Thank you, Taylor towing. Your driver showed up as an assist to an Englewood truck that was dispatched earlier to tow my Mercedes Sprinter chassis motorhome. The Englewood driver quickly identified that his big rig could not safely tow my RV and I needed a "Wheel Lift" truck for my situation. Taylor responded to the call within 30 minutes. It was incredible. The driver knew exactly what was needed and how we could position the motorhome so that he could make connections.FYI the Sprinter base RVs and Motorhomes use an E14 star socket drive for removal of the drive shaft to Differential bolts. It's good to have a set on hand if moving sprinters.He made the trip to the Ft. Mitchel Mercedes dealer easily and somehow managed to get it pulled into a location on the back lot area all with a wet misty rain. I never got to appropriately thank the driver but will always recommend Taylor for any who need their larger vehicles moved.

Had my car picked up for AAA with Taylor's today about 6:30 a.m. Your driver, Jordan, was very friendly and professional. He got it on the bed quickly and efficiently. I could tell that he had lots of experience. It's hard to find anyone who's in such a good mood so early in the morning. Keep up the good work!

Josh was dispatched to tow my car from a hebron to montgomery. AAA quoted 2 hrs, Joshua called 10 mins later, arrives 30 mins later. Very pleasant, sweet man who was experienced in towing. He went the extra mile trying to find my oil cap to no avail which I accidentally dropped in under the hood but thankfully it was knocked loose while moving the car on flatbed. I was very grateful that he replaced it once he dropped it off at dealership..avoiding questions from dealer. Thankful to this young man in my hour of need. Such a sad sight my baby on the truck but happy it safely arrived at the dealership.

Driver cannot drive safely; cut a driver off on Houston nearly causing an accident. Pitiful driving - not a driver I would want towing my car around the city especially as he was on his phone doing this.

We were in Florence, KY when our car developed issues. We called AAA and they called Taylor Truck to come and tow us to a garage. We were told it would be up to a 65 minute wait. Luckily our driver, Daniel, was there in maybe 40-45 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Daniel looked at the car to see if he could get it started, but our electrical system was shot. We had no choice but to tow it. He gave us the address and directions to the garage he was taking the car to. He dropped us off at the rental car office on his way. Having a car break down is never a good feeling, but Daniel made us feel a little better by taking care of us and our car. Thanks!

Our minivan ended up in a ditch last weekend due to bad roads from the winter storm. The van was in a bad spot where it could tip over if it wasn't pulled out correctly. Taylor's did an amazing job. The driver was friendly and courteous and pulled our minivan out with no damage to the vehicle. I would highly recommend this establishment. 5 stars!

Had a flat tire and called for a Tow. Daniel responded and was able to resolve our issue without needing the tow. Very friendly and explained everything that he was doing. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone that would ever need a tow in the greater cincinnati area.

I had the dreadful experience of my SUV breaking down on I-75 north in Kentucky near the Ohio borderline in August. I had just buried my Dad in Georgia so my spirits was at an all time low. I contacted AAA and Taylor Truck & Auto Repair answered the call. It happened to be Timothy the owner who was operating the flatbed. He was a polished pure professional and you can tell right off the bat that he took pride in his business. He explained that he could not tow us into Dayton Ohio because he had a huge tow job that he had to complete with one of the heavier towing vehicle and only he could do it. He told us that he called one of his guys in to complete our journey into Dayton to bring my vehicle there for repairs. He brought us to his base and I have a good understanding on how the tow business works so his explanation was reasonable to me. His wife made us feel like we re at home. His operator showed up in a very timely fashion to complete my tow to Dayton and he too was a professional. I found him to be very likable chap with a great personality during my ride to Dayton. It s no fun having vehicle troubles on the road and especially when I was so far from home but Taylor Truck & Repair made a dreadful experience go much much easier for me and my mother. It s great to know that Timothy and his wonderful crew is out there to help out distressed motorists. Thank you Taylor Truck & Auto Repair may you continue to have success in your business. Nick was awesome! Fantastic service, clean truck, friendly and early. We stood and talked for awhile about the car and he offered sound advice on what he thinks it needs and might cost. Recommended some good mechanic shops. He is also a mechanic and was very knowledgeable. Also inexpensive. Compared to everyone else in the area. When you're in need of help, this is the company you call.

They REALLY helped big time! Our 22ft Straight truck coming from Northern Ohio "luckily" broke down near this company. It was 10am, an hour away from his destination, truck full of crates due that day and he needed a new brake line. They called their tow truck driver in earlier than planned, found a tire needed replaced also, we got a tire from Zieglers and they worked together to get the truck back on it's way by 2pm. They were also prepared to help us unload the truck into another truck, if it came down to that, in order to get our customer's delivery to them on time. With our company being 4.5 hours away, we were extremely blessed to find a company that could get our truck back on the road within 4 hours and be able to make his delivery. AND reasonably priced!Service: Brakes

Dispatched to us by AAA. We were able to schedule pickup time. He was there waiting when we pulled in. He was professional and curtious and kept within estimated price range. He deserves more than 5stars but he'll have to take that up with Google it's beyond my realm of capabilities

I had the opportunity to work with these people through AAA when my car died. Their rollback operator Adam was a very professional individual and very helpful. He was able to get the car started and by checking multiple possibilities he determined that the battery was passed it prime and should be replaced. I am very pleased with their service and look to using them for future auto repairs.

I got stuck on a backroad due to the heavy snowfall last night. Kyle was incredibly kind and professional and was able to get my car out of trouble with ease. He went above and beyond and made sure I was safe getting home in the snowstorm. Excellent service and I am truly thankful to have had such a great experience.

They were AMAZING! I live in Ohio and had broke down in KY on the way home with my 4 children with me. I was scared to death. I called them at 10:01an and they were literally there to get me at 10:15! I can t remember the drivers name but he was such a nice guy. He then called around to find a shop that would be able to fix it the same day so I could make it back home. And the price didn t kill either :).

Place gets good reviews, but my experience was less than stellar. And I don't expect stellar, I just expect a helpful and courteous attitude. As a trucker, being broken down is stressful and the girl behind the counter was rude and off-putting and made me feel as though my break down (and my money) was not welcome there. I drove ten minutes down the road and was eagerly taken in by a neighboring repair shop who laughed and joked around and began taking care of the issue right away. THAT'S how you do business. You don't have to be stellar, but for F's sake at least act like you care.

Taylor s came to tow my GMC twice through AAA and the guys were so nice and friendly. I needed my car towed a 3rd time, so called them directly. Travis came in about 20 mins, towed my car to my house and positioned in my driveway so that I could get my other car around it. They are very reasonably priced and nice to deal with. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

I was very pleasantly surprised. In a time where customer service and courtesy has gone to the wayside (in my opinion) I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I received. Very prompt courteous and happy to help. For my sake I hope I don't need their service soon, but should I, I won't think twice who to call.

I called AAA for advice regarding transport of a purchased truck. AAA gave me Taylors details and I called. I am usually a skeptical person and look for the snag in deals. Taylor's were wonderful from the initial phone call and the many follow up questions. They picked the truck up, delivered it and kept every word of the deal. In this day and age a company that does what is says is a rarity. I would not hesitate to call again, and would definitely use their services again. I don't leave feedback reports usually, but this one I had to. Very Impressed, very thankful, perfect !

My 16 year old son had called us with a flat tire. My husband went to help him but became concerned about changing the tire on an incline. I called this company and they immediately got on the road to help them. I sort of dreaded thinking about how much this would cost. However, in about 15 minutes my son happily called and said the gentleman who helped them just used a heftier tire jack and got the spare on for them...costing us much less than the price of a tow. They also said he was very nice and professional.

They lied to me about my vehicle and told me that it needed to be replaced! I took my van in for an overheating issue. They told me that Ford had a service bulletin on it and that I'd need to either replace the entire motor or replace the vehicle. I called 2 Ford Dealerships that had no idea what I was talking about and could not find any bulletins of any kind on it... I took it to another local shop who simply replaced the Thermostat and I've had zero issues with it since. The ONLY kind thing I can say is that they did not charge me for the diagnostics, but this place has officially lost my trust and I won't be back.

Got stranded on the side of the I-75, at night, in the rain with no lights; Adam came to the rescue and towed us to the nearest dealership. Adam went the extra mile as AMA had given him our incorrect location and he had to find us. Adam reached out and found our location via a series of light flashes and phone calls on the side of the I-75.I can't say enough good things about Adam, he's professional, knowledgeable, prompt, has great communication, is caring and much more.Adam's kindness and willingness to shares his knowledge with the us/customers makes him an invaluable asset to Taylor Truck & Auto Repair & Towing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.THANK YOU ADAM!

I am not from around the area so finding someone I trust to work on my vehicles was definitely a major concern when moving to the area. I found them because my breaks locked up on me on a Sunday and I needed somewhere to take my truck that was close. I called Taylor's on a Sunday and theh answered immediately. They said to bring it in that night and they will get on it first thing in the morning, and they did. I was able to ask questions and they gave me honest answers back, including pricing. Recently, there was a technical service announcement on my F150 that I didn't know about. I took it to Taylor's and they called me back and told me to take it to Ford. This saved me a ton of money because they knew Ford would take care of it. Taylor's has great service that is always done in a very timely manner and are always willing to take phone calls and answer questions.

We used their services through AAA to get our car towed back to Ohio. They were quick to the scene to pick us up, very knowledgable about what was wrong with our car and was also very nice! I would recommend their service to anyone.

Posting on behalf of my father. Friday My dads car was having some issues so we called triple a to come tow the vehicle they sent out taylor towing and needless to say the driver was many things, professional, on time, caring of the situation and understanding. We have never worked with a company that provided not only a professional and timely manner but positive attitude. I would highly recommend this company based on our experience. I didn't catch his last name but his first name was jonathon. Great job on having positive enjoyable employees and thank you for your help!

Great work. 6.0 ford wouldn t start, I put a new starter on still didn t work. These guys traced it down to a frayed wire coming out of the firewall... they found the issue and fixed it quickly and reasonably priced. Will go back.

My wife and i slid off the county road we live on due to wet roadway. Just so happens a Taylor towing rollback hauling a car pulled up just as i exited my vehicle. The young man driving the truck stopped his truck, blocked traffic, checked to see if my wife and i were ok, then offered to pull my car back up onto the roadway. I offered to pay him and he refused. Friendly, neighborly help is very hard to come by these days, everyone is out for a buck. I will use these guys for my future needs as well as refer others to them.Thank you for your generosity and genuine care.
