Great service every time! I was just st Take 5 yesterday, and once again the staff was attentive and efficient with the services. More than that, they're consistently pleasant and professional anytime I drive in for fast service.Kylie greeted me with a bottled water and helpful attitude, and I was directed safely into the bay. Dalton was working and took care of my top off service. Top off service is included when you change your oil with them so for me well worth the peace of mind!For my very first visit, it was a super hot, summer day. The young man working, Dalton brought me a bottled water. It was so perfect. I ended up getting filters checked, oil changed and new windshield wipers which were in pretty bad shape. They checked everything, even the air in my tires. GREAT service.

Dylan and Nate did a phenomenal job. They explained every step they were taking and they worked with an efficiency that you don't regularly see anymore, despite multiple customers arriving for simultaneous service. They greeted us, offered us bottled water, made sure satisfaction was met without any issues and even interacted in a very friendly manner with the young kids I had with me (providing fruit snacks after verifying they were allowed to have them). This, coupled with the fact that they obviously put a lot of effort into maintaining a clean and organized workplace and storefront is the reason that I will continue to return to this location for service and recommend it to anyone I know. These guys obviously put an added effort into their job and deserve recognition from the top down.

My oil changing experience was quite thorough at the Florence, KY location. This was my first time at a Take 5. They checked all my fluids and the air in my tires. There were additional items offered to me like filters and wiper blades but no pressure when I declined. The young lady that went over all the procedures was definitely pleasant and knowledgeable as was the gentleman that changed the oil. I was in and out in no time because the team that took care of my car worked very well together. I think I ve found my new oil changing home.

The team was respectful, prompt, extremely knowledgeable, wasn't pushy about what needed replaced. Gave us water bottles with a warm welcome upon arrival. However, that young lady y'all have working there is like a expert surgeon on a oil change. She was so explanatory and in detail of why the replacements were vital to the operation and benefits to our vehicle. She gave us the prices immediately on everything. She went way beyond what her duties were in hospitality. She even did our oil change and filters on our Truck about a month ago and was beyond professional. She was so kind and welcoming to our little grandson Wyatt. She remembered him by name and put a huge smile on Wyatt's face. She made sure our experience was smooth and timely. When we pulled out of the oil bay and was leaving on a busy Saturday in Florence KY, she was standing there waving bye to us. We were laughing, smiling, and honking. Everybody was looking at us. We felt like we just left a good friends place! Not to mention...we drive over a hour just to come here, we live in Indiana. Thank you Take 5! You well deserve a 5 stars. I would give you a 10*. Thank you for caring about us, giving us a warm welcome and taking care of our vehicle. "Honk Honk".

Courteous, quick and got the job done in a friendly way. I ve been going to Take 5 in Florence on HWY 42 with both of my cars for past 3 years. Service has been great every time - including a cold bottle of water on arrival. They are very professional. No way I m taking my cars anywhere else. The manager Dalton in Florence was such an incredible help. He was so polite and professional. I was nervous, but he reassured me and took care of my Jeep. Take 5, you did an excellent job hiring this young man. I will be back!

I just moved here and I ve never used a take 5. I pulled in, and had less than a 2 minute wait. They got me back, changed my oil. Cracked a few jokes and gave me a good deal! I can t remember their names. But he was a manager and very sweet. Thank you!

Dillion and that little lady. Whom I forgot her name. Did a great job . They were working by themselves but still manged to do my oil and filters. Even though they were short staffed. The wait was longer but the details and through inspection was worth it.

Scaming me. Sent message; thanking for recent oil change. I didn't with them, but had over 4 years ago. Wondering if credit card # in their system. Now have to check bank and cards for recent fraudulent billing.

The guys were super professional and helpful. Unfortunately my battery died during the oil change and they worked super hard to get me back on the road. And my car is running much better!

Please don t waste your time, so let s go to the dealers. They are more reasonable than here and reliable.I made an appointment and came here a little bit late, so I need to wait for 15min to the service. Bathroom isn t available, the options are only available around $100 each. I asked him $49 economy s one, but it s not available his talking is too fast and difficult to hear that. But he doesn t seem like changing anything.Wait for a lot, gonna pay expensive, no bathroom, hard to hear what he s saying.I have decided and left here soon and went to the Kerry Toyota because they are more reasonable than here and kind.

I took my caddy to take 5 and my Lexus as I do on a regular basis. It only takes a few minutes and your oil is changed. Take 5 is very convenient and efficient, unlike the other places where you make appointments and they come out and tell you this and that needs to be replaced. Take 5 is legit, no gimmicks, no tricks. You should stop by and see for yourself.!!!!!

Had never considered this before because I was honestly scared of the type of service it would be since they claim to be so quick..BUT I was desperate for an oil change (being 7000 miles overdue) and I have my kiddos with me and they are sick so I can't take them inside anywhere until Wednesday. I came here and absolutely LOVED it. They were quick, but thorough and exceeded my needs and expectations. They were kind and explained things to me so I could understand them. I got a coupon for today and to come back. It was a little pricier than I'm used to, but they changed out so many things I think it was well worth it.

I just had my oil changed tuesday april 16 at florence ky location and they put 1 quart too much oil in my car and now I cant get anyone to answer the phone. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Took my car to get an oil change. Motor blew up 3 weeks later was told by mechanics there was no oil in my car ..Contacted them was told not their problem wasn't their fault. Wouldn't recommend to no one

Kevin the floor manager on duty was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. They told me about the discount for armed forces& even gave me a bottle of water for my doggie. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for great service. Oh and they have a free top off service so anytime I need air or any fluid they well top them off for free.

Very friendly. I told them I had a oil change at another place and told them I had a oil leak and was fearing the worst. They said my oil filter was loose and it was leaking from the filter. They changed my oil filter and my air filter. I was very pleased with their professionalism. I will be a returning customer and I highly recommend them and will recommend them to friends and family.
