almost $2000 on set of tires and going home all the ABS lights start flashing so called them and dumb founded as normal they tried to blame it on something we had done. Will definitely not be going back to this location.

Stopped today because I realized that I needed 4 tires before a quick trip. Dom squared me away with a 3pm appointment. I arrived and my vehicle quickly went on the rack. A few minutes later, Tonia informed me that I was in need of breaks. Tonia assured me that she would get the necessary parts and have me back on the road tonight. I am so pleased with my experience. I was about to give in to the fact that Covid killed customer service, and here come the good folks from Tire Discounters. Thank to the guys in the back that get the wrenches turned.Had to modify their previous 5 star review. Dropped the wife s car today for rear brakes, oil change, and rotation. Got home and decided to check the fluids myself. All fluids were not at the full marks. I called and spoke with Roger. He explained that low coolant, low break fluid were signs of a bigger problem and they don t top them. I would like to think that if you do a break job, that would consist of checking the fluid. Besides, if they had been checked properly, would that not constitute notifying the customer of the issue? Was planning to rotate out my other vehicles for oil changes etc key word was . Lucky I didn t change it to a 1 star.

Tonia had to deliver some bad news to me regarding the repairs needed on my car. She did it professionally and with a very good explanation that actually made sense. While I never like to hear bad news, she made the experience as enjoyable as possible (believe it or not :)). Thank you, Tonia!

Clint and Roger were especially helpful when my husband brought our SUV in for new tires and brakes! The tires had been balding for a while and a roofing nail finished the job to get them replaced urgently. Tires and brakes were replaced within a couple hours and service was extremely professional and helpful. We were so relieved that we didn t have to coordinate vehicle swapping for even a full day. We were SO GRATEFUL for such prompt service!

I went to tire discounters on US 42 in Florence KY, two hours before they were scheduled to close with a screw in my tire. I was planning on getting new tires in a few weeks anyways but Jim and Kevin were able to get me set up with four tires and get them installed before they were closed. Jim was super friendly and helpful. Kevin was friendly as well and did an amazing job with the fast installation!

We are traveling and saw the low tire light. We got off the road and lo and behold, Tire Discounters! Tire repair complete and back on the road. Professional staff, courteous, excellent service, and a super nice facility. Thank you!

#42 was an awesome and very helpful man!! He was knowledgeable and upfront! We blew a tire on the highway heading back to Ohio! He had us up and running in less than 20 mins!!Most definitely recommend stopping in ! All staff were wonderful!!

Paid for four new tires and an alignment. I got the four new tires and no alignment. Straight up left my wheel with a bunch of negative camber. Highly unacceptable

I bought 4 new tires for my Camry 3 days ago, drove in with a spare on and even then, my tire pressure display on my cluster panel was working fine when I got there.Tires were put on, I drove about 20 minutes as I was told for it to pick up and read again, only for it to stop working all together. I called back but they were busy so no one answered.I had zero issues with that working until they changed out my tires.Now I am going to have to go to the dealership and pay god knows how much more $ to fix something that was working perfectly until I came here.Not happy at all to put it mildly.

Your add-on prices are above the market. But the service was great. Everyone was upfront and knowledgeable about what was needed on my daughter's car.

I can t even explain the feelings right now. This woman would not give up until my car was perfect. Tonia Gray is an amazing woman and you guys should be lucky to have her in your business. I just wanna let you know how much I appreciate her and what she s done for me and you guys should to.
